PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Such buildings do not free-fall even if struck by a jumbo jet. The physics of falling objects in earth's gravitational field do not allow building free-fall unless uniformly 'pulled down' with explosives.

Past investigations of the WTC collapses were awash in the concealment and destruction of evidence, the suppression and coercion of witnesses, and the utter abandonment of all sound principles of criminal investigation ' in short, a massive obstruction of justice, certainly in the moral sense, and often in the legal sense, as well. As an American citizen, it is now obvious to me that American authorities cannot possibly conduct an unbiased investigation of this matter, because too many of them are already compromised by their own participation in this obstruction of justice. We therefore need an internationally based investigation, on the order of the Nuremberg trials, in order to find the truth and punish the culprits. Such an international investigative body must have full authority to examine all evidence, extract sworn testimony from all witnesses, issue indictments, and try, convict, and sentence the guilty. Because the events of 9/11 were used as a pretext for two international invasions and occupations, everyone worldwide ' and particularly the citizens of Afghanistan and Iraq ' also have a right to demand an unbiased international investigation of the crime and prosecution of the culprits. If such an event in another country were used as a pretext for invading the United States, we ourselves would demand nothing less.

I graduated from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York in 2011 with the degree of Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude. One out of five of my college years was spent interning at Moog Inc, the company for which I am now employed. I am now sort of an, 'all-purpose' or 'jack-of-all-trades' engineer, working mostly with the hydraulic and mechanical systems used in the flight controls of major commercial airliners. I'm one of the few privileged engineers who is able to connect together the design and development of a brand new primary flight control system to the full rate production of a new aircraft.
I would like to know the truth of what happened on 9/11 to cause the destruction of three skyscrapers. To this day I have not been informed sufficiently to know what really happened, or why. The publicly accepted reason for the collapse of the twin towers is an insufficient explanation. For the collapse of two modern steel structures to be caused by fire and burning jet fuel in such a controlled manner in such a short time span doesn't make sense to me. I suspect that governmental agencies may have been involved, providing me with false information about such a monumental event affecting American policy and law. I support the demand for a thorough, unbiased, truth-focused investigation using only evidence as a means to understanding these events.

For the year before moving back to Michigan, where I worked as a Robotic Engineer/Tech/Programmer, as a contracted employee of CIS Electronics Of Canada, until a 2000 work accident aggravated a service connected injury to the point that I had to retire, permanently.
I do not believe that Jet fuel can melt Steel. If that was the case I doubt seriously the Navy would use jet fuel on a steel aircraft carrier. With no plane hitting WTC Bldg #7, very unlikely it fell because of a few small fires throughout the building, nor do I believe that a storage tank of diesel fuel took out all the main supports for the building. The Towers showed signs in the main lobby of explosives going off long before the buildings fell. Video evidence of this can be found. Nothing the 9/11 Commission stated in their Report made sense to me. I also find it hard to believe that every tape of the so called plane hitting the Pentagon just up and vanished. I also have my doubts about their findings about Flt 93, cell phone calls made from the plane were impossible at that time. If I am not mistaken, didn't American Airlines make a big announcement close to a year later that they were the first company to have been able to accomplish this feat in early to mid 2002. Another fact is planes do not vaporize upon crashing into the earth. There is just so much evidence against the Official Report, I cannot believe it.

The molten iron globe content found in the steel at the site is a classic signature of thermite/thermate explosives. There is currently no natural explanation for these phenomena other than the FACT that preplaced explosives were used to shear critical loadbearing beams. Upon my return from military service in Vietnam - during my one year of college at the Detroit Institute Of Technology - I became active in anti-war efforts and demonstrations because I had been awakened to the realities of U.S. foreign policy as well as CIA and military interventions the world over. Those actions led to job termination and several years of unemployment. I finally found employment as a legal secretary for 9 years, then as an administrative assistant for 6 years. As a Vietnam veteran, familiar with military operations & strategies, I recognized instantly that the events of 9/11 were the result of a carefully orchestrated and executed U.S. government effort! We now know for certain that the U.S. government sent 58,000 of its citizens to their deaths in the Vietnam conflict based on a LIE! The controlled news media and information sources all reported that a U.S. vessel was attacked by North Vietnamese in the Gulf Of Tonkin, which was a LIE and the rationale for America's involvement in the Vietnam conflict. If America can send 58,000 of its citizens to their death, then 3,500 more on 9/11 was no problem!
Having witnessed the imploding and demolition of numerous buildings in my lifetime, it was easy to spot the similarities as the WTC collapsed. Also, the chief architect stated that - given the height of the buildings - he had specifically designed the buildings to withstand possible aircraft collisions.

While stationed @ CINCPACFLT/JICPAC HAWAII, I fielded numerous classified phone calls from CIA concerning possible Al Quada strikes within continental United States. Messages were purposely deleted from classified SIPRNET that would have sent out warnings that would have stopped 9/11 attacks.

I went through the US Navy's nuclear engineering program and served as a nuclear plant mechanic on the USS Carl Vinson. After the Navy, I attended film school at Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale, AZ. I am now a freelance cinematographer and director.
The official story of the 9/11 attacks is only partially true. The evidence shows that mere fires from airplanes crashing into the WTC Twin Towers could not have possibly flattened these buildings. In addition, no plane crashed into WTC Building 7, and yet it was destroyed. I believe pre-planted explosives were used on all three buildings, and this must be investigated thoroughly.

I have always thought that this was a setup to get the 'war machine' going. I did two tours to Iraq not because I necessarily beloved the Towers, but for my brothers and sisters that have been put in harms way.
I have seen what explosions look like and this is no doubt what that was, let alone the other supposed plane hitting the Pentagon without any engine or plane parts. It's all orchestrated in my eyes.
