To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The Laws of Physics and gravity indicate the collapses of the three WTC towers appear to be caused by controlled demolition and not due to the impact of two aircraft. The buildings fell too fast to indicate the resistance to downward momentum from successive failures of the floor structure. The buildings fell very much straight down and were completely pulverized as if they were destroyed by controlled demolition. There is no other reasonable explanation given for the collapse of WTC7.

It is blatantly obvious that all three buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. The buildings were structurally sound and there wasn't any propellant present to create enough heat to melt steel except those propellants added by the people that planted the explosive charges. The jet fuel would have burned off pretty quickly and the subsequent building fire would have been controlled by NYFD. No similar building has ever collapsed due to fire. There is also no proof that the hijacked planes were the ones that flew into the buildings.

I have a BSEET from DeVry in Atlanta, Decatur campus, June 1986. While my field is Electronics, I have long been an admirer of architectural sciences and science in general. After seeing the horror of the 9/11/2001 catastrophe, I knew my gov't. would be using this unfortunate event to further their endless global war agenda by sucker-punching the American people, as they have historically, regardless of who was truly responsible.
I recalled some of the nightmares I had in the immediate weeks and months following of how surrealistically the twin towers seemed to simultaneously explode and disintegrate as if they were not really made of modern steel and steel-reinforced concrete and multiple-redundant load bearing design to withstand hurricane-strength winds and earthquakes. As a former seasonal resident of New York City in the early 90's, it would often give me and other New Yorkers no small amount of anxiety to be at the WTC, if only to change trains while commuting from the Newark PATH trains to the A & C subway lines, after the '93 attempt to bring them down. It's as if we collectively knew this wouldn't be the last attempt. I'll never forget my sister calling me in a panic just the minute before the second tower was hit to make sure I wasn't in NY after her husband, who was a concert tour bus driver had just checked out of the Marriott WTC-3 hours before it was crushed by debris from WTC-2. Later we found out that our aunt, a native of the Bronx, had a cousin who was killed while working at one of the financial firms in the towers. Throughout the unparalleled horror of the predictable clarion calls for an endless global war for vengeance, what they call their Global War On Terror, I call the War On Rationality, I managed to set my sights on opposing the impending catastrophe that the naked empire would pile on top of this tragedy in Afghanistan and Iraq with the World Can't Wait anti-war coalition. After just a few years, I noticed the intense debate regarding the improbable collapses -especially Bldg. 7- via the work of Stephen E. Jones and instantly realized the full depth of horror of an inside job.

There are powerful interests who do not want the facts of 9/11 known or it would have been investigated as a crime immediately. The challenge will be finding an investigator fearless enough to go wherever the facts lead, but if there is such a person in the US, he or she would never be appointed to lead an investigation of 9/11. Therefore it's equally or maybe even more important to uncover the facts and publicize them, as AE911truth.org is doing. That needs to happen before 9/11 goes down the memory hole.

I attended the University of Houston, majoring in Health & Physical Education. I was drafted into the US Army and after basic training attended Clerk Typist school with permanent duty station at Fort Jackson, SC and one year at USAEUR headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany. Based on observations of my own, the loss of both Twin Towers and the loss of WTC7 could not have been due to structural weakening due to the heat from an aviation fuel fire. There was not enough JP-4 fuel available to heat the building steel enough to cause sufficient weakening. Most of the fuel (Class B fire) burned off in the first several minutes of the conflagration, leaving mostly paper and wood products (Class A fire) to continue burning. Their combustion temperatures are not sufficient to heat structural steel to a sufficient temperature to allow failure under the loads present.

I was in the process of moving on 9/11, but after a week or two I started to question the changes in the news. I just could not buy into the fact that Building 7 could fall on its own. I have always loved to watch controlled demolitions of building, and that is what I saw in the film clips of Building 7. As a former construction worker who has seen buildings brought down by controlled demolitions, I think I can recognize such an event when I see it. Furthermore, just the odds against three separate buildings all coming down at free fall rates into their own footprints within a matter of hours for any reason other than a controlled demolition are so great as to be a statistical impossibility. If that is an impossibility then the official explanation is not valid.

There is scientific proof that the destruction of the WTC complex was not accurate as the NIST and 9/11 Commission's findings described and as released to the public. The Towers and 7 WTC could not have collapsed due to structural failure as a result of fires. The original forensic investigation was not completed correctly and crucial evidence was disposed of. There simply is no possible way the buildings could have fallen straight down at the free fall speed that they did. Not to mention what happened at the Pentagon and with Flight 93 on that horrific September day in 2001.

It didn't happen to them so they simply don't pay it any attention. Well the truth is that if it happens to one of us then it happens to all of us.
I remember being a small child and watching the coverage of 9/11 on the news and it seemed so odd how so much damage could be done by a plane so small in comparison. When I became older I started doing research and found so much evidence of a controlled demolition that it seemed impossible for the majority of the population to believe the official story. My first response to seeing those buildings come down was it was a controlled demolition. Initial news interviews of first responders confirmed this. I suspected that the de-facto regime of the US would use this as an excuse to perpetrate more crimes against humanity.
