On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

That convinced me. I then questioned the symmetry of the 3 wtc buildings and the fact that they fell through the path of greatest resistance at near free fall speed. Evidence of nano thermate found by Dr. Jones and by analyzed by a PHD from Denmark was further evidence. The fact that the concrete was pulverized takes a great deal of energy more than that of concrete floors crashing into concrete floors. Then huge structural beams are found embedded in nearby buildings and some thrown as far as 600 ft takes a major lateral force. A collapsing building does not generate lateral force. I see the impact of an aircraft against steel structure somewhat as a beercan being crushed against a steel beam. Why weren't engines and wings found on the ground. After all the perimeter beams are substantial and the plane would have had to shear a large number of them in order to enter the building. It is not easy to shear large box beams with an aluminum structure, particularly given that an aircraft is not constructed with the safety factor of a steel framed building. There are many other things that defy logic but much of it is conjecture and would only serve as fodder for debunkers so I choose not to go there.

I have spent the first half a decade as a PE in Haiti after the Jan 2010 Earthquake that devastated the country and I have seen hundreds of structural failures of all types and due to many causes.
I have seen CCTV footage of a structure collapse at free fall speed due to earthquake induced ground floor column failure and it is very similar to the free fall experienced by the trade center. The difference is that the slabs usually remain in tact and follow the structure to the ground in a 'pancake ' ' style, not turn to dust and send the disintegrated slabs airborne. The supporting substructure must have been compromised to cause the witnessed free fall failure mechanism. The causes of that support loss must be empirically demonstrated as one possible explanation IS controlled demolition and that cause has very grave criminal consequences.

I encourage everyone to read the numerous books, technical reports and papers about the WTC; look closely at the photographs and videos; listen to the speakers with an open mind. Decide for yourself, and take a stand for what you believe. As a structural engineer I believe in the laws of physics and rely on them every day. - - - - After much reading and studying it is obvious that NIST, FEMA and the 9/11 Commission have all fallen short of a detailed accounting of the catastrophic collapses of the three World Trade Center buildings in Manhattan on 9/11/01. A few examples of unexplained details include the severe high temperature corrosion attack on the steel as described in Appendix C of the FEMA Building Performance Study, the complete symmetrical collapses following asymmetric structural damage and short-term fires, and the chemical signature of incendiary compounds found in the toxic WTC dust. - - - - I would really like to know why complete collapse of the twin towers became inevitable as expressed by NIST without any scientific analysis to substantiate it. Why would all 110 stories drop straight down to the ground in about 10 seconds, pulverizing most of the contents into dust and ash - twice? Why would WTC 7 fall straight down to the ground in about seven seconds the same day? It was not struck by any aircraft or engulfed in any fire. An independent investigation is justified - and necessary - for all three collapses.

Having been presented the evidence from multiple sources about the collapse of the WTC towers I at least believe the cause of the collapse was not due to the collision of the airplanes. It seems very likely that the collapse of all three towers was due to structural tampering of some sort from within. It even seems possible that planes had nothing to do with the collapse.

I am a proud US military veteran who, like so many other patriotic citizens, was subjectively spoonfed the official story from the mass media and our own government. In the first days, weeks and months following 9/11, I noticed a few strange anomolies, such as the odd damage to the Pentagon, but didn't think much of them at the time. Over the past two years, I have since objectively examined the evidence, applied the laws of physics, and cast aside patriotic bias. I now discount the official story and seek the unbiased truth that an independent investigation would provide.
My opinion on the Tower 1 & 2 collapses is that they were controlled demolitions designed to destroy evidence of the aircraft. I do not believe the planes that hit the buildings were commercial jetliners filled with terrorist hijackers and unsuspecting citizens, but were military planes masquerading as the missing hijacked flights. I also believe that WTC 7 was a planned and controlled demolition, perhaps to destroy the evidence of a 9/11 central command, and most definitely to propogate much of the insurance, financial aspects, and inside-trading anomolies surrounding the 3 WTC building collapses. The concept that three massive steel skyscrapers could instantly collapse as a result of burning jet fuel seems preposterous to me.

First: Since I did my military services in the Swedish Air Forces (SAF) (1985-1986), I was confused already from day one about the lack of intervention from the USAF - especially regarding Pentagon and the time it took from the first crash to the last. First thought was that USAF was in a worse shape in 2001 than SAF in the eighties, but also that your home defense might not be as advanced as your forces abroad... Quite stupid thought, but it comes natural to rationalize in this direction after such a catastrophe. Then I really didn't think much about this, except that the USA obviously used 9/11 as an argument to go for the oil, until last summer (2007). While hiking with friends - architects and landscape architects - I was told about the 9/11 truth-movement and the discussion about whether or not this was an inside job. I told them they were totally out of their minds. But - since I had my first doubts about the USAF - I also got curious, and finally looked at some internet pages. Now - after having seen quite many argument for and against - I think it's absolutely outrageous that anyone could still claim that these building fell naturally, because of the impact and fires. There were 3 different scenarios, but all building fell exactly in the same way as the others. The top of the buildings took the most difficult way down - straight through the remaining body underneath instead of tipping over on one side. Nothing remained standing. And the speed of it all! If American building are constructed in order to fall down as easily as possible instead of withstanding as much as possible - I might not dare to enter another high rise building in the US... Nothing reminds of how buildings fall down after accidents - everything reminds of a professional deconstruction work. Clearly - there is a need for an independent and international investigation - preferably with no US governmental participation!

I watched the news casts of the impact of the aircraft on the day of the attacks. I wondered at the time what type of steel was in the building and if the structure was sufficiently engineered to withstand such an event. Later as I watched how the first building collapsed I kept thinking This looks like a controlled demolition then when the second building fell in exactly the same way I could not accept that the collapse was caused ONLY by the aircraft and aviation fuel. I know that jet A burns at approximately 1500 to 1600 degrees as I was an airforce pilot during the Vietnam conflict. I could not imagine that the steel in those buildings would be sufficiently weakened by such a fire. After the initial report by the federal investigators was released I could not accept the findings as factual. It was several months later that I saw for the first time the collapse of building 7. This building came down in exactly the same manner as 1 and 2. That was simply too much to be believable. This must be investigated by an independent team of structural engineers, architectural engineers and demolition experts. I would suggest drawing from at least 2 or 3 other countries NOT hostile to America.

As a student at Regis University, I am almost done with a BA in Communications (emphasis on Mediation/ Negotiation), and at the small construction company which I work, I am a Exec. Administrative Assistant and a carpenter, as well. I've been doing this sort of work for the last four years.
The laws of energy, force, physics, and common sense don't agree with the official explanation we were given. A&E offers well-thought out and well-researched theories that explain how these towers fell. To date, my colleagues and I have yet to find the fallacy within A&E's scientific logic. With my prior experiences inside the US military, I find that planning and executing this sort of large-scale demolition to be well within the means of any government or any well-connected organization. History has taught us many things, and the detestable idea that a group of people could perform something like this has been repeated throughout the centuries; as a consequence, with enough examination, these sorts of actions have been proven to occur time and time again. Living in the 'modern' era does not exempt us from the repetition of history.

Pretty plain to me when you can see bright orange steel pouring out in runlets, collecting in puddles for several days, sulfer in high quantity in the slag; Thermite was used to bring it down cutting the internal core structures. How else would they collapse the way they did?

The issues of building security, conflicting interests of building owners and investment firms are highly suspect, the need of an independent investigation is paramount. Not to mention on the day of the attack, all those in my command center expressed, accountability and execution of these attacks could not occur without the collusion of an inside intelligence resource.

I was always suspicious of how the buildings went down--they simply imploded! One does not have to be an engineer to figure that out. Those buildings did a vertical slide--not a fall.

Architects and Engineers are highly trained professionals in the exhaustively evolved areas of Structural Engineering and Materials Science. Anytime a structure catastrophically fails to perform in the manner designed, there is exhaustive and meticulous examination into it's causes and how to avoid such failures in the future. The WTC collapses necessitate serious engineering flaws in all three structures, or that the collapses too were engineered. These are questions that Materials Science MUST have answered, lest other structures also be built with these same flaws.

This was a very well put together and scientific documentary. I decided to stay at work on 9/11/01 and not go home. Before hearing any personal/official opinions and just watching the footage on T.V, I was skeptical. It was very odd how the buildings came down perfectly. It was odd that such a large scale attack could just magically happen. I deem myself rational and open minded paying attention to events since 9/11 help me justify that it was a false flag operation. I learned early from the army of a need to know basis. The government that I grew up believing was serving the public has grossly has not served the public!

I am a former Army National Guard soldier and a father trying to teach my children the truth and the difference between right and wrong.
I find it very suspicious that the only 3 times in history that a steel framed skyscraper has collapsed due to fire, we found pools of molten metal weeks afterward and that we are supposed to believe that jet fuel caused such a massive amount of heat. The residue proves that there was thermite used, and I am proud to see a group with the intelligence and courage to examine the evidence and come to a logical conclusion for what happened to make those 3 buildings collapse so symmetrically.
