To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have studied modern structural systems from the 1930's designs of NYC's Great Towers to the WTC, to the Hancock and Willis Towers, to modern Tube-In-Tube and Bundled Tube consruction systems, and all other major modern super-tall structures among which are the Petronas Towers, The Jin Mao Tower, Taipei 101 and of course the Burj Kalifa. I have studied the drawings of WTC ONE and WTC TWO. I have also studied the consruction technology of very large suspension bridges, the technology of Gravity and Arch Dams and much, much more. I have an intimate knowledge of highly advanced Mathematics. I also have a 99.994 percentile IQ.
From the very first time that I viewed the Video of the collapse of the South Tower I just knew that something was very, very wrong. I saw exploding dust in all directions, yet no images of the tower itself, nor it's floor by floor collapse. I immediately purchased the FEMA Building Performace Study, the 9/11 Commission Report and finally the NIST Study. My initial concerns were twofold, first there was not enough potential energy to collapse any more than 5 to ten stories due to gravity loading, and second the fires were not of any length of time nor hot enough to weaken the structural steel to a level of plasticity. I immediately started to research every document that I could find. And I learned more and more. In addition, the collapse of Tower 7 some seven hours later was indisputably due to controlled demolition. All of my research led me to the conclusion that the official explanation was totally incorrect.

Since 2006 I have reviewed a large amount of evidence that is available on this topic, considered and debated many opinions, met personally and spoke with several core members of AE911Truth and other truth-seeking organizations, and I stand with the firm belief that the Twin Tower and Building 7 fell aided by controlled demolition. I do not like to speculate about anything that cannot be proven by scientific fact, and as such I do not hypothesize on what exactly happened on 9/11. I am however convinced there is a much deeper story that needs to be thoroughly and publicly investigated, so that the public at large can come to terms with the truth about what happened on 9/11 and who planned and benefited from it. It is only through society getting to the truth and coming to terms with an even like 9/11 that we can truly start addressing the broader challenges that our world faces, including wars, climate change, and education.

As a commercial aircraft mechanic, I'm aware of how fragile an aluminum & composite structure is. I always thought it would be a great to see an aluminum aircraft try to fly though a steel girder structure. Just the frame so you can clearly witness steel box frames cut the aircraft to ribbons w/ little significant damage. Of course the engines may seem like bowling balls, but how likely are they to cause damage to more than a very small part of a large structure? Keep the faith guys!

As an engineer it is hard to refute the evidence that this appears to have been a controlled demolition. It seems to me that there were just too many things that had to occur at exactly the same time for the collapse to have occurred solely from a plane hit.

Then about 2 years ago I watched some videos and read more info about American history that I absorbed much better than the brainwashing I was taught in school. Not even realizing at the time the buildings fell at nearly free-fall speed. You don't have to be a physics wiz to understand that! I'm ashamed that our political leaders are not in total outrage over the Commission's final report! That in itself is more of an atrocity than the day of 9/11. Until this is resolved America will live in shame! The evidence appears to be overwhelming. The videos don't lie...what they show us is TRUTH! I like so many others didn't realize a 3rd building had even fallen. When you watch and read and the dots start to connect...you will realize what the true meaning of ignorance is bliss really means. The visual inconsistency of a so called collapse of the structures is simply not compatible with official explanations of the clearly intentional demolition of the Trade Center buildings. Pre Engineering in High School, began an Architecture track in College, joined the Army Engineers-EOD-Explosive Ordinance Disposal (worked with ATF, FBI and the Secret Service). Changed Major to Graphic Design just as the Digital Age was beginning. Involved in the human user interface studies at Xerox PARC in the mid '70's. I have set-up and witnessed many planned demolitions. It is apparent to me that the confined zone of destruction following the collapse of two of the largest structures on the New York skyline, not to mention the obvious planned raising of building 7 out of the blue was the work of master blasters not the result of planes hitting buildings designed to withstand such disaster scenarios. I grew up within a mile of the Yamasaki Architectural firm and had the chance to see what lengths the firm went to engineering and modeling buildings. This event will be shown to have been a great American tragedy. I am already embarrassed.

The visual evidence of the center core columns leave no doubt those were shear charges that brought the buildings down.The outer perimeter columns are broken jaggedly compared to the angled clean cut center core columns. It was a controlled demolition that caused the building to fall within it's own footprint The plumes of smoke are evidence of explosions compared to the billows of smoke from the fire.

I have been a Flight Simulator Technician for 25 years. Educated in the Air Force and with American Airlines, I am knowledgeable in the areas of electronics, hardware, software, hydraulics and flight. I have maintained B52, B1, 777 and various other Boeing Flight Simulators.
My first inkling that something was wrong came last year when I happened upon 'In Plane Site' on Youtube. I was most intrigued by the plane that hit the second tower and the mysterious pod under the fuselage. I have yet to see any other UA jet with that underneath. The second thing that really drew me in was WTC 7. That is so obviously an implosion, I've shown it to young children and they know immediately what they are seeing! I continue to research, and applaud your efforts to get at the truth.

I saw the North Tower come down live on TV, from California. After having just woke up, and not knowing what I was looking at, my initial reaction was that I was watching a normal (intentional) demolition of a building, and wondered why it looked like the World Trade Center, or why they would decide to demolish it. I've been keeping an open mind about the official story since the beginning, and after seeing the science on AE911Truth.org, am completely convinced the evidence needs another full, independent review by experts of all disciplines, and let the evidence lead wherever it does.

If all calculations relating to the free fall speed of WTC 1, 2 & 7 are seen as energy calculations (airplane impact, jet fuel energy, potential in building weights, needed for 'vaporizing' concrete while falling & for ejecting steel components, needed for molten iron i basement for 8 weeks after 9/11) and then compared/added up in relation to free fall speed, we end with a deficit in energy that must come from somewhere else (blasts ?!).

I was amazed that the floors seemed to crumble instead of stacking upon each other. I attended a Federal Civil Defense School to become a Heavy Duty Rescue Instructor in Only, MD in the 1950's. They had concrete reinforced buildings there that were supposed to have suffered an atomic blast. The floors pancaked upon each other but the structure held.

From my several years experience as an aircraft accident investigator for the U.S.Navy, I am appalled at the basic principles of investigation being ignored; ie, premature destruction of evidence, reliable eye witness accounts ignored, etc. To allow the official version to be the final word in this planned event, as is evident from the AE9/11 investigation, would be a major disservice to the victims and the nation.

I am 28 years and been in the Army for 5 years now. I am currently an army recruiter and i am very concerned about the direction America is going.
I have always had questions about the official story. Now with Steven Jones's peer reviewed paper proving there was thermite, I have no doubt that their not telling us the whole story. Even members of the 9/11 commission feel there was foul play during the investigation.

Very concerned from the initial news reports about the way the buildings fell, such as how could they possibly fall from the airplanes hitting them so far up the sides of those buildings. How in the world could those big airliners get off their flight plan route without the U.S. Air Force fighter pilots intercepting them? Where were the U.S. Air Force Defense Command and Norad sleeping with their modern day computerized radar detection systems???? And where were the Air Traffic Controllers sleeping??? I couldn't believe what was going on.

I am a former military pilot and civilian flight instructor with approximately 3,000 hours of flight time.
I believe that all remaining evidence of 9-11-2001, and all witness testimonies should be revisited. There are many unanswered questions regarding the events of the day. One of the questions I would like to have answered is, why did building 7 collapse at nearly free-fall speed? Another question would be, how did the masonry and drywall become pulverized to the fine dust shown in the news footage, and witnessed during the clean up? My third and final question is in two parts, why weren't the columns reconstructed off-site, so that investigators could have a clearer picture of the collapses? Why was the steel disposed of so quickly after the attacks?

For one building to collapse upon itself in such a manner would be highly improbable, if not impossible. For three such collapses on the same day implies careful planning. A war was quickly initiated with no substantiated proof of who perpetrated these heinous acts.

A former soldier of the United States has given me experience to recognize an explosion. A student has given me the experience to think for myself and formulate my own opinion.
From the data force fed down my throat by media and government, and the data that has be brought to my attention by members of the architectural and engineering community and other concerned citizens of this great nation, I have come to the conclusion that the events that have occurred on September 11, 2001 were the obvious controlled demolition of the three World Trade Center buildings. With that said I believe that there is a cover up of some fashion and false information has been spread through the public. The citizens of the United States have a RIGHT to know full and well by independent investigation that have granted access to materials and documents from 9/11 and are able to publish their results for the public to see.

Of course, there are many unanswered questions concerning the events of 9/11. The investigation of the NTSB has been locked up by the FBI. The NTSB generally does excellent job of facts gathering. Why has the crash photos of the 9/11 plane wreckage been hidden from the public? Since Robert Mueller was head of FBI at the time of 9/11 and our current President at odds with the Special Prosecutor seems like an ideal time for a new investigation into 9/11.

Building 7 should be there,Those planes should not have exploded on impact the fuel tanks are in the wings,not the nose. Buildings do not fall straight down when burning they creel toward the weak area.

I am a U.S.Navy veteran who served during the Viet Nam War. I was an Aviation Electronics Technician Second Class and worked on the avionics equipment on aircraft aboard an aircraft carrier in the Tonkin Gulf. I obtained an Associates Degree in Science upon discharge from th Navy. I worked as a Field Service Enginner for 36 years with the Eastman Kodak Co. I have recently retired.
I do not believe that impact of the two commercial jets into the twin towers and the fires that resulted were the only cause of the twin towers to collapse. I do not believe that fires alone caused the collapse of Building #7. I have concerns of the numerous explosions that were heard by rescue personnel and employees and also recorded by news organizations that were on the scene. I have concerns that the lobby areas were severly damaged even though the planes hit the buildings at the upper levels. The one event that changed my opinion from a sceptic to a believer that there was more to the collapse of all three buildings was the collapse of building # 7. I am also concerned that there are rumors that the flight recorders from the two aircraft were indeed found but never released to the public. I am troubled that the steel beams were so quickly sent to China and melted down. My belief is that a lot of the steel beams should have been retained for examination to help to explain the collapses. I join with the others who have signed this petition and call for a totally independent investigation into this horrible act.
