PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Though I have seen several presentations on the internet about the 911 events, I do not consider myself sufficiently knowledgeable enough to render a professional opinion as to the sequence of events that may have caused the collapse of WTC 1, 2, & 7. However, the following events seem to raise significant enough question to merit a full re-investigation of the calamities of New York as well as the Pentagon: - - - - The flashing of light in the intermediate floors of WTC 1 & 2. - - The molten steel int the basements - - The absence of any steel framing of the upper floors. - - Several hour delay in the collapse of WTC 7 - - The similarity of the WTC 7 to a planned implosion - - In the Pentagon, the hole in the side of the building was of a size that could only mean the wings were severed off and no evidence of wings were ever found. - - - - These observations are based on internet pictures and stories I saw several months ago, and I am sure that If I were to review the pictures and written stories, I could find a lot more to comment on. I am still professionally active and my career has been split between academia (teaching, research, and extension) and private consulting and focused on irrigation engineering activities related to water resource development and management.
Without any serious study I had simply accepted that the events of 9/11 were as commonly perceived, although I was not happy with the way the disaster was being used to promote what I felt were illegal and self defeating imperialistic policies in the guise of the War on Terrorism. It was not until early 2006 that I stumbled upon sufficient information to become suspicious of the official and generally accepted 9/11 storyline. This led me to do my own investigation during which I discovered the demise of WTC 7, which I was heretofore unaware of. Obviously it was the result of controlled demolition and scheduled to take place during the confusion surrounding the day's events. I now feel morally obligated to deal with and expose the politically unthinkable issues surrounding the 9/11 phenomena by participating in such undertakings as signing this petition.

I had a college professor in structures who once said, and I paraphrase, Structures don't collapse from the mistakes that engineers design for....there are enough factors of safety to compensate for that...they collapse from what engineers completely miss designing for. - - - - When the towers collapsed, I was shocked and surprised, but attributed the collapse to the idea that...well...the engineers wouldn't have taken into account a large plane hitting them. Years later I discovered that they were indeed designed for a 707 hitting them. That got me thinking! - - Having spent many agonizing hours designing the structure for a church, I felt certain that the engineers of the towers would have overdesigned their structure to, if nothing else, still be standing until the last little old lady in a wheel chair escaped, unharmed. - - - - Call it gut feeling, with some practical engineering experience, but the idea of the tower collapses and especially the building 7 collapse being caused mainly by fires are suspect. The true cause or causes of these total failures certainly need to be re-investigated.

After college I began drafting houses for a custom home building company. I soon moved up into the floor systems and beam design department. There are many questions about the events of 911 that remain unanswered and many things that I feel should have been investigated and to my knowledge were not. Many NYFD firefighters reported hearing multiple, and various magnitudes of sound, explosions on 09/11/2001, as did ALL of the MSM on that same day. BBC even reported the collapse of WTC#7 before it actually happened! The two statements above are not mentioned in the authorized 9/11 report and the near free-fall collapse of WTC#7 is not mentioned either. There are archives of the MSM reporting on that day which, hopefully, can still be retrieved for verification of the above statements.

I am still confused and perplexed on how Building 7 collapsed only hours after catching fire. I have numerous videos of high rise fires that have burned for days without a collapse. This and the fact that the second tower was hit have always disturbed me. How could a country as powerful as ours have taken such a direct hit with out any help? When the truth is not completely investigated and clear scientific evidence is ignored or unjustly dismissed, further examination is mandated. This is the standard in capital murder cases as well as corporate crimes. 2,996 people were murdered and thousands more had long term health effects, warranting an unvarnished investigation leading to the absolute truth. Nearly 3 decades of experience in Law Enforcement. Welding and fabrication since I was 9 years old and still currently operating my own welding repair business I've kept since that same age. US Army veteran as a UH-1 Huey helicopter crew member. Hence extensive experience and knowledge of the hands-on operation, maintenance, and temperatures achieved in the operation of military grade Gas Turbine engines, specifically, the Lycoming T53-L 13 engine.
Fuel oil, even with the addition of compressed ambient air, cannot achieve temperatures over 2000 deg F. Most jet fuel burnt in the initial impact and steal does not lose all resistance any where near to those fires temp. To put it simply...the buildings fell into the points of highest resistance which would other wise defy the laws of physics.
