PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The issue of Building #7 especially has never been fully explained and has been mostly ignored by the media. The few debris from building 1 and 2 wouldn't have been sufficient to cause building #7 to collapse into the ground the way it has. The official explanation that 'somebody' installed a tank of fuel in an office building fail to explain how the collapse would be possible - a fuel tank may cause fire etc. but not a collapse.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, I was stunned. Like millions of concerned world citizens, I stared in horror as the shocking devastation of the tragic events unfolded on television. Still, a few disturbing questions almost immediately haunted me. 1. I could not understand how a handful of terrorists armed with crude hand tools could possibly outwit the most elaborate defense apparatus in world history. 2. Recalling the immediate response, when professional golfer Payne Stewart's small private jet veered off course years ago, it seemed highly implausible that four hijacked commercial jetliners would fly unhindered through U.S airspace for a considerable time period without one of them being intercepted. 3. The strangely symmetrical and uniform collapse of the two twin towers did not correspond with ANYTHING in my experience. The only comparison I could draw was to special effects in Hollywood action films. For a few weeks, I mourned and closely followed accounts of the events, as explained by pundits on mainstream media. All the while, I resisted the darkly unthinkable conspiratorial scenarios taking vague shape in my mind. One day, I finally googled up 9/11 to explore the alternative views. My skin crawled at the volume of information which confirmed my darkest suspicions. Thus began my decade long odyssey as a 9/11 truth activist.

Approximately one month to the day of September 11, I found myself pondering the recent news reports indicating the potential negative trends of the economy. Since the reports were vague but consistent, I began to ponder as to how they could be accurate. Using my past experience and knowledge as a former Professional service-member I concluded that for a foreign power to disrupt the national economy or physically threaten the nation. It would have to have the capability of bringing down a skyscraper in a major US city. Which, was technically not possible. The idea that the threat could come from within, was not unthinkable. But, at the time it was easier to imagine that such a scheme and it's perpetrators would be exposed. The day I heard the building was hit, I thought it was quite a coincidence. Less than an hour later, I heard someone in the office saying the build had fallen. I thought, impossible. Throughout the days and weeks that followed. I heard so called official reports that, based on my knowledge were either lies or crimes at the highest levels. For instance, it was reported that NORAD did not respond in time because the pilots were involved in a training exercise and was not sure the messages coming in were real or part of the training exercise. In training exercises one crucial elements is to exclude an element form the training in the event of a actual threat. Another fact is that in communications the training takes place in a network of data transmissions specifically designated for non real world training exercises. Either the NSA policies have changed or the NSA was a part of the event.

I do not agree with the official reports released by investigations so far. The evidence in my humble opinion suggests not collapse by fire, but instead collapse by demolition. I also believe that Larry Silverstein's confession of pulling WTC 7, coupled with his timely terrorist attack insurance purchase 6 weeks prior to 9/11 is ample evidence to take Mr. Silverstein into custody for questioning.

Since I became a Fraud Examiner, I've tried to look deep into details of everything that I had doubts about. I am certain of the constant efforts of those responsible to cover up their involvement. On Wednesday, Oct. 13th I watched one of those cover up shows on the History Channel. It was called Modern Marvels, and the subtitle was ' Engineering Disasters 13'. It was total BS, and I couldn't believe that this channel, that revealed several unbelievable things that I've seen in the past, could stoop so low that they'd have this crap on their channel. The cover ups continue. You have to investigate EVERYTHING now. Much can't be believed.

I watched a number of videos and listened to testimony from policemen and fire fighters who described hearing blasts. People inside the lobby described feelings blasts below them and the floor actually rising and moving. Videos showed areas that appeared to be blasts descending down the buildings. Those buildings fell into their own footprint. I've watched videos of buildings that were on fire with more damage than those of the towers and building #7 that did not come down. There were people on the committee that were investigating, that walked away from the investigation because of their doubts of the story fed to us by our government. I watched a video of a reporter stating that building #7 had just come down, but you can clearly see that building in the background. I do not believe for one second that our own government had nothing to do with this. I studied Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Hartford and have dedicated my career to working with community and nonprofit organizations in order to help reduce and mitigate the effects of, poverty, lower quality of education and health care in underprivileged areas, homelessness, government corruption, and violence in high-risk communities of Washington, D.C. I have also been an advocate for raising awareness of mental health issues. My aunt was working in the Pentagon on the day of the attacks and fortunately she was unharmed physically, then she retired a few years later. Unfortunately, a teacher I knew when I was in elementary school many years before the attacks - Mr. James Debeuneure - was a passenger on Flight 77 when it hit the Pentagon.
I am uncertain about whether the cause of the destruction of these buildings was by any type of explosive device(s), however, I do find the explanation by the National Institute of Standards and Technology - in each of their three attempts to explain - to be dubious regarding the methodology used to reach their conclusions, and the quality of and lacking inclusiveness in their investigation. This leads me to doubt their explanation is the truth. I support a more thorough and complete investigation into the collapses of the Twin Towers and Seven World Trade Center, in addition to unanswered questions the 9/11 Commission did not investigate nor seek accountability for, such as the destruction of critical intelligence data that could have prevented the alleged hijackers from carrying out the attacks which killed thousands of people and led to two wars which killed up to a million people, among other anomalies found over the years since 9/11. I find the NIST reports to be unconvincing for a number of reasons, including the fact that the steel for building Seven was never tested for explosives, accelerants, incendiaries or other foul play considering its destruction was linked to damage caused by a terrorist attack - and the World Trade Center complex had been attacked using explosives prior to 9/11 - among other findings where NIST was negligent in its investigation; including that the director of NIST at the time, when requested, refused to disclose critical calculations demonstrating why their conclusion was accurate, on the grounds that such disclosure 'might jeopardize public safety.' That there is so much doubt among so many industrial professionals is difficult to dismiss as well, therefore I support a full effort to have the destruction of these buildings investigated further.

How could anyone doubt something suspicious was going on after both WTC1 and 2 fell, then WTC7?!? The footage of WTC7 falling is so obviously an intentional demolition, I am surprised it was so easily covered up. Glad I am not one that believes the ridiculous pancake theory. Doesn't anyone realize there would still be hundreds of feet of steel still standing if that theory was right? No way those buildings fell in any other way besides their planned demolition. Shame on those hiding the truth, there is no good reason for it. Everyone needs to know the truth.

Raised our 2 children, have worked as a dispatcher and office worker for the Vinton County, OH sheriff's office 2 1/2 yrs til I had to leave because of illness. I am now working as campaign manager for Erwinforcongress.com. Max Erwin - Independent challenger to Bob Gibbs, Oh U.S. 7th Congressional District. I will be 72 on Feb 19, 2014.
I really want answers. It's so obviously a demolition pattern. I believe the first responders as they are trained to observe in order to fight fire and do rescues. There is no doubt in my mind that they are telling the truth.
