PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I happened to be at home on 9/11 and saw it live on TV. My mother said that she thought the towers would collapse, but I was sure that this would not happen, or only after a rather long time. And if it happened, then only the top floors above the impact zone would fall down. But then the towers were pulverized and I was sitting on the couch with my chin on the floor. All the evidence that has been found, as in the paper by Niels Harrit about thermite in the dust, confirms my initial doubt about the collapses.

A uniform collapse of a building over its full width and length at free fall acceleration for 8 stories (as was noted by NIST for building #7), is more than likely not a product of office fires. To achieve this one would need simultaneous and almost instantaneous failures of all supporting columns in a building. The finding of iron microspheres and unignited material which has the signature of nano-thermite based on a team of international scientists (including nano-Chemist Niels Harrit with 60 scientific papers published in the best journals) is equally disturbing and merits an independent investigation into all 3 buildings.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. From the beginning, the collapse appeared to be very controlled. The 9/11 Commission seemed to ignore obvious relevant technical and nontechnical information when making their conclusions. The 'clean' demolition and knowing that jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature are two obvious facts that were ignored. - - - - I remember soon after 9/11 an article ran in Civil Engineering Magazine, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Soon thereafter Civil Engineering Magazine ran an article totally supporting the official story. Very disappointing.

U.S. Army Colonel McQuain wanted to cover up the photos and testimony from a Health Inspector. I wrote to the Head of the U.S. Air Force for contracting MG Darryll Scott to report this in an IG complaint. I wrote Senators Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein and they did nothing. I retired from the US Air Force in 2008. I attended Santa Rosa Jr. College and attained an Associate of Arts and then went on to the University of San Francisco and graduated in 2002. I am now the CEO of Latvian Connection LLC and have brought so much corruption in the Dept of Defense in GAO Protests that I have removed 170 contracting officers with 1,500 GAO Protests written and caused the RAND REPORT to be drafted as a result of a request from the U.S. Senate when the Pentagon complained they received too many GAO Protests. The 120 page report lists Latvian 5 times; says that only 1 / 3 rd of 1 % of the entire Pentagon Budget is Protested and we Protesters are correct 50 % of the time. Latvian Connection LLC receives corrective action 75 % of the time. When I filed GAO Protests against Hillary Clinton and the Department of State U.S. Embassy, Kuwait - for not publishing solicitations and illegally excluding Latvian from bidding. My father flew for United Air Lines and he didn't believe that those buildings were brought down by air craft. I believe that the BBC were told to be there for a story yet to happen when Building 7 came down. I was in the California Air National Guard - 129th Air Sea Rescue Wing when the towers came down. The base was locked down and hardly anyone could get on the base.

Jet fuel (JP5) does not burn hot enough to melt steel girders. Jet engine components are built to endure extreme heat. To the best of my knowledge, engines were not recovered at the scene. 4'x2' Carbon steel stock needs to reach 2200 degrees to be malleable enough to forge tools (4000 lb ram dropped approx 7 ft).

High School and attended Manchester (CT) Community College. Dropped out of school and went to work at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. 1966. Enlisted in the Air Force. 1967- 1971. Assigned to NSA as a Computer Operator for 42 months. Honorable Discharge. Hired by Travelers Insurance as a Computer Operator in early 1971. I worked up the ladder and eventually ended up in Administration. All in Information Technologies (A more sophisticated name for Data Processing) Worked there until early 1994 at which time I took a 92 month severance package. Hired by UnitedHealth Care in early 1996 - 2004 (Administrative). Moved to Florida (10/2004) and semi-retired. Retired totally mid-year 2017. Now I'm just trying to feel useful. Bass fishing is my passion.
After finding out about the destruction of building #7, which seemed odd, especially when I started reading about all of the events that happened that day, I read everything I could about 9/11. Most of the information has never been passed on to the general public through the corporate media, intentionally or otherwise. Most people have a hard time believing anything but the official story. I did. I'm hoping that this Grand Jury will actually happen and not get squashed by the powers that be. If we have traitors in our midst, they should be found out and dealt with. The Pentagon and Shanksville are also bogus. Maybe we'll eventually find out what really happened there.

I have spent years researching conspiracies and assassinations. The films in slow motion and closeups, clearly reveal the explosions in the tower's collapse, and chunks of girders come flying out. David Ray Griffin pulled me into searching as much as I can on the horrible conspiracy. Very few of those I've discussed the details with have paid attention to the spiriting away of the girders, or the super thermite contamination. Attended 4 years of college broken up by 4 years of Marine Corps Service. I left college to start a service company in the oil industry. We perform hydro-static pressure test on steel tubing. I have experience from Marine Corps service both observing explosive devices and deploying them. I have seen entire buildings hit with very large bombs and rockets and have never seen any fall, let alone in a uniform or predictable manner.
The official story the U.S. Government has told cannot hold up in a court of law with truthful evidence. WTC #7 is by far the most obvious evidence that the other buildings did not fall because of the jets.

I believe that the WTC & Bld 7 were deliberately brought down in demolition and would like to see justice brought to the American people. No More Lies! Every video from the news, to independent footage, clearly shows the buildings dropping into their foundation. I have watched enough buildings demolished in Las Vegas to see with my own eyes that this was clear cut demolition at its finest. Research the companies hired to work on the floors above where the planes hit. We need investigation into any activities at least a year prior to this event, what, where and why they were in the buildings....
