PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

These activities have included design of machined detail parts, structural steel weldments, castings and forgings and the specifying of high strength steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys, non-metallic materials, casting and forging processes, heat treatments, manufacturing processes and protective finishes. I have also developed test procedures, monitored product testing and written numerous test reports including detailed analysis of product reliability issues and failures. Additionally I have prepared design specifications and managed component development projects from concept to production. Though now semi-retired, I work part time as a licensed residential home inspector in the state of North Carolina.
The available video, audio and eye witness evidence abundantly demonstrates that the three primary WTC skyscrapers which collapsed on September 11, 2001, could not have fallen as a result of either aircraft impact or due to the relatively low temperatures generated by hydrocarbon fuel and/or office furniture fires. The free fall nature of these collapses coupled with the very high heat indicated by molten metal observed falling from the buildings and at ground zero is indicative of mechanisms using very high temperature incendiary devices. These must have been carefully pre-installed and then sequentially detonated in order to sever primary structure within these buildings thus enabling precipitous and uniform collapse. Numerous other evidence supports this theory including eye-witness accounts of explosions occurring immediately prior to and during these collapses, the complete and total pulverization of tons of steel, concrete, office furniture and human bodies which occurred during this event and the completely burned out hulks of automobiles and other vehicles parked near these buildings at ground zero. Such sequential explosions, elevated temperatures and total destruction could not be the result of building collapses initiated by impact and very localized fire and then completed by the force of gravity alone. Further the collapse of these three buildings visually models precisely the speed and uniform collapse of steel-framed high rise buildings intentionally destroyed by controlled demolition.

Richard Gage and others have done respectful jobs presenting so many obvious contradictions - and I applaud them. My genuine, enthused knowledge of all things 1687-Newtonian, coupled with awareness and wisdom I've acquired through the good graces of wise sages/mentors - as well as through completion of many proving-ground practicums in the 'school of hard knocks' - has forever relegated me to the contingent of those who not only question...but emphatically refuse to accept the official story. Besides the elementary, fatal flaw of that 'story' instantly and irrefutably outed by the freefall-speed collapse of all three skyscrapers - I'm troubled by apparent lack of attention to and scientific respect for some other digitally archived evidentiary issues. After the JP8 fuel was consumed and the fires were oxygen/fuel starved (clearly so by virtue of the billowing, black plumes of smoke emitting from both Tower 1 and 2), at the moments just before collapses began - there were clearly significant, circumferential rings of explosions manifested in huge yellow/orange/red fireballs that erupted through the clouds of pulverized concrete that appeared so suddenly. What were the sources of THOSE explosions sans JP8? Then, after one studies the looped-video collapse of the Tower embedded on Richard's AE911Truth site...I would ask that attention be drawn to the lower left-hand corner near the end of the collapse sequence. One can observe several - but one significant - explosive plumes that emit upward and outward from the center of the Tower. These plumes reach skyward, arch and peak, and then fall back toward the earth by virtue of gravity. If every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and when one reflects on projectile-motion properties - I would ask what (obvious) forces existed that created those plumes. I believe aerial pics of this collapse clearly show multiple plumes emanating from the center of the Tower, virtually encircling the core like Medusa dreadlocks. Frankly, there are so many fundamental aspects related to laws of science that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that their was controlled demolition - I'm flabbergasted as to how so many in the engineering/architecture/scientific community can possibly remain on the sidelines when the 'rationale' for far too many hideous, global realities was-is-remains all-things 911.

I have been in the R&D Biology since the mid 80s. Cancer research, and Biology with techniques that include cell culture, PCR, and Immunology. I have also done animal work pertaining to cancer research.
I would like a more complete and comprehensive study of ALL the available evidence that is still available. I do not believe that there was any thorough study done of this. There was, in my opinion, a reluctant study done by NIST which failed thoroughly on all levels of a comprehensive investigation done merely to placate the population. This is almost exactly like the Warren commission where there is a study put forth that everyone knows, with even a little insight, is nothing even remotely close to what the facts are of the actual events. Like the Warren commission report, it is considered complete, put to rest and never reexamined. It seems, like the Warren commission, it will never be reopened and the hope that, when enough time passes, that everyone will grow tired of running into a brick wall without any progress and simply go away or die off and history will stand, as history does, even if it is inaccurate.

I remember the serious tone when I took the promotional oath in 2002. I had some health problems in 2009 resulting in a total right knee replacement, which subsequently led to my retirement.

The American People deserve to know the truth on what happened on 9/11/01. The evidence is overwhelming that the official story put out by NIST is not a reasonable explanation. Grenfell Tower in London burned intensely for 24 hrs and was not fully extinguished for 60 hrs without collapsing. WTC 7 burned for 7 hours and suffered a total, even, collapse at freefall speed. Fire has never caused a steel skyscraper collapse in history. Then we had 3 in the same day. The odds of that are beyond astronomical.

I was present for all three of the collapses that day. Nearly killed by the collapse of each tower and witnessed the collapse of Building 7 from a few blocks away.

I was a volunteer fireman for 4 years in Houston Texas, with the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department. I knew some of the best fire investigators and learned all about the science and chemistry of combustion. Late night in between calls at the station occasionally we would talk about the inconsistencies of the official narrative. Official story does not hold up. The video taken from news helicopter shows no plane hitting the tower. The tube structure of the towers were built specifically to withstand commercial jets flying into them.

As a fire fighter that's attended NYC in the days which followed, after that fallout from NYC fire. I attended the WTC site and have viewed the various videos and documentation, that and based on on-site observation, it is very clear that the premise of two airliners as posed could not enough cause damage to cause the Towers to fall.

With my combination of experience and training throughout the years, studying sustainable architecture and extensive oil and gas research, I have concluded that the 9/11 buildings were controlled demolitions, especially the obvious 'free-fall' collapse of the WTC-7 building.

I, as a Product Field Engineer for automated tape libraries at the time, was involved, along with my colleagues, in shutting down multiple VTS's (virtual tape subsystems) remotely in nearby buildings in proximity to the WTC immediately after this attack. Based on what little evidence is left, it appears that there is a major coverup of this event. Consider the sources involved, the actual cause of the WTC's collapse, the disappearance of billions of trade records and billions of $, the near immediate destruction of the evidence of the collapses, and the people who had interests in the buildings. No airliner evidence for the destruction of part of the Pentagon, where coincidentally the records section was destroyed with few personnel injuries. Too many coincidences and unanswered questions, such as ties to Saudi Arabia, the Bush's ties to Saudi Oil, and the immediate deportation of OBL's family.

Analysis from the documented data reported about the collapse of WTC#1, WTC#2 and WTC#7, shows that these buildings could not have fallen at near free fall speed - nor could the supporting steel columns and steel beams have reached sufficiently high temperatures to weaken them to make such collapses possible from either Jet Fuel or building furnishings set afire. Therefor the NIST report and Bush Administration explanation of what they say that they think happened can not be correct. Therefor a NEW investigation must be ordered by a U.S. court.
