PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I defer to the experts in the field. However, I do have a solid theoretical background in the fundamentals of engineering, physics and chemistry. My relevant education includes basic undergraduate courses in physics, chemistry, thermodynamics, materials science, psychology and neuropsychology. I have understanding and respect for the scientific method: the method of following the evidence wherever it may lead without prejudice or bias, to arrive at scientifically-derived conclusions, no matter how unpopular or politically incorrect they may or may not be. Science influenced by politics is not pure science; it is pseudo-science. Pure science MUST be apolitical, meaning independent of political influence at every stage. This is always a challenge for professionals, but an ideal worth striving for, both for the integrity of the discipline of science, and for the service of science to humanity.
I first learned of the twin tower collapses on one of the major TV news networks. My personal experience was one of surrealism. It felt more like a dream than reality. Immediately, the names that came to mind were Bin Laden, and Al Quada, and some time later I realized that I had been psychologically primed by the media with this information. I originally believed the story told by the mainstream media and government officials that very hot jet fuel fires caused the steel to melt and collapse. But I think subconsciously I had some reservations that the buildings could collapse at free-fall acceleration, and fall so neatly into their own footprints. I had seen demolition videos before, and the similarity was not lost on me. Many years went by and I began to see inside job bumper stickers, and internet images and stories, the first of which was the BBC story claiming that the Soloman Brothers Building (WTC 7) had collapsed even though it was allegedly visible in the background. After posting this on Facebook as a curiosity, I was contacted by a friend who had been following 9/11 truth for some time. I began my own informal research effort studying internet materials, tempered by my understanding of scientific phenomena and engineering principles. The more I researched, the more it became clear that the official story was not believable, and much of the 9/11 truth information was very plausible and realistically a much more likely explanation of events. There is much evidence to consider: eyewitness accounts of explosions, large volumes of molten metal observed streaming from at least one building both before and after its collapse, large quantities of residual heat, discovery of steel microspheres, discovery of unreacted thermite, the physics of free fall requiring zero vertical support and thus requiring ALL steel support columns to be severed simultaneously, no history of modern steel building collapses due to fire, WTC 1, 2 & 7 all collapsing in a similar manner despite differences in building structure and in structural damage, black smoke indicating a lack of oxygen and a relatively cool fire apparently not hot enough to melt steel in the volumes observed, the buildings being designed to withstand airplane impact of 10% higher kinetic energy, evidence that the government ignored warnings, and so much more... I believe the evidence supporting the case for controlled demolition is overwhelming. There are also compelling means, motive and opportunity for nefarious elements in government to carry out such an attack. At least one experimenter with videos on youtube has shown that a thermite charge placed on a steel bolt is an effective and efficient means of destruction, and offers a plausible explanation of events, and is consistent with the WTC evidence.

I was Senior Project Design Engineer in charge of the design of the electrical systems for the WTC Complex in NY. Employed by the consulting and engineering firm, Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc., I was also a licensed Professional Engineer and was directly associated with ongoing projects at WTC for some 35 years before retiring in mid 1997. Though an electrical engineer by trade, I was also very familiar with the structures and their conceptual design parameters.
On September 11, I watched the live TV broadcast of the progressive collapse of the World Trade Towers with disbelief, as the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel. I viewed the presentation of Richard Gage and other related material, which compels me to believe that the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down. I, therefore, support the proposal to form an international group of professionals to investigate all plausible causes for the virtual freefall and the almost total destruction of the WTC structures.

The molten metal, vaporised ends of structural beams, and the superheated vapour cloud after the demolition all buildings point towards the use of explosives.In my experience, the demolition of buildings is very difficult as everything is interconnected, and the do not just come apart or fall down.Tower 7 is also the biggest red flag, as no plane hit this building, and no mere office fire will cause a building made of steel and concrete to just collapse, unless it is done with explosives in a controlled demolition sequence, as can be seen in the video evidence.

Many things about that day make no sense; building 7 may only be a small obvious inconsistency among a much broader scope. There were 2 objectives: (1) the elimination of the U.S. Constitution, of the constitutional rights and the civil liberties, and the installation of a new type of fascism, with laws such as the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, etc.; (2) the beginning of a series of imperialist wars of invasion, occupation and plunder in countries for the hegemony of the imperialism bloc led by the United States and the European Union to extend their domination over the world, a project that Hitler and the fascist powers of the Axis had, a project that failed miserably, leaving more than 60 million victims in WW2.

Never before have 3 inch thick box columns been ejected sideways up to 600 feet from a collapse. I am from steel city (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) and we learned the melting point of steel in 8th grade. Any 8th grade student from the region could recognize immediately that this was not the result of plane impacts and fire. Jet fuel and office furniture or toner does not get that hot.

The collapse of World Trade Center Building 7, as well as the Twin Towers, deserves closer scrutiny to conclude the cause of the disaster. There should be no resistance toward any new discovery or confirmation of the existing conclusions that can put this historical event into agreement by everyone.

I believe, based on evidence seen in the videos shot on 9/11/2001 and the testimony of first responders as well as engineering mechanics and physics of gravity, that a commercial airliner fully loaded with fuel would not and could not bring down the World Trade center towers by themselves. I believe that explosives were definitely used for the destruction of tower 1 and 2 as well as the mysterious demolition of building 7. These tragic events have not been fully explained and an independent investigation should be made.

I am a carpenter now for 38years working in the construction of things as opposed to the destruction of things. Never saw 9/11 as happening as the official report told us it did. I'm a government worker who lives across the river from NYC and was greatly affected by the events of 9/11. I watch daily as our civil liberties are being destroyed by a government who purports its own agenda. Our government is not of the ppl nor by the ppl..it is in fact killing the ppl, one way, shape, form or another....
I wholeheartedly believe that 9/11 was purpotrated by the u.s. government and that there should be an independent investigation and the responsible ppl should be brought to justice.

I believe that there should be further investigation into the collapse of these structures. After reviewing the facts that engineering and architectural professionals have presented, it is clear that there are certain aspects of investigating the disaster that had been ignored, or possibly covered up by the investigative authority.

Clearly the WTC buildings had help in falling that horrible day. Thank you for opening my eyes. I am still trying to figure out how agents unknown could have planted so many energetic devices at a sufficient number of steel structural joints to cause free-fall collapse. This must have taken many tons of devices planted over a period of months by a large team. Towers 1 and 2, I believe, used the entire steel exoskeleton as a major load-bearing structure; thermite-like emissions were indeed seen on video from some of these!!!

Observations of the video recordings taken on September 11th, 2001 show clear evidence of the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center towers 1, 2 and 7. This and other evidence has been ignored by the government, news media and the general public. The horrors of that day have been used to justify even greater horrors. It is time for the American people and the world in general to learn what really happened that day.

I've questioned the official story for years, as I uphold scientific truth above all else. The fact that both towers fell at near free fall acceleration in the path of maximum resistance is the most compelling bit of evidence to me. Also the fact that no other steel structure in history has collapsed due to fire is alarming. Finally, WTC 7 is the elephant in the room; no plane hit it, yet it fell vertically in on itself, again suggesting controlled demolition. Let's follow the scientific method to the book.

I have had serious doubts about the destruction of the W.T. C. buildings ever since the events of 9/11 and have seen similar information during the past two or three years that only strengthen my belief that the crash of those jet liners could not have have caused the collapse of the Twin Towers and Building 7 (which wasn't hit by an airplane) in the manner and fashion we witnessed. Familiar with structural assemblies and fire codes and the tolerances that are designed into structures to withstand fires.
Total implosion was a total insider job! These towers and building 7 could in no way collapse without structural resistance that would have cause collateral damage too many structures in their immediate areas.

I've never been convinced by the official version of the story given by the government since day one and The 9/11 Commission Report which should've been more aptly labeled The 9/11 Omission Report only reinforced those doubts.

I question why building 7 fell and why it was never mentioned in any important documents. I also do not agree with what we were told about planes bringing down the Towers. I also would like you know why the debris from Ground Zero was moved so quickly and it was not tested.
