PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

It is blatantly obvious that all three buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. The buildings were structurally sound and there wasn't any propellant present to create enough heat to melt steel except those propellants added by the people that planted the explosive charges. The jet fuel would have burned off pretty quickly and the subsequent building fire would have been controlled by NYFD. No similar building has ever collapsed due to fire. There is also no proof that the hijacked planes were the ones that flew into the buildings.

I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.

I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I was working at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport when the 9/11 incident happened. That is where Bush was. It really didn't seem like a plane did all that destruction, more like the razing of a building. It looked like it fell upon itself, not like a plane hitting something. Just not right. Then, the Pentagon, I don't think it really got hit at all. The plane going down may have been the only thing that was believable.

Indeed this entire tragedy seems, at present, to have been so insubstantially investigated, as to bring to mind the words of Marcellus, 'Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.' Please reopen this investigation, & do so before a public tribunal that's inclusive of all scientific perspectives. Well I've always been against war. I swore never to serve in the Military. 2001 first child at Job corps graduate had a job as a architectural Glass Glazier making $22 an hour in Las Vegas NV. So instead of serving a mission for God like other Mormons do, I enlisted in the army. itching to go to Afghanistan and get my hands on some Taliban. At first everything seamed as presented, but when watching the footage later that day, the reporter in front of building 7 was reporting about its collapse prior to it actually collapsing! I have seen footage of planned demolition on buildings that needed to be removed and the footage of building 7 looked no different than all I had seen in the past. Also Rumsfeld had stated 2 days before there was 2 trillion dollars unaccounted for in the black budget. I understand building 7 housed financial records of over 7 trillion dollars that are now gone! Also the WTC had been condemned, the owner placed a new insurance policy on the buildings just prior to the 9/11 incident! How do you remove 2 buildings of such magnitude, planned demolition made to look like an attack and then collect the insurance money.

After an honorable discharge from the US Air Force I attended college in a Mechanical Engineering Degree program. I decided to leave the program at Northeastern University Boston after the first semester of my Junior year for personal family reasons. I began working in the building trades. I worked in the trades for 10 years then switched career to join Digital Equipment Corporate as a software developer. After 15/years working in high tech I left to start my own small business as an independent store owner of a Specialty Coffee House. Sold that business after 21 years of successful operation. I am now retired and have always been extremely concerned about having the truth about 9/11 brought to light.
On 9/11 I was operating my small business as a Specialty Coffee Shop operator when a customer asked if I had a TV on the premises. I said yes and immediately turned it on to see the first tower after it had been struck. I watched the broadcasts the entire time. After watching the 2 towers collapse, in basically their own footprint, I couldn't help relating what I had witnessed to Las Vegas hotels being brought down in a controlled type demolition. How could two 110 story buildings come straight down so quickly. I had followed the magnificent project of construction on the towers. I had saved The NY Times supplement on the construction used of the two towers. The center core of both buildings being constructed with huge steel girders. Then the engineering statements that the towers could withstand the impact of not one but two 747 aircrafts crashing into a tower at 500 miles per hour. The icing on the cake was watching building Seven come down at 5:20 pm that day which my eyes and gut told me was definitely a controlled demolition of that building. Especially knowing that NO aircraft had struck that building and that the building had only been struck with flying debris from the 2 towers which supposedly caused some fires in the lower right section of the building. I have the recording done by the two French brothers who happened to be in NY City doing a story on the fire department. One of them was actually filming inside the second tower as it collapsed. He interviewed firefighters who said they heard numerous explosions prior to the tower collapsing on them. I never believed the findings of the 9/11 Commission. The truth needs to see light of day on what really happened on 9/11/2001...

What I have learned in the years since the attack on the World Trade Center has not aligned with the official stories of what occurred and by whom it was perpetrated. In particular, the destruction of Building 7 seems to me obviously not caused by the same means as the towers.
