PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official explanation of the the 9/11 WTC tower collapses does not answer many technical questions. Why did the towers hit by planes collapse? Why did WTC 7 collapse without being hit by a plane? Why did the towers collapse as if a planned explosive demolition was executed? How did temperatures inside the building reach levels that could melt steel? Why was the majority of material pulverized? A thorough, 3rd party investigation is needed.

I was born in Santa Monica CA. I grew up in West Los Angeles and worked for my father who did excavation and demolition of homes and small structures. I went to Venice High School from 1973 to 1976. I served a two year mission for my church from 1978 to 1980. I went to Santa Monica City College and to UVSC in Orem Utah. I moved to Utah in 1990 and became involved in Republican Party leadership by becoming a State and County delegate. As a precinct chairman I was a member of the (Salt Lake) County Central Committee. I was later elected to the State Central Committee and the State Executive Committee in the year 2000.
During my service in the Republican Party leadership I had witnessed many actions that were unethical and conspiratorial. Being on the State Executive Committee in the year 2000 (one of two representatives for Salt Lake County) I was at odds with the current Governor Michael Leavitt and Senator Orrin Hatch both of whom were up for re-election that year. The main responsibility we had as a body was the planning and execution of our State Republican Convention where the governor the Senator and the Congressman were elected. Months before the State Convention no meetings were held with the body that was elected for that purpose to plan and execute this convention. The convention did go on as I was there to witness the event but it was without the input of the duly elected officers chosen for that purpose. Several anomolies occurred at this convention of which I will not note here. However I would like to reiterate the fact that this convention and the State Republican Party ran an illegal or at the very least unethical State Convention in the year 2000 that did not include the input or planning of the elected officials, including myself, who were elected to plan and oversee this convention. When the towers collapsed on 911, I was taken back by the way the structures fell. Until the birth of explosives for the demolition of buildings I had never seen a building collapse as I saw these buildings fail. As a young man growing up my father demolished homes and small structures (mostly constructed of wood). I remember seeing on television the collapse of a demolition by explosives. It was amazing how the buildings came down at once and falling in on top of themselves. This was far different than the demolition I had experienced with my father as we had to beat, crush, push and trample the structure to get it to fail. And when it failed it would fail one timber at a time and it would fall AWAY from the structure and not on top of itself unless we had the loader pushing it down in that manner. Even if the loader were pushing down on it the only part (of the structure) that would fail would be the part that the loader was pushing on. The other part of the structure would not fail. Each portion of the structure had to be crushed in order for it come straight down! In other words buildings never came down like the towers did until the advent of explosives placed in a specific fashion with great skill. Prior to that time you had wrecking balls or time consuming piece by piece dismanteling of buildings to bring them down. In conclusion: I am no expert. I have had no experience with steel columns. I have experience in only small scale buildings which were mostly large and small homes. I have had no experience in the demolition of buildings where fire was a factor. I only helped my father. However I did participated in the destruction and operation of the tractors to demolish these structures. Nevertheless as I saw the towers fall and continue to see the video of the towers falling I am certain that the falling of the towers could not be a failure of the structures alone. Explosives had to be a factor as this type of building failure was completely unheard of before the introduction of explosives for the demolition of buildings.

The building 7 collapse was obviously a controlled demolition. There was no direct plane crash, and a diesel building fire somehow caused a perfect demolition internal collapse. This was no accident, and to me, completely discredits the official report, and must be investigated and scientifically explained. I would like a release of any and all evidence related to 9/11, so the public can decide. There are many unanswered questions in my mind. How come raw materials from the demolished building are hidden away in warehouses, and not publicly available? Let independent auditors test metal from the wreckage for nano-thermite. Why is there no open scientific scrutiny and study? Why is the public prevented from seeing an analyzing the evidence? Why were air force pilots kept occupied training for the exact scenario (hijacking exercise) the day of the attacks? (air traffic controller saying is this real world, or an exercise). Where are the black boxes? Security footage tapes? Release the pentagon footage - all of it (there must be some hi-res footage not publicly released), showing the crash, to refute claims it was a cruise missile / inside job, and confirm it was a plane. Explain the Pennsylvania crash - why are there no large plane parts? Explain how black boxes can fail to survive all crashes. These are designed to survive, and yet *all* 4 vanished? This isn't possible. If it were, then there are serious problems with black-box design and a national redesign should be in force. Again, science to overcome this exact scenario (crashes) somehow failed? This contradicts the official report, and must be explained. Explain how diesel can melt steel. Modern material science is advanced enough to show jet fuel can't melt steel (1400 degree jet fuel fires can't melt steel at almost 2800 degrees), so how *did* it melt? Refute nano-thermite questions with evidence. Again, why does science contradict the official report? If it is eventually determined nano-thermite was actually used (contrary to the official findings), then go further, and identify who could have done such a thing? On such a massive scale? Undetected? Open up video security footage from inside the buildings to help identify the individuals involved, expose street camera footage to allow vehicles in/out to be identified so we can understand who could have done this and how they pulled it off. Motive and opportunity. Who stood to profit from 9/11? Follow the money trail. This hasn't received enough investigative attention. The whole affair smells of a cover-up. Too much contradiction with science, too many (easily answered) unanswered questions. If there is nothing to hide, why is all the evidence hidden away in private? All of these issues and many more need serious investigation, openly, by the public, which can only happen with access to the evidence in question. Currently there are too many secrets, too much evidence held in secret, preventing people from analyzing the evidence openly, drawing their own conclusions, and thus determining their own truth. Let's make the evidence public, so people can find truth, get closure, and move on once and for all.

My sister had just gotten off of the PATH Train when the first explosion happened. Her account is that everyone ran out and back into building bc it appeared more dangerous outside.
I have done extensive research, read numerous signed affidavits, listened to countless interviews, watched the explanations of architects, scientists and engineers and fully understand, there were no planes (implicating the media). I am aware of NESARA which was to be announced that very day. It is clear there was something (servers, gold, or something else of value in WTC 7). Living in Hudson County, NJ for many years, I never heard of WTC 7. Donald Rumsfeld's announcement missing trillions of dollars fits with all of the documented facts I have examined. There is here-say John Roberts, void of moral character (as noted by his visit to Epstein's Island), received billions of dollars for covering it up. I am aware of the dancing Israelis and believe the CIA, Media outlets knowingly reporting the misinformation, the Bush administration, and Mossad are guilty Treason and Sedition. Our republic has been restored, and We the People must regain the power to hold these individuals accountable. In light of this, I could argue the parties involved are guilty of sedition against We the People. They are guilty of murders (premeditated murders or as an accomplice or accessory to these murders. Journalists do not get a pass. The responsibility of every journalist is to do a thorough independent research and report on facts.

I don't even have the SLIGHTEST DOUBT that 9/11 was an 'inside job.' Here's my short list of proofs: 1. Miraculous vertical free-fall of WTC 1, 2, and especially 7, 2. The fact that a no-experience pilot could score a direct hit on the Pentagon, with a jumbo jet, when NORAD (and the whole world) had known about the hijacking for almost an hour, 3. The fact that EVERY VIDEO of the Pentagon approach and impact (likely hundreds of tapes) was confiscated by the FBI, and they only released a few FRAMES of video as 'proof', 4. Thermite residue, 5. 'We decided to pull it', 6. Rumsfeld 'missing trillions' testimony, 7. The 'clean' Pennsylvania crash site, 8. The alleged cell phone calls from 38,000 feet, 9. The Atta Passport, 10. The Pre-Strike Put Options spike.

I have dedicated my life to the structural separation and functional deconstruction of history and myth in Anthropology, History, and Law. I earned a B.A. (Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) at Tulane in 1980. I then spent ten years at Harvard studying the Anthropology, Archaeology, and History of the Americas, Europe, and the Near East, earning an M.A. (1982) and Ph.D. (1990) focusing on the archaeology and ethnohistory of the Yucatec Maya. Although architecture is part of archaeological research, I never formally studied modern architecture or engineering. So I suppose it was mere intuition that I never believed the official story from the first day. No aeroplane crash could possibly knock down two, much less three skyscrapers 'like that'. And that was no aeroplane that crashed into the Pentagon. I used my own eyes and appreciation based on experience.

There should have been a forensic crime scene investigation from 9/11 until concluded, even if it took years to complete. Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. Worked in software development for Bell Labs, et al. Received law degree and wrote both computer and mechanical patents for private law firm, then was Microsoft's first in-house patent attorney for both their Internet and Developers divisions. Also built telescopes and taught college astronomy along the way.
Why are so many people afraid of facts? Why isn't at least one mainstream media source eager to publish a factual article on this subject? it would make Watergate look like a minor incident!.

"I practiced family law near D.C. where I grew up in Oakton, VA. I spent many years with the political ""in crowd"" thanks to a family member who was the youngest Colonel in the U.S. Army, taught at the Boston War College & had a very high security clearance. Also, I met my dearest friend in 1996 who was is a Vietnam Veteran & became the most prolific political photographer & found himself the lead staff photographer for President Nixon. My late father ran a business in D.C. & was a student of our government which was necessary as a small bus owner & family man. I come from a long line of American loving patriots. I'm first generation Polish & 2nd generation German where my ancestors developed their own language so they could communicate without Nazi interference. I have a highly intellectual son and beautiful daughter-in-law. I recently discovered that I am, unfortunately, related to the Bush family. As a lifetime Republican, I studied the family history beginning with Prescott & his business of supplying guns to Hitler... the evil man who put 14 of my Polish relatives in Auschwitz. But my shock & disgust continued when President Reagan asked H.W. Bush to be the ""Drug Czar"" & he said he needed ""time to consider such an important position"". He took his time alright, time to get his cocaine cartel buddies to flood this country with their horrible, deadly addicting substance. So as I watched the towers come down I spent many months searching the internet for answers other than those coming from the White House. I soon discovered the ""Limewire"" video in early 2002 & watched the building being imploded with charges of some sort... and my heart literally skipped bests. My first job was in Dulles Airport. I worked in television as a teen in New York. I had close friends who worked in the Pentagon. I've never stopped searching for the truth & I am eternally grateful for AE911 & your tireless work. The minority may squawk the loudest and become indignant when majority are quietly speaking the truth, but I believe that in my lifetime... the truth will become gospel. God bless you all & we shall ensure a monument to your discovery & peace to the families of loved ones who died in the diabolical, heinous & senseless murder of Americans here & those who fought & died in the most senseless war in world history."
"Within months I saw the charges that went off bringing down the Twin Towers & knew for 3 months prior there was an endless stream of ""construction workers"" coming in and clearing one floor at a time. My most obvious observation was WHY when, at 8:00am, as both towers held a total of 30k, were there only just over 2k people in both towers? We know most offices were occupied by the government. Were thousands of employees told to take the day off? Were they paid to keep quiet? How is it that secret has been kept for over 20 years? The questions will continue as I look upon that day and the ensuing years of war with great emotional pain. Sometimes ignorance is truly bliss, but I look forward to the day even the ignorance is filled with the truth through your work."

I do not believe that the pilots did not have the skill to direct hit the buildings and thus there was someone on the inside that set some sort of homing device to assist. The collapse happened so quickly that it could not have been caused by the impact alone. WTC 7's collapse is very troubling and makes no sense. Fire does not bring down a steel skyscraper. That is common sense. Plus, the commission did not touch the issue. Further, where are the black boxes? There is simply no way that the black boxes were not recovered. What do they show?

Criminalizing dissent is something they do in China and Russia. That is one major reason those countries are viewed as prospective U.S. adversaries. Yet the supposed best and brightest in our political class advocate just that. Crazy.
