PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated from Columbia in 1974 and went on to practice architecture and civil engineering for 8 years. I am now a computer specialist in integration, CAD and software engineering.
By 9/12 I was convinced that there was something fishy about the collapse of the WTC. I learned about progressive collapse from my engineering professors at Columbia, and I found it hard to imagine that the twin towers could have failed in that way. They were specifically designed to resist impact and load applied by the collision of a Boeing 707 jet. The buildings appeared to have been destroyed by an engineered demolition. When I articulated my suspicions, however, I was met with derision. I have continued, however, in my conviction that the buildings were intentionally destroyed.

Real time observations on September 11, 2001 of the collapse of each of the twin towers, as provided by the national TV networks, led me to the same conclusion: controlled demolitions. Subsequent analysis, as found on the internet and in various publications released by non-government entities, have clearly demonstrated the validity of that conclusion for each of the three towers. The problem at hand is to achieve a government sponsored study that is truthful and fact based; education of the US population and electing a legislature that is reponsive to the US population is important though problematic.

When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. My sister had just gotten off of the PATH Train when the first explosion happened. Her account is that everyone ran out and back into building bc it appeared more dangerous outside.
I have done extensive research, read numerous signed affidavits, listened to countless interviews, watched the explanations of architects, scientists and engineers and fully understand, there were no planes (implicating the media). I am aware of NESARA which was to be announced that very day. It is clear there was something (servers, gold, or something else of value in WTC 7). Living in Hudson County, NJ for many years, I never heard of WTC 7. Donald Rumsfeld's announcement missing trillions of dollars fits with all of the documented facts I have examined. There is here-say John Roberts, void of moral character (as noted by his visit to Epstein's Island), received billions of dollars for covering it up. I am aware of the dancing Israelis and believe the CIA, Media outlets knowingly reporting the misinformation, the Bush administration, and Mossad are guilty Treason and Sedition. Our republic has been restored, and We the People must regain the power to hold these individuals accountable. In light of this, I could argue the parties involved are guilty of sedition against We the People. They are guilty of murders (premeditated murders or as an accomplice or accessory to these murders. Journalists do not get a pass. The responsibility of every journalist is to do a thorough independent research and report on facts.

I have dedicated my life to the structural separation and functional deconstruction of history and myth in Anthropology, History, and Law. I earned a B.A. (Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) at Tulane in 1980. Although architecture is part of archaeological research, I never formally studied modern architecture or engineering. So I suppose it was mere intuition that I never believed the official story from the first day. No aeroplane crash could possibly knock down two, much less three skyscrapers 'like that'. And that was no aeroplane that crashed into the Pentagon. I used my own eyes and appreciation based on experience.

I believe that all three WTC structures were brought down by controlled demolition. All available evidence supports that conclusion. There should have been a forensic crime scene investigation from 9/11 until concluded, even if it took years to complete. As a lifetime Republican, I studied the family history beginning with Prescott & his business of supplying guns to Hitler... the evil man who put 14 of my Polish relatives in Auschwitz. But my shock & disgust continued when President Reagan asked H.W. Bush to be the ""Drug Czar"" & he said he needed ""time to consider such an important position"". He took his time alright, time to get his cocaine cartel buddies to flood this country with their horrible, deadly addicting substance. So as I watched the towers come down I spent many months searching the internet for answers other than those coming from the White House. I soon discovered the ""Limewire"" video in early 2002 & watched the building being imploded with charges of some sort... and my heart literally skipped bests. My first job was in Dulles Airport. I worked in television as a teen in New York. I had close friends who worked in the Pentagon. I've never stopped searching for the truth & I am eternally grateful for AE911 & your tireless work. The minority may squawk the loudest and become indignant when majority are quietly speaking the truth, but I believe that in my lifetime... the truth will become gospel. "Within months I saw the charges that went off bringing down the Twin Towers & knew for 3 months prior there was an endless stream of ""construction workers"" coming in and clearing one floor at a time. My most obvious observation was WHY when, at 8:00am, as both towers held a total of 30k, were there only just over 2k people in both towers? We know most offices were occupied by the government. Were thousands of employees told to take the day off? Were they paid to keep quiet? How is it that secret has been kept for over 20 years? The questions will continue as I look upon that day and the ensuing years of war with great emotional pain. I do not believe that the pilots did not have the skill to direct hit the buildings and thus there was someone on the inside that set some sort of homing device to assist. The collapse happened so quickly that it could not have been caused by the impact alone. WTC 7's collapse is very troubling and makes no sense. Fire does not bring down a steel skyscraper. That is common sense. Plus, the commission did not touch the issue. Further, where are the black boxes? There is simply no way that the black boxes were not recovered. What do they show?
