PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Building 7 is an anomoly and has never happened before and experts say it was a controlled demolition. Why? The owner took out insurance for terrorism earlier. Much much more points to a well coordinated effort. Who was involved? We need to know.

In the documentary entitled 'The Explosive Reality', at approximately the 6:15 mark, amateur footage of the second plane hitting the WTC can be seen. If you watch the impacted face of the building, and not the approaching plane, you will see quite clearly a diagonal line of detonations from the upper left, going down to the right just BEFORE the plane impacts the building. Now if obvious video evidence isn't enough to merit a new and independent investigation, then I don't know what is. I wish us all the best of luck in this...because we're going to need it!

In my former life as an obsessive/compulsive banjo picker, I worked at different jobs to support my music habit, including a few stints in the construction trades. As a union carpenter, I worked on various state-of-the-art steel and concrete structures, including two high rises. Tn the course of gaining this experience, I've seen these materials subjected to diverse stresses and I have an understanding of the energy required to reduce cured concrete to powder and to deform and/or cut steel beams.
Have you ever seen someone break up, say, a section of sidewalk with a sledge hammer? Note that the hammer has a metal head. What would happen if we were instead to affix a piece of the sidewalk itself onto a long handle and use it to try to bust up a bigger section? Common sense and Newton's third law of motion both tell us that this kind of hammer head would itself shatter in the process, and long before the task could be completed. By this basic logic we can see at once that NIST's explanation for the collapse of the Twin Towers is a silly canard. The notion that a small section of a high rise can, in two cases, fall upon the much larger, sturdier sections below and so thoroughly destroy them is a fantasy. That's my argument against NIST's theory: The kinetic energy of the small sections is insufficient to wreak the kind of damage observed. Based on the active thermitic residues that are pervasive in the dust of the towers, logic promotes explosives as the strongest candidate for squaring up the huge deficit in the energy accounts.

U.S. Army Colonel McQuain wanted to cover up the photos and testimony from a Health Inspector. I wrote to the Head of the U.S. Air Force for contracting MG Darryll Scott to report this in an IG complaint. I wrote Senators Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein and they did nothing. I retired from the US Air Force in 2008. I attended Santa Rosa Jr. College and attained an Associate of Arts and then went on to the University of San Francisco and graduated in 2002. I am now the CEO of Latvian Connection LLC and have brought so much corruption in the Dept of Defense in GAO Protests that I have removed 170 contracting officers with 1,500 GAO Protests written and caused the RAND REPORT to be drafted as a result of a request from the U.S. Senate when the Pentagon complained they received too many GAO Protests. The 120 page report lists Latvian 5 times; says that only 1 / 3 rd of 1 % of the entire Pentagon Budget is Protested and we Protesters are correct 50 % of the time. Latvian Connection LLC receives corrective action 75 % of the time. My father flew for United Air Lines and he didn't believe that those buildings were brought down by air craft. I believe that the BBC were told to be there for a story yet to happen when Building 7 came down. I was in the California Air National Guard - 129th Air Sea Rescue Wing when the towers came down. The base was locked down and hardly anyone could get on the base.

Jet fuel (JP5) does not burn hot enough to melt steel girders. Jet engine components are built to endure extreme heat. To the best of my knowledge, engines were not recovered at the scene. 4'x2' Carbon steel stock needs to reach 2200 degrees to be malleable enough to forge tools (4000 lb ram dropped approx 7 ft).

After finding out about the destruction of building #7, which seemed odd, especially when I started reading about all of the events that happened that day, I read everything I could about 9/11. Most of the information has never been passed on to the general public through the corporate media, intentionally or otherwise. Most people have a hard time believing anything but the official story. I did. I'm hoping that this Grand Jury will actually happen and not get squashed by the powers that be. If we have traitors in our midst, they should be found out and dealt with. The Pentagon and Shanksville are also bogus. Maybe we'll eventually find out what really happened there.

What makes this investigation even more interesting is the government's apparent refusal to give AE911Truth's investigations and conclusions the time of day. Is the US Government intentionally hiding something? If so, why?

I have spent years researching conspiracies and assassinations. The films in slow motion and closeups, clearly reveal the explosions in the tower's collapse, and chunks of girders come flying out. David Ray Griffin pulled me into searching as much as I can on the horrible conspiracy. Very few of those I've discussed the details with have paid attention to the spiriting away of the girders, or the super thermite contamination. I deeply admire the research and professionalism of your group. Please continue the search for new evidence and identification of all guilty parties who are guilty of the towers and the wars in the middle east that were the motivational goals of the perps.

Attended 4 years of college broken up by 4 years of Marine Corps Service. I left college to start a service company in the oil industry. We perform hydro-static pressure test on steel tubing. I have experience from Marine Corps service both observing explosive devices and deploying them. I have seen entire buildings hit with very large bombs and rockets and have never seen any fall, let alone in a uniform or predictable manner.
The official story the U.S. Government has told cannot hold up in a court of law with truthful evidence. WTC #7 is by far the most obvious evidence that the other buildings did not fall because of the jets.

I believe that the WTC & Bld 7 were deliberately brought down in demolition and would like to see justice brought to the American people. No More Lies! Every video from the news, to independent footage, clearly shows the buildings dropping into their foundation. I have watched enough buildings demolished in Las Vegas to see with my own eyes that this was clear cut demolition at its finest. Research the companies hired to work on the floors above where the planes hit. We need investigation into any activities at least a year prior to this event, what, where and why they were in the buildings....
