To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

First of all, I feel a deep sadness for the families and the citizens of the world who lost their siblings, families and friends on 9/11. Regarding the official story, there is a high probability that it is not true. It's more like a well done movie script and scenario created by a politician with a big ego and a total disregard for other people.According to the Japanese architect who designed the twin towers, they were designed to withstand such a crisis or accident. Anyway, we can't understand how and why it happened without a new investigation. The picture will be blurred until that happens.

The destruction of the WTC seems suspect to me as the towers collapsed into their own footprint vs an asymmetric fall as you'd expect with failure due to fire. The free fall speeds of the twin towers, along with the free fall speed of the un-hit WTC are all suspect. This coupled with the findings of iron spheres and thermite raise concern of use of demolition charges that contain these compounds.

What I would like to know is who was involved in making this horrific event happen. I would also like to know what actually hit the Pentagon - why only a 65 foot gap when the wing span of a commercial airline exceeds one hundred feet and why was there no wreckage of the commercial aircraft that crashed in Pennsylvania? Only a hole in the ground and small aircraft fragments.

If the government's explanation was valid it should have significant implications for building codes and the way we design and build high rise buildings. Yet virtually no changes have occurred in structural engineering codes since 9/11/01. I am upset that an NFPA 921 investigation was never done on these three buildings, nor a proper forensic investigation of the structural components of these three buildings.

Even though my personal domain of competence is not civil engineering nor materials, I feel that the 'official version' of 9/11 does not make sense. There are very many specific questions that have not been answered satisfactorily (or not answered at all!). I'm a German by birth and 33 years old. From August 2000 to October 2005 I had the privilege of living and working in the United States. During that time I was a member of the German Air Force stationed in the United States. During the holidays 2000/2001 I still had the opportunity to see and visit the Twin Towers myself. 9/11/2001 I witnessed through the TV, like most people on the base I was stationed at. The impact to our daily life that the tragedy had was terrifying to say the least.

I am currently a Sergeant in the United States Army. I've been in the military for over 5 years now with two deployments to Iraq, one of which I am currently serving in Operation New Dawn, Iraq. I joined right out of High School to fight the war on terrorism.

I am an American citizen. I am a military veteran and served 1982 to 1985 in the 56th Field Artillery Brigade Pershing. The collapse of WTC7 is beyond extraordinary and the 911 Commission Report says next to nothing about WTC7. To assert that fire or pancake collapse was the cause is laughable. And, a commercial aircraft 767 CANNOT achieve 510 mph at near sea level. C'mon...let's get real. Let's have the truth and get on the right side of history.

As an HVAC designer and sales-engineer, and having spent all of my working years in and around large buildings, I understand building structure. As a pilot, I understand what temperatures ignited jet fuels will generate. The temperatures necessary to melt steel members of a building structure are considerably above those generated by the fuel carried by commercial airliners such as those which hit the Trade Center Towers. The higher temperatures of explosive materials were necessary to melt Trade Center structural members. Air Force JROTC preparatory education to attend Air Force Academy. I was taught enough by the US Air Force to know that aluminum aircraft do not have the ability to cut through steel, disintegrate yes. Boeing conducted tests prior to 9/11/01 to investigate fire suppression systems which required flying a 707 via remote into steel beams which cut the wing off causing explosion. Maintained a thorough interest in the study of architecture and the demolition there of.
I will not comment on WTC 1 & 2 towers but fail to believe that WTC7 was not a controlled demolition. The position of WTC7 in relation to the towers would not create damages leading to a symmetrical collapse (implosion). There have been numerous aircraft disasters and not one ever showed an almost completely debris free impact area until the pentagon and Flight 93. Nothing adds up in terms of previous situations regarding similar events.

Who has had enough Washington B.S.? Lets get the real truth, if there is more than what we are led to believe. At this point I think as it is reported was accurate. On 9/11 I was in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, at a trade show and saw the events on TV. They closed the show at 2 pm as too many people were upset and many had relatives in NYC. We had to drive back West through Pennsylvania, as the beltway was closed, and saw the smoke in the field in Pennsylvania.

The way Building 7 went down could not have happened without the detonation of substantial explosives in key locations deep within the building. When the Twin Towers fell, I was in shock. I'd never seen anything remotely like that. I was in the United States Army for 5 years and am currently in the reserves. I am now a student doing a research paper on the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings.
I believe that the collapse of the three towers would be somewhat believable if there were a precedent for something like this happening before. It only takes a small bit of common sense to see that something is not right about what we are being fed by the government and media about what happened, and something has to be done to further investigate what really happened.

I have watched probably 100 hours or more of video. I have seen the corp media where the mayor of NY said before wtc 7 fell that they were going to (pull it). This is demolition term. How did he know before hand?? And why does all the video show a controlled free fall? This questions can not be swept away when there is clear video evidence to prove otherwise. You can try and spin it all you want and try to cover it up with repeating your lies but the well informed everyday citizen such as myself does not buy into your lies. I want the truth. I am a U. S. Served in RAAF No 5 Const Squadron, and 1 AD air base Victoria while studying at Melb Tech College. Have attended high furnace melting process, and am familiar with amount of temperature required to melt steel.
The whole process of investigation of 911 seems to be a setup. It took two years to select a 911 Commission, which was given no funds to investigate the debris, or thorough investigation of causes of the collapse, and completely ignored the collapse of Building 7, which was obviously demolished by the use of explosives. I am amazed that the insurance companies so readily, provided compensation to the insured, who had hardly invested bare 1% of the cost of the buildings themselves. In my case, I am still trying to get Zurich Insurance to pay me for the roof damage to my small building by Hurricane Wilma five years ago.

Became interested in the collapse of the Twin Towers shortly after 9/11/01 because the manner in which they went down just did not seem normal. Did not do much follow up at that time but was guided to some interesting videos on youtube which sparked my interest again. After some searches, I was guided to ae911truth.org where I downloaded your Mysteries of The Twin Towers and am now totally convinced the Towers did not fall because of the aircraft alone.

I joined the Military in October of 2002. Like many Americans, I was angry at the terrorists for such a cowardly attacked that mostly killed civilians. However, after we invaded Iraq, I became increasingly suspicious of our motive and became more politically conscious. I believe we need to hold our leaders accountable and believe the 9/11 commission was not thorough in their investigations of the events that led to the building collapses. This is why I support an independent investigation of these events.

I am concerned that such a tragic event was not thoroughly investigated by various different groups of forensic engineers and that all of the evidence was not available to everyone. I question the haste of the clean-up and site clearing without understanding what happened and why.

I've questioned many things on how the 3 buildings fell at the WTC complex, including the so called pancake theory. Considering Newton's law of gravity and the resistance that the steel provided, there is no way the buildings would have come down in almost perfect free fall fashion.
