PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a small business owner; I have been in business in New York since 1976. Until 2004 I maintained offices in the garment center and in 2005 I moved to the North Fork of Long Island where I own a small Inn.
I was working in New York on 9/11/2001 and spent the night there with my son who was working with me that day, at a hotel near Times Square. We walked East to the Hudson river and West Side Highway at around 8pm that evening. We were amazed to see, already assembled when we arrived, countless numbers of garbage trucks lined up as far as the eye could see along the length of highway in both north and south directions. We walked towards the George Washington bridge for a while and the line of trucks continued north. It appeared to stretch as far as the bridge. We were struck by how bright new and shiny they looked and were amazed that they could all have been assembled in such a short period of time, less than 12 hours after the first tower fell. I'd like to know where these trucks came from, who ordered these trucks, why it was possible that so many could be assembled in so short a time and when these arrangements were made.

I was shocked as well as everyone else on the day of the event. Glued to the television and sucking in every bit of information they wanted us to see and hear. Then about 2 years ago I watched some videos and read more info about American history that I absorbed much better than the brainwashing I was taught in school. Not even realizing at the time the buildings fell at nearly free-fall speed. You don't have to be a physics wiz to understand that! I'm ashamed that our political leaders are not in total outrage over the Commission's final report! That in itself is more of an atrocity than the day of 9/11. Until this is resolved America will live in shame! The evidence appears to be overwhelming. The videos don't lie...what they show us is TRUTH! I like so many others didn't realize a 3rd building had even fallen. When you watch and read and the dots start to connect...you will realize what the true meaning of ignorance is bliss really means. I know, and because I know I want the Truth to be known to eveyone. We owe it to us to know the truth! Kudos to AE911.

But then I heard the official reports and expert conclusions and thought, Well, I am not an expert in this field. They are. They must be right. I later began to hear rumors. I brushed them off as the ramblings of paranoid conspiracy nuts. I watched the PBS presentation on Why the Towers Fell and thought Well, that settles it then. Then I saw your web site. I viewed the Power Point Presentation. WOW! Now, I am blown away. Hopefully, with the upcoming elections, we can get a government administration willing to take a serious look into this heinous crimes and lay blame (and PUNISHMENT) on those who truly are guilty. It seems clear from the evidence that the 'official' version contains significantly erroneous information. The fuel load from the jets plus the fuel load from the building interiors was insufficient to result in melting of high strength structural steel. The building we impacted and damaged asymmetrically. The symmetrical collapse of both towers is improbable at the very least. Likewise, there is also no probable scenario for Building 7, given all evidence. The presence of chemical compounds indicating the presence of explosive materials used in demolition remains an unexplainable fact.

The pile of rubble left by the twisted, melted structure was more than half as tall as when the structure stood when in tact. - - - - I have also witnessed the planned implosion of four or more high-rise buildings. - - - - I believe it is very possible that there was much more to the demise of Towers 1 and 2 than just the impact of jets and the power of the fuel they contained. Reasons for the collapse of Tower 7 has remained to me unsatisfactorily explained in the media coverage for the events of 9-11-01. - - - - I am deeply concerned that scientific calculations, debris material sampling and analysis have not been given a fair platform in which the causes of the three Trade Center building collapses on 9-11-01 would be clarified and given fair media and grounds for understanding and justice.

The entire building's material simply was turned into dust and melting metal. Aviation fuel burns @1350F - this temperature is not hot enough to metal steel and especially steel columns 6' thick. Also the fires were restricted to 6 to 10 top floors. No fire on floors of lower 3/4 of building. Paperwork from the Towers was scattered for 2 blocks (not burned) - autos up to 2 blocks away were burned and/or melted, unburnt paper on the ground and even under the burned out autos. - melted steel still melted and glowing 3 days later, and there was evidence of thermite or some other chemical/thermal action type explosive material.

I am a former terrorism planner for North Carolina Emergency Management. I wrote the state draft terrorism plan for the Nunn, Lugar, Domenici/Department of Justice grant. I have a background in military explosives, both on the battlefield (Somalia) and in training (Range 1 Inchon, hand grenades, explosives, and IMT, at the United States Military Academy, West Point). Today, I am an explosives instructor and safety officer for the Northwest Explosives Academy, teaching commercial blasting and demolitions. I am also completing a research PhD for the Critical and Sociocultural Education program at the College of Education at the University of Oregon.
Tower 1 and Tower 2 were professionally demolished. The way in which the two towers collapsed indicate that both buildings had been prepared for a multi-stage delay as found in a commercial blast train. The most important evidence beyond the eyewitness testimony of explosions, is the photographic evidence of angled cuts on the structural members of Towers 1 and 2 and the slag that appears below these cuts. These cuts show pooled metal that occurs with ignition of an M14 TH3 thermite grenade (and not the clean cuts as found with C4). Build 7 was, without contest, a deliberate demolition. It was not hit and should not have collapsed nor experienced structural failure near the rate of free fall. Finally, material evidence from 9/11 should not have been destroyed. As was repeatedly expressed to me, personally, months earlier by FBI Special Agent David Martinez in the North Carolina Emergency Operations Command; any emergency response plan following a suspected terrorist attack must take into account evidence storage, as the event should be viewed as both a crime scene and a mass casualty disaster. To this day, I am mystified why, in the wake of the greatest crime scene in American history, this was not done. Why was the structural steel and other physical materials from the site not kept? Why was it allowed to be sold off and melted for scrap? Someone in the Department of Justice was told to not object. I would like to know who and why.

Anyone with even a modicum of an open mind, grasp of the physical world around them and the curiosity to explore 9/11 would, I say cannot help to conclude that the collapse of the WTC 1, 2 & 7 was obviously brought about, at least somehow, with the use of explosives. Non-Americans, in the main, are not hindered by the American nationalism, patriotism, and to a much lesser degree, in this case, of the MSM dictating and controlling their thoughts and beliefs.

I grew up in Coatesville, PA during the 50s & 60s. Coatesville is where the steel for the 'forks' at the base of the WTC were made.
"My father, Russell W. Newkirk, was one of the inspectors that ok'd the steel to be used. He had over 40 years experience as the primary inspector at Lukens Steel/LukenWeld. After the towers fell he said over and over, 'No way, that's impossible!' He died less than a year after 9/11 always saying, ""What about Building 7?"" and ""Those bastards pulled another Pearl Harbor, I'll betcha."" He was a decorated US Navy 1st Class during WWII. For him to say and believe that he had to admit to himself that there were evil entities in the US Gov't. at the highest levels. It killed him."

The denial of bombs and the near free fall of the buildings do not make sense. I know for a fact that molten aluminum DOES NOT appear orange, red, or any other color other than a silvery metallic color. I have seen molten aluminum ignite when exposed to air, however, it does not spark! There is absolutely no way aluminum could ignite a steel beam. Molten aluminum, if exposed directly to concrete, can cause the concrete to explode, however, it would need to be a very large contained vessel in direct contact with the concrete.

I have been traveling to Europe for the past two years, and gave many public presentations there, about the value of plant medicines, and about re-connecting with the healing properties of herbal medicine.
I have watched many documentaries about the 9/11 event, and find there are far too many unanswered questions about exactly what happened. I personally feel that our own government planned and executed these attacks upon our own country and upon its own citizens... causing the terrible loss of life of over 3,000 people... and terrible destruction in the Manhattan area. We need to get to the bottom of this, no matter WHERE the investigation may lead, or how high (in the government structure) the responsibility goes. It is a disgrace (and probably what was planned)... that we let this event galvanize public opinion against the Muslim world (in general).... and did not hold the country ARABIA.... (from which most of the supposed 'terrorists' came), responsible.... instead of Iraq. I believe that this entire event was contrived and acted on...by those who wanted (exactly) to run our nation into an endless war scenario.... and to create a false sense of terror... so that they could have a reason to escalate the security levels in all areas of our life... which are totally unnecessary. The subsequent loss of our freedoms in the United States, via such outlandish new laws as the 'patriot act' and the 'National Defense Authorization act'..... is appalling and unacceptable to me as a United States citizen !!

Forty plus yr. as pipefitter/welder with extensive knowledge of carbon steel and stainless steel weldments common to industrial pressure piping systems. Having spent many years on various construction projects I have acquired a basic knowledge of structural steel also.
Upon viewing the television footage of the collapse of the Towers on the morning of 9/11 I immediately thought 'that looks just like a controlled demolition'! Some time later, when it was declared that jet fuel fires had heated massive structural steel components to the point of failure, I was absolutely certain that I was being lied to. Based on my knowledge of oxy/acetylene heating/cutting and the temperatures required to soften carbon steel vs what temperatures can be reached by a diesel/jet fuel flame in open air (only randomly impinging on steel components) I concluded this to be impossible.

I have completed 129 semester hours of engineering, math, and computer science courses. I also served 23 years in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. The majority of my service was in artillery. I have had explosives training, conducted many close air support missions and have seen the results of military ordnance of all kinds. And not only that, although I consider myself a very intelligent man, I was completely accepting of the official story at first, but I distinctly remember having a feeling, as I looked at the buildings burning, that they were going to come down the way they did. And I actually sat and watched the TV waiting for them to come down. It was just a gut feeling.
It is plain to see (unless all of the video evidence has been falsified, which is beyond impossible) that the twin towers were blown apart from the top down, throwing tons of structural steel laterally. The scientific evidence that thermite explosives were used has been peer reviewed and verified. The video and eye witness evidence of WTC 7 clearly shows foreknowledge of demolition.

I was shocked when we saw the plane hitting WTC. I did my residency training in a Manhattan hospital and was familiar with the WTC surroundings. My wife got a picture there at rooftop. But after initial shock, started to have doubt about the validity of the official story. I started to read and watch all independent investigations about 9/11 and soon became convinced beyond doubt that the official version is UNTRUE and it was a false flag operation. I was happy to see AE911TRUTH being formed by Mr. Gage and others and stayed in touch with the organization. I am an enthusiast to tell people about 911truth whoever cares to listen, but now I see lot of disinterest in knowing truth. I believe in truth and that truth ultimately prevails.

Anyone who takes the time to truly investigate the 9-11 tragedy will find problems with nearly every aspect of the official account. We are told in essence that the planes at Shanksville and the Pentagon evaporated, that the twin towers fell at free fall speed, in pancake fashion, without explosives to remove the resisting floors, and that the Solomon Brothers (Building 7) fell at free fall speed due to a few fires on a few floors. Even a cursory knowledge of physics reveals that all of these things are impossible. We've not only been lied to, but it isn't even a decent lie.

I understand why it is difficult for many to consider the facts about the event of 9/11, even when the evidence is overwhelming in pointing to explosive devices planted and being used in the demolition of 3 skyscrapers. I am a student veteran who has been researching this days events for over a decade. I have been an honor student and I have taken collegiate level classes while still in high school. I consider myself to be an intelligent individual. Shortly after that September morning I was sent on deployment to the European theater. That days events changed my life and it changed the world. There is no reason why it cannot be changed again.
I was an 18 yr old Illinois National Guard Infantryman and student at McHenry County College when I watched the two towers collapse. Even at that young age I knew that those buildings were demolished. I vividly remember talking to my father on the telephone shortly after the second building fell and saying to him that, 'it looks like they were demolished'. I really hope that all of the evidence will be looked at more closely because people like Steven Jones from BYU have done the research and found the residues that indicate that explosives were used.
