On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The nearly free-fall velocity and the symmetrical path of collapse of Building 7, the confined footprint of the building's debris, the lack of any external force applied to the building's exterior are suspicious. Coupled with these factors, a visual comparison of the collapse with that of buildings being leveled by professional, controlled demolition suggests that the cause officially attributed to the failure (weakening of the structural members due to fire) is exceedingly unlikely. The true cause was likely an intentional, controlled demolition using explosive thermal charges typically employed for such purposes. The failures of WTC Buildings 1 and 2, likewise, are suspicious due to the inherent design strength of the buildings' cores to withstand aircraft impact; the relatively low temperature of a kerosene fire v. the temperature required for structural steel failure; the presence of subterranean molten steel, suggesting that a high-temperature cutting material was employed (thermate or a derivative); the debris cloud, which resembled that from an explosion; and like Building 7, the near free-fall velocity of collapse. Together these factors suggest that the cause of collapse was an intentional deployment of a professionally designed and executed demolition process utilizing systematically and remotely detonated, thermal cutting charges strategically situated throughout the buildings on key structural support members and their joints.

It is hard to fathom a conspiracy of this magnitude but as hard as that is, we must not turn a blind eye to the evidence presented on that day and on this website that suggest further investigation is necessary to get to the truth. I do not enter lightly into placing my professional credentials along side those others listed here demanding full access and disclosure from our government and any other governments or agencies, associations or enterprises outside of government associated with the most horrific event in the history of our country. Even though it may not be easy to see at first glance, it becomes quite obvious that the official story we have been told by the mainstream media about the nature of the collapses is a lie, once you look behind the curtain of mainstream media reports. ae911truth comprehensibly summarizes pretty much all scientific aspects of the truth, so I just want to focus on a few specific features of the collapses. There are major indications why all 3 buildings - the 2 trade centers and building 7 - could not have collapsed the way we were told by the official sources: - Unresisted, near free fall speed of all three buildings - Symmetric nature of all collapses - Pulverization of almost the entire building with a complete disintegration of the inner steel core structure Many trustworthy sources indicate that it is highly questionable if the fires had the capacity at all to weaken the central steel structure in the affected sections of the buildings. Let us still assume that the claim of the fires to have weakened the steel structure around the fires, which initiated the collapse, is correct and that a pancaking of the floors occurred as a result. For the following reasons this theory cannot explain the above mentioned characteristics: - The lower structures of the building, with the strong steel core in the middle, were entirely intact and should have generated SOME KIND of resistance for the falling upper sections. This would have resulted in a significant and measurable delay during the collapse. Yet, free fall speed is only possible if the entire supporting structure is simultaneously destructed. - The structure of the WTCs was such that the different floors were mounted between the outer wall mesh and the steel core. A pancaking of floors would not only have been much slower than free fall speed, but would have resulted in a partially remaining steel core structure, which very likely would have leaned to one side eventually and tilt, rather than simply disint

My name is Kevin W. Snedeker and was born, October 12th, 1985. I've been trying to figure out how things work since I can remember. In my Senior year of High school, an internship program gave students a chance to get out of classes for 8 weeks, 4 days a week to try and pursue what they believe would be a potential career option corresponding with the future college major. I chose to work at a Structural Design and Consultation Firm, and have been back every summer since. Once I graduated, I was given a full time position. Only when I began commuting regularly did I realize the impact on 9/11. I found out I, an American citizen, could no longer walk through a subway with a gym bag without being searched, despite LACK OF PROBABLE CAUSE. This prompted me to understand why our constitution (bill of rights) was taking a back seat all of a sudden. The excuse that I kept hearing from officers was/it's security, well since when were we so insecure? i said, Since 9/11. Then began my research, and realized all the acts attempting to cover up the scientific facts that are common to me and my colleagues. Now, I'm trying to do as much as i can to inform as many people of the truth as possible.
The bottom line is the physics do not lie. All three towers (North, South and Tower 7) as per accounts on various independent studies, such as Richard Gage's or the documentary in-plane site fell at near free-fall speed, uniformly descending. This simply would not happen regarding the impact damage of the two planes and the fires in all three structures. Obviously, a plane impacting one side of a the towers won't do uniform damage to the structural frame. If a frame is not uniformly failing then frame would not uniformly fall. Structural members, especially steel members, would provide resistance in some areas creating a toppling effect. Further more, no steel frame structure has ever failed due to fire yet, official conclusions blame all three collapses on fire fueled by nothing more then office supplies when a good amount of explosive experts are on-record stating 95% of the jet fuel would have be combusted upon impact. It's plane false.

In my professional opinion it is impossible that Building #7 collapsed in such an orderly and neat fashion without a controlled demolition. Such relatively small fires on just a couple of floors never in the past have lead to the collapse of a high rise building of this construction type. The official explanations of the 'one column failure' would lead maybe to a partial collapse or at least to a very different collapse pattern. Also we have to question, why was the collapse of Building #7 not part of the official report? If the twin towers collapsed in a sandwich fashion as per the official report, the stair / elevator cores should have been sticking out maybe even many hundreds of feet up into the air. They should have been left standing at least partially, or if the the foundations were damaged at the impact of the falling tower floors, they may have toppled over as a whole or in large sections, taking out surrounding buildings. I find it further suspicious that such enormous amounts of dust were trailing parts falling from the twin towers. Also the strangely burned cars found on the other side of Manhattan Island demand investigation and better explanations. Where are the engines of the aircraft? They are built in a way that at least major parts of them cannot burn up in the heat generated by a fuel fire. Why can one see something which looks clearly like molten glowing iron on many images and video clips? It is my understanding that many firefighters and maintenance staff heard explosions but were not asked to testify for the official report. I further understand that there were witnesses seeing white trucks pulling up in front of the twin towers and staff with equipment entering the building in the late night / early morning hours every night for about 3 weeks prior to the 911 events. I understand these witnesses were not heard. There are many other items which in my opinion need explanation and further investigation, but it will take too long to list all of those herein. I am not a US citizen, but I have many cousins and their families living there. This event impacted all our lives and all our countries. My home country Germany is in the light of the unfolding refugee crisis particularly impacted by the long term results of the US politics triggered by the 911 events. Therefore all citizens of this planet have a right to demand a better explanation and to see a new and much more thorough investigation into the events.

Basics of physics and engineering evidence many inconsistencies in the official version of the causes that triggered the building collapses. I firmly believe that both Twin Towers and Building 7 were demolished in a controlled manner. The evidences point strongly in the direction of the use of explosive charges placed on key structural elements. The explosives were used as a second way to bring the Twin Towers down once the plane impacts were not enough. As per Building 7, it happened to be a good day to get rid of it as attention would be drawn into the main two buildings and the also alleged plane crash in the Pentagon. It is of utmost importance to find out who is behind the attacks as they must not remain unresolved. The (official) mainstream media has led public opinion not to question the facts by taking for granted the conclusions espoused by the US government within a few days of the events and repeating them over and over again.Fortunately there is enough information easily available on the internet for everyone to reach their own conclusions.

The official version of the destruction of the towers does not stand up to scrutiny. The destruction of the towers could only have been achieved by the use of internally positioned explosives. This obviously changes the whole perspective of what really happened on that day.

The moment I saw the towers collapse like a controlled demolition, I was in disbelief. A day later, I learned about WTC 7. When I saw footage of WTC 7, it looked identical to a controlled demolition. I have since moved on with my life, disbelieving the government account of the 9/11 commission. The Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth video has reconfirmed, with scientific evidence, my initial impression as a professional architect.
