PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was born in Santa Monica CA. I grew up in West Los Angeles and worked for my father who did excavation and demolition of homes and small structures. I went to Venice High School from 1973 to 1976. I served a two year mission for my church from 1978 to 1980. I went to Santa Monica City College and to UVSC in Orem Utah. I moved to Utah in 1990 and became involved in Republican Party leadership by becoming a State and County delegate. As a precinct chairman I was a member of the (Salt Lake) County Central Committee. I was later elected to the State Central Committee and the State Executive Committee in the year 2000.
During my service in the Republican Party leadership I had witnessed many actions that were unethical and conspiratorial. Being on the State Executive Committee in the year 2000 (one of two representatives for Salt Lake County) I was at odds with the current Governor Michael Leavitt and Senator Orrin Hatch both of whom were up for re-election that year. The main responsibility we had as a body was the planning and execution of our State Republican Convention where the governor the Senator and the Congressman were elected. Months before the State Convention no meetings were held with the body that was elected for that purpose to plan and execute this convention. The convention did go on as I was there to witness the event but it was without the input of the duly elected officers chosen for that purpose. Several anomolies occurred at this convention of which I will not note here. However I would like to reiterate the fact that this convention and the State Republican Party ran an illegal or at the very least unethical State Convention in the year 2000 that did not include the input or planning of the elected officials, including myself, who were elected to plan and oversee this convention. When the towers collapsed on 911, I was taken back by the way the structures fell. Until the birth of explosives for the demolition of buildings I had never seen a building collapse as I saw these buildings fail. As a young man growing up my father demolished homes and small structures (mostly constructed of wood). I remember seeing on television the collapse of a demolition by explosives. It was amazing how the buildings came down at once and falling in on top of themselves. This was far different than the demolition I had experienced with my father as we had to beat, crush, push and trample the structure to get it to fail. And when it failed it would fail one timber at a time and it would fall AWAY from the structure and not on top of itself unless we had the loader pushing it down in that manner. Even if the loader were pushing down on it the only part (of the structure) that would fail would be the part that the loader was pushing on. The other part of the structure would not fail. Each portion of the structure had to be crushed in order for it come straight down! In other words buildings never came down like the towers did until the advent of explosives placed in a specific fashion with great skill. Prior to that time you had wrecking balls or time consuming piece by piece dismanteling of buildings to bring them down. In conclusion: I am no expert. I have had no experience with steel columns. I have experience in only small scale buildings which were mostly large and small homes. I have had no experience in the demolition of buildings where fire was a factor. I only helped my father. However I did participated in the destruction and operation of the tractors to demolish these structures. Nevertheless as I saw the towers fall and continue to see the video of the towers falling I am certain that the falling of the towers could not be a failure of the structures alone. Explosives had to be a factor as this type of building failure was completely unheard of before the introduction of explosives for the demolition of buildings.

I have witnessed enough building demolitions to know what one looks like. Buildings 1&2 were obviously the most spectacular and record setting demolitions ever. Knowing it had to be an inside job, it was very saddening and even confusing. But false flag operations have been a common feature of US foreign policy historically whenever our national security state felt war was required.

Nor has it explained the mechanism which turned the buildings into the fine flour-like dust that coated the area after the collapse. Nor has it explained how building #7 came down in its own footprint without the use of controlled demolition, and if it was controlled demolition, who set it up and when.

I have been a practicing electronics hardware engineer in the tech field in Silicon Valley ever since receiving a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara. Though the BSEE ultimately focuses on electronics, electronic devices, and materials, like most engineering degrees it also requires significant background study in physics, mechanics, and mathematics to sufficiently ground the recipient in the general discipline of engineering.
You hardly need college physics to show that the mechanics of NIST's collapse model doesn't fit the evidence collected on that day. A simple conservation of energy problem (taught in most high school treatments of mechanics) suffices. Take the twin towers for example: if the tops of the buildings accelerated towards the ground at the rate of free-fall, which I believe has been adequately established through video and seismic analysis, it follows that all of their stored gravitational potential energy is being expended accelerating their mass towards the surface of the earth. From whence came the energy responsible for dismantling the steel support structure below the falling mass then? How can one source of potential simultaneously be totally expended in the acceleration of mass earthward while also providing the energy to pulverize hundreds of thousands of tons of structural steel and concrete? It simply can't... and that's one of many reasons why NIST's explanation is totally unacceptable.

The symmetry and velocity of collapse, the dynamics of collapse in general point toward the controlled demolition as a cause of collapse. Also, certain footage fully qualify as forensic evidence. As for the airplane hitting the Pentagon, I support PilotsFor911Truth.org, and find it unplausible that the airplane 'vaporized' upon impact scattering so few debris and showing a narrow and deep penetration into the building.

Steel does not melt like lava with a plane impact. And a building well built as the world trade center, does not collapses so fast without a planned detonation. I left the Con Edison Communications control room and I watched the 2nd tower go down from the roof of 111 8th Avenue I witnessed the amount of federal people and national guard resources that were already on the ground before the towers collapsed I participated in some of the mapping events of NY OEM - Office of Emergency Management using GIS systems to locate critical damaged utilities I talked to many people who swore they would deny they spoke to me if quoted A collected over 1000 photographs of the WTC disaster - many of which came from my Bell Atlantic /Verizon cousin from within 140 West Street which was like being in the the 1st tier stage mezzanine of an event I realized why the substations had to be taken out and the exact footprint it would render corporate and residential occupancy uninhabitable for months I talked extensively to IBEW Local 3 - A Card electricians that were in the towers on 9-10 and the days that led up to 09-11 , from which I learned some very disturbing things about the unidentified squads of people that commandeered the freight elevators that week and an unprecedented amount of fire drills that insisted on evacuation all the way to the lobby I am a firm believer in providing the facts to people to determine for themselves what happened rather than be guided by emotions or using the reflexive 'conspiracy theories' verbiage 7 WTC with two full power substations within in it with floors and walls reinforced to withstand the highest category of hurricane and or earthquake - and professional engineers stand at a microphone telling other engineers that a fire caused the building to immediately and completely collapse I write in again to Engineers and Architects for 9-11 Truth noting that as of the time of this writing it is May of 2018 and the Cortland Street subways station beneath the 2nd WTC tower is still not yet opened and completed reconstruction That in and of it self sheds quite a bit of light on the abnormality of the whole situation

I'm a Electrical Engineering student at SJSU. I have been following for years all the investigations surrounding the events on 9/11, and I think the only irrefutable evidence of the cover up is the demolition of building WTC #7. This fundamental piece is they key to demand an investigation by independent scholars.
The videos showing the close to free fall demolition of Building 7 at the WTC on 9/11 have been often ignored by the media for all these years, which induced the consequent state of general amnesia amongst the general public. Most of very well informed people are unable to recollect the demolition of the 47-story structure. Thanks to this organization for raising awareness about these facts.

Having worked with steel my entire life, I had a hard time accepting the Twin Towers total collapse. The video of the collapse of Building 7 was an eye opener for me. You guys are doing great work.

There is an abundance of eyewitness statements and video evidence that contradicts the official report of the WTC destruction. The steel from the buildings was hauled away and destroyed before a proper investigation could be completed. I do not believe the official report and believe a new investigation needs to be opened.

Based on my experience, having witnessed first hand the destruction of a steel frame structure due to fire, having studied the deformation, twisting of steel portal frames, I disagree with the findings by NIST. I do not accept that the three main structures involved collapsed at freefall speed through the path of greatest resistance. Resistance that increases the further down the towers collapse given that steel columns would be of huge proportions at lower levels in order to carry the significant loadings from upper stories. It just does not make sense and defies basic physics.
