PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

As a 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, specifically Sr./General Manager for office high-rise buildings, I have always been passionate about the properties that I represent and as such, I work closely on a day to day basis with all those who make it possible to [collectively] run a tight ship. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work in the trenches with my team, rather than hide in the office behind reports computer. To be able to actively & extensively work within the various fields that are inherent to the development and operation of office buildings (i.e. engineering, general construction, development /re-development, architecture, fire-life-safety, security, local city & state agencies fire, and police agencies -- just to name a few), is to understand the entire operation on both a micro and a macro level. Much like horse & rider, an intimate relationship emerges between Manager & Building.
On September 10th, 2001, I resigned from my position with a prominent Real Estate firm in the Los Angeles area. The next morning I was devastated to see the events unfolding in New York. It took two months for me to secure a new position in management. The industry was at a standstill; fear had taken over and hesitation plagued building owners. I returned to work and there began my discussions with my fellow colleagues in the industry. As time went on, my questions began to increase -- maybe it was intuition at that point, but something inside said this didn't make sense. My driving concern was two fold: 1) our country appeared to be under attack; 2) the method of attack involved office buildings. I have always personified office buildings -- the people give it life (the tenants, the building staff, the visitors, etc.). It has always been my work ethic to [before all else] ensure a safe environment for everyone's sake. The building becomes your home, and the people in it become your family. The staff become sisters, brothers, children, aunts, uncles. You work hard, together, and support each other. When I heard how many people lost their lives that day including a large number of building personnel (i.e. janitorial), I became overwhelmed and nearly obsessed with NEEDING TO UNDERSTAND... I asked myself and my colleagues how such an event could have happened, and why the absence of procedural emergency evacuation. I have evacuated my buildings on minor level threats -- maybe that was excessive on my part but my ethic has always been safety first. I assure you that, if at any time in my career there happened to be an airplane occupying any part of a building i was responsible for, evacuation would be the first order. I do not care if it's inconvenient for tenants - my attitude: board meetings can wait -- SAFETY FIRST. The more me and my colleagues (which consisted of other managers, VPs, Chief engineers, project managers, security personnel, developers, architects, GCs, demo-crews, FLS installers, members of LAPD & LAFD, and the list goes on.....) reviewed the plethora of footage of the actual collapse the more we concluded something was wrong with the picture. That was when my I became 100% obsessed with my research. I focused on the structural design aspect of the towers, and that led me to believe that complete pancaking was likely a direct result of controlled demolition, not jet fuel. I have raised the question of the [reportedly] unusual building operations in the weeks leading up to 9/11 - for example the timing of Reg. 4 emergency evacuation drill, incomplete contractor /vendor signature logs during the elevator mod project -- a front project to allow hoist-way access to controlled demolition crew(s). Truth and Understanding, I hope, will come to us by legal process. Thank you for this.

I love winnowing out the truth of everything that happens and working hard to do it. I exercise when I get a chance to stay in shape and keep the stress off and I am a Christian who loves this country and the freedoms that we are entitled to.
I think the idea that it is too harsh to bring up 9/11 is a huge crock. Until recently I didn't question the government/media explanation for the collapse of the Twin Towers. I believe I may have heard in passing about the collapse of WTC 7, but probably dismissed it as being the result of damage from the collapse of the Twin Towers or something associated with some conspiracy theory. After taking a closer look at some of the evidence, it's clear that the official theory of gravity collapses caused by airplane impacts and fires in the three buildings on 9/11 is inconsistent with the physical laws of the universe and the properties of the materials in the three buildings and the airplanes. It's also clear that the government's investigations were inadequate.

I have a BS in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines. Before moving to the US I was a licensed civil and structural engineer in the Philippines and I designed high rise buildings.
WTC-7 was brought down by carefully planned demolition. High rise buildings do not fall symmetrically without disabling all the columns all at the same time. You do not have to be an engineer or architect to build a sample prototype structure made of sticks and cartons to show that a symmetrical fall will not occur if all the columns are not removed at the same time. This was a carefully planned demolition and would have taken months ahead to implement.

After 6 years as designer, started my own construction company in NH, and am still in business registered as Leonard Builders, LLC in Conway, NH designing, building and remodeling homes, and light commercial projects. Also, in 1984, I was the off-road motorcycle racing overall champion in two racing disciplines in the N.E.T.R.A. series.
While watching the towers come down on the news on 9-11-01 on the television news, I was surprised that they did not fall asymmetrically to one side because, in my experience, symmetry is rare. Then, as I saw the recap television footage replaying the jets crashing into the buildings over and over while explaining that the heat from the fires caused the buildings to fall apart, I wondered again how the buildings could crumble straight down since the jets hit them off-center and since the buildings appeared to be built in a nearly symmetrical section, and yet be so tall. It was not until a friend approached me over a year later with doubts about the official story that I thought anybody else had the same doubts concerning the physics of the building failures, and why there was not a very thorough and public ongoing investigation.

The Silk Air plane hit the water above mach 1. Other identifiable debris I have handled have been from impacts from mach 2.5 to mach 5.None of the 9/11 events involved such high-speed impacts. Therefore, HUGE amounts of clearly identifiable debris should have been recovered from the World Trade Center, Pennsylvania and the Pentagon. Otherwise, the official story doesn't make sense.

The 'false flag terror attack' that took place on 9/11/01, was nothing more than a staged event, designed specifically to 'motivate' United States citizens into going to war. - - The three buildings in NYC were controlled demolitions (which you all already know), the 'attack' on the Pentagon was more than likely a drone (probably much like a Predator, but probably a different 'spec', 'package' and 'delivery system' rather than the 'official story' of a plane that 'utterly disintegrated upon impact with an immovable object', to which there was NO plane wreckage, NO black box, and NO marks on the structure itself from those big floppy things out to the sides of a plane, called 'wings.

It is overwhelmingly evident that many other forces and people were involved in the multiple sites of destruction on 9/11 than were reported and/or excluded in the 'official' event report. Engineers, architects and pilots have affirmed the hundreds of discrepancies in the official report, not the least of which was a total lack of a forensic investigation by appropriate, duly appointed personnel. The report was clearly nothing more than a government cover-up. A fact-based investigation of the 9/11 event is needed as well as an independent judicial investigation of the government cover-up, which may lead to the rightful prosecution of the real planners and perpetrators.

I served in the U.S. Air Force Minuteman III missile systems and retired honorably after 20 years of service. I am now a Principal Systems Engineer for EMC Corporation and I'm recognized as one of the best engineers in our company's Backup and Recovery Systems Division.
I have looked at all available evidence available on the internet ranging from film footage in slow motion over different angles of both the WTC towers and WTC building 7. I have watched videos of brick and wood structures collapsing due to fire as well as steel buildings collapse due to earthquake. I've never seen any of those buildings collapse in a symmetrical fashion within their own footprint as the three WTC buildings collapsed. It is clear to me those buildings came down as a result of controlled demolition. Additionally, I have watched and listened to testimony from eyewitness accounts of people that were in the WTC tower building lower decks and firefighters that left the towers and building 7 and all heard and felt explosions in the basement of WTC towers and also coming from WTC building 7. Why were those statements of eyewitness testimony never recorded in the 9/11 Commission Report? We demand a new and impartial investigation headed by an independent panel with no ties to government or to companies with government contracts.

I have a diverse range of experience and I am self educated in physics and engineering to the extent that I have done a wide assortment of construction tasks and worked with many materials often fabricating items out of metal and using torches. I have also served in the military as a combat engineer and have learned about explosives an demolitions. The most important part of my biography would have to be that I am a free thinker and have an endlessly inquisitive mind that will not rest until every avenue is explored and a realistic solution or answer is developed without any conflicting factors.
I knew instinctively the day it happened that the planes and fires did not adequately explain the destruction of the 3 World Trade Center buildings. If anyone has ever tried to soften and bend steel they know that the heat is conducted throughout the contiguous metal structure and will not readily reach the upper ranges that are necessary for failure unless the particular segments of steel are isolated. With such a massive amount of steel present the heat would have been readily absorbed and the jet fuel mostly would have burned away leaving relatively inefficient office fires like many agree upon. There also are just too many inconsistencies, missing evidence, coincidences, and other suspicious circumstances surrounding the event that the official story proponents and our government have not taken seriously to the point of producing the relevant evidence, pictures, videos, documents, etc...

I was a business & accounting major in college, with a minor in electrical engineering. I served 4yrs in the Marine Corps, working as an avionics technician. I worked for the Panasonic Company for 10yrs, rising to the status of Gen Mgr Oper/Dist. My wife and I started an accounting practice in 1976 and now have 10 employees serving the small business community. I witnessed 9/11 like everybody else, virtually glued to the TV as the images and information rolled in. I watched in utter disbelief as the Towers fell, and outraged/dumbfounded as Bldg 7 collapsed. I knew instinctively something was aiding and abetting this process. It couldn't be just a few odd fires on this floor/that floor causing such a total structural failure and catastrophe. In the months and years following, I watched a variety of programs devoted to supporting the government's position, and became increasingly cynical after each one. The arguments and science demonstrations were pedestrian at best, and I remember thinking Popular Mechanics can go to heck. Not sure why, but in 2008 it all welled up so greatly that I was moved to write a book, even as a layman. I felt I could at least gather the facts and timelines, review/debunk the government's story and present it all in an easily understood format that could reach the masses. I self published the softcover book in 2009 and offered it for sale on Amazon, EBay, etc. The title is -THE DAY LIBERTY WEPT and I've sold about 300 copies, some at original retail $19.95 and some at $14.95 & $9.95. I've also given away about 200 copies over the years. I've attended numerous talks/lectures on 9/11, and read many books, including a scientific exposition by a woman physicist/materials science professor named Wood. I am absolutely convinced 9/11 was orchestrated and/or covered up by the government, quasi-government agencies, the military, the academic community and the media. I hold this same belief on the downing of TWA800. My final comment is simply government is becoming less and less credible as time goes on. We find truth has become of secondary importance, compared with politics. Witness the recent IRS scandal, Fast & Furious and most importantly, Benghazi. Everything it seems gets politicized and managed by the prevailing authority/power, and all our institutions and laws are incapable, if not outright impotent, in dealing with it. The Truth exists, not just someone's version of it. It's there to be found, ugly or otherwise. We owe it to ourselves our forefathers and posterity to seek it out. Demand it!Our future depends on it. There are many unanswered questions relating to 9/11 which need to be answered and openly dealt with. 1. How did the towers conveniently fall into their own footprint? 2. How can the reports of explosions in the basements be explained? 3. How can steel melt when burning aircraft fuel does not produce high enough temperatures? 4. How can four aircraft divert from their flight-plan in a country with probably the most sophisticated air defense system? 5. How did Building 7 come to collapse when no aircraft flew into it?

I firmly believe that there are enough unanswered questions, and many new questions, to warrant a new investigation into 9/11. I was suspicious from the start but suspicion alone cannot be the basis for an investigation. We need hard evidence, which your organization has certainly gathered. I applaud you for that. We need to solve 9/11 for our democracy to survive. Those behind 9/11 are traitors, not patriots. Their motives are power and, undoubtedly, money. They don't want a government of, by, and for the people.

The only way buildings can be taken down in the manner they came down on 9/11/2001 is for experts in the field of controlled demolition to plan, to place explosives, and to control the actual events as they occur when they occur.

Building Seven is the smoking gun of 9/11. A sixth grader can look at this building falling at virtually free fall speed, symmetrically and smoothly, and see that it is not a natural process.Buildings that fall in natural processes fall to the path of least resistance, they don't go straight down through themselves.

I was working at 7 Dey Street, a coin toss from Trade 2. I was at my office window during both impacts and on street level during the collapse of Tower 1. There where a multitude of explosions at ground level during the fall of Tower 1. Tower 2 fell while I was making my way out of my building so I cannot account for that. The damage area was very controlled. Tower 7, which also fell, blew out from the lower levels for what reason I can't explain as it did not appear to be damaged.

I just don't and can't believe the buildings came down without some kind of extreme heat source, and unfortunately, believe initial investigations were rushed to cover up real evidence of what happened that day.
