PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There seems to be a disconnect between the outcome and the cause of the tower's destruction. When I saw the towers implode symmetrically, in an orderly fashion, my immediate thought was that it can not happen due to a non-symmetric loading. The more the so-called experts, including the NIST engineers, tried to explain it, the murkier it got. I appreciate the effort of AE911Truth for continuing diligently to uncover the truth that does not contradict our engineering knowledge.

Chemical findings do not add up. The chemicals found, as well as the temperatures reached within WTC 1 & 2, are inconsistent with uncontrolled fire burns. WTC 7 was in no way threatened by fire. Any fire-fighter could have put those fires out with two water lines and four fire-fighters (two on each line). End of story......but apparently not.

I worked for the Town of Coeymans Highway Department for nearly twenty years. For the last ten, I operated heavy equipment - road graders, gradall, escavators, 12-ton roller, etc.
As I watched each of the towers collapsing, to me they looked exactly the same as controlled demolitions. The more evidence I watched and read, the more I was convinced the towers were brought down not by the fires resulting from the planes crashing into them, but by officials that made a conscious decision to bring them down. I watched tower fires from all over the world and those which I truly believed would collapse never did! The final evidence that convinced me of a controlled demolition was the molten steel pouring out - as if in a foundry.

After leaving school in 1982, I worked in a shipbuilding yard for 5 years as a steel plater, cutting forming and assembling steel parts, assemblies and sections. This gave me a grounding in how steel acts when it is heated and shaped and the stresses it can withstand. In 1987, I joined the British Army as a Royal Engineer. One of our key abilities is the use of explosives to demolish structures. We had in depth training and practice at calculating the least amount of explosives to use, how to position the explosives on the key load bearing structural elements to demolish the structure effectively. I was trained to use conventional explosives along with linear cutting charges and improvised devices. My main day to day role was with construction plant equipment and I worked on several non explosive demolishing tasks during my career.
When I watched the news coverage, my gut feeling was that there was something not right about the speed and way those towers fell after being on fire for such a short time. I, like most other people became to accept the official story because of the biased media coverage of the whole event. It wasn't until a few years later and I saw a clip of Tower 7 coming down and I immediately knew the official story was a total lie because that building was, without any doubt whatsoever, a blatant controlled demolition. I know from experience how little explosive it actually takes to cut steel beams and if the right supporting structures are cut, a building will collapse. That process for Building 7 had to be carefully calculated and planned. The placement of the required explosives could be done fairly quickly.

Clearly evident there was controlled demolition involved in All WTC structures. There is no report available that shows firefighters entering Bldg. 7 to make an initial attack/assessment of the office fires and determining there was no way to put the fires out. When that occurs, we as fire fighters conduct Surround & Drown. If the fire can't be attacked from the Interior, Incident Command is notified (radio, face to face) we pull out (pull the building) and conduct Exterior Attack operations. There was not one piece of fire equipment or firefighter fighting WTC 7. Three basic steps in fire fighting are, 1) Put the wet stuff on the red stuff, 2) Attack from the unburned side 3) Save the big piece.

At first I believed the stories that presented by media and the PBS science show NOVA. My educational background is in the Fire Service and Emergency Medicine. I am a California State Fire Marshal certified Firefighter-I and an Emergency Medical Technician - (Basic) with Automatic External Defibrillator, IV Therapy, and Combi-tube certifications, also CPR certified. Being a firefighter trained in building construction in college courses and in my Basic Firefighter Academy training I find it very difficult for structural steel beams the size of those used in constructing World Trade Center Buildings 1,2, and 7 to fail with just the combustion/heat of Jet-1A fuel aka:(kerosene). What would be left after the jet fuel burned off would be nothing more than a 'room and contents' fire. Essentially carpet, drywall, ceiling tiles, IT fiber optic cable, desks, office chairs and furniture, any and all paper products, office equipment such as telephones, copy machines, and fax machines would simply NOT generate enough heat for a structural failure of this magnitude to occur.

I've learned enough to know that the truth surrounding important events is often hidden. It takes a great deal of work on the part of organizations like AE911Truth.org, journalists, scientists, and others to find out the truth and then get it disseminated to the public.
No official explanation for the collapse of the three World Trade buildings has ever adequately explained how beams on each floor that were designed to withstand a jet airliner crash and resulting heat could fail. And there were at least four of those beams on each office floor of the 100+ story building. The questions surrounding the collapse of the buildings are not going away. The family of the victims and the public deserve an adequate, in-depth explanation for all of the questions surrounding these and other tragedies occurring on 9-11.

Physics does not lie. - - I have no idea how any trained physicist could support any of the shoddy investigations of 9/11. - - You simply cannot crush a steel core building under its own weight. If that were possible, they would be inherently unsafe for human habitation. - - WTC7 collapse is absolute proof that something is seriously awry with every event that day.
