PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was suspicious the moment I watched the images of the buildings fall. Asymmetrical damage does not cause a near symmetric, free fall collapse. As a student I watched the towers go up. They were the poster child for asbestos fireproofing. 3 hours on columns. The buildings fell prior to two hours of plane impact. Jet fuel fires cannot soften or melt steel. Office fires on upper floors cannot damage lower levels. Black smoke (oxygen starved) says office fires never got close to steel softening temperature. The official story narrative crude, idiotic, and laughable.

Having watched the 'attack' on live television at 4:30 in the afternoon in central Europe, what was shown to the rest of the world leaves it clear in my mind why a distaste for Americans has developed the world over. My main fear about 9/11 is the amount of secrecy that enveloped 'ground zero.' By not allowing independent investigators access to the site seems awfully convenient. Another 'convenience' occurred when building 7, holding valuable CIA and DoD information, collapsed as neatly as the Twin Towers without having been directly damaged. The ever-growing list of questions concerning the events that September morning MUST be investigated if we are to accept the fate of a war justified by such an act.

I was born in Santa Monica CA. I grew up in West Los Angeles and worked for my father who did excavation and demolition of homes and small structures. I went to Venice High School from 1973 to 1976. I served a two year mission for my church from 1978 to 1980. I went to Santa Monica City College and to UVSC in Orem Utah. I moved to Utah in 1990 and became involved in Republican Party leadership by becoming a State and County delegate. As a precinct chairman I was a member of the (Salt Lake) County Central Committee. I was later elected to the State Central Committee and the State Executive Committee in the year 2000.
During my service in the Republican Party leadership I had witnessed many actions that were unethical and conspiratorial. Being on the State Executive Committee in the year 2000 (one of two representatives for Salt Lake County) I was at odds with the current Governor Michael Leavitt and Senator Orrin Hatch both of whom were up for re-election that year. The main responsibility we had as a body was the planning and execution of our State Republican Convention where the governor the Senator and the Congressman were elected. Months before the State Convention no meetings were held with the body that was elected for that purpose to plan and execute this convention. The convention did go on as I was there to witness the event but it was without the input of the duly elected officers chosen for that purpose. Several anomolies occurred at this convention of which I will not note here. However I would like to reiterate the fact that this convention and the State Republican Party ran an illegal or at the very least unethical State Convention in the year 2000 that did not include the input or planning of the elected officials, including myself, who were elected to plan and oversee this convention. When the towers collapsed on 911, I was taken back by the way the structures fell. Until the birth of explosives for the demolition of buildings I had never seen a building collapse as I saw these buildings fail. As a young man growing up my father demolished homes and small structures (mostly constructed of wood). I remember seeing on television the collapse of a demolition by explosives. It was amazing how the buildings came down at once and falling in on top of themselves. This was far different than the demolition I had experienced with my father as we had to beat, crush, push and trample the structure to get it to fail. And when it failed it would fail one timber at a time and it would fall AWAY from the structure and not on top of itself unless we had the loader pushing it down in that manner. Even if the loader were pushing down on it the only part (of the structure) that would fail would be the part that the loader was pushing on. The other part of the structure would not fail. Each portion of the structure had to be crushed in order for it come straight down! In other words buildings never came down like the towers did until the advent of explosives placed in a specific fashion with great skill. Prior to that time you had wrecking balls or time consuming piece by piece dismanteling of buildings to bring them down. In conclusion: I am no expert. I have had no experience with steel columns. I have experience in only small scale buildings which were mostly large and small homes. I have had no experience in the demolition of buildings where fire was a factor. I only helped my father. However I did participated in the destruction and operation of the tractors to demolish these structures. Nevertheless as I saw the towers fall and continue to see the video of the towers falling I am certain that the falling of the towers could not be a failure of the structures alone. Explosives had to be a factor as this type of building failure was completely unheard of before the introduction of explosives for the demolition of buildings.

I witnessed the collapses of the towers and of WTC 7 on live TV. I am certain these were due to demolition explosives that had to be placed BEFORE the alleged surprise attack, thus proving a conspiracy. WTC 7 was an obviously standard demolition by explosives. In the towers, the collapses began at the TOP, not at the points of plane impact, showing the explosives were detonated in sequence from top down to simulate a pancake collapse. The presence of molten iron under the debris of all 3 collapsed buildings proves the use of thermate, as the fires could not possibly have been hot enough to melt steel. The small human body fragments found on the roofs of nearby buildings could only have been caused by the detonations of high explosives.

My technical experience is not remarkable. I have taken the usual college level introductory courses in chemistry and biology. Took those courses and physics in high school. I have an above average interest in the sciences and an understanding of the basics sufficient to understand that WTC 1 and 2 could not progressively collapse at a free fall rate without the assistance of controlled demolition, that the declaration of the Lessor of WTC complex.
My concerns are too numerous for this space. They include advance profiteering on 911-affected stocks, the apparent incompetence of the alleged pilots, advance warnings not to fly, firefighters reports of very limited fire and of the sequential detonation of explosive charges, the progressive, symmetrical collapse of WTC 1 and 2 at freefall rates, the progressive, symmetrical collapse of WTC7, the declarations of the lessor (owner) of the complex that a decision was made to pull WTC7, flight 93's apparent disappearance into a depression into the ground in Pa. with no significant debris, cell phone calls by passengers where cell phones do not ordinarily operate, the stonewalling of the videos re the Pentagon crash, the inconsistencies between the Pentagon damage and the Pentagon story (i.e. the damage and on-site debris being inconsistent with the story, the concealment of video evidence as to what hit the Pentagon, how the pilots, reported to be incompetent, could have piloted the jet through the complex and challenging maneuvers necessary to hit the Pentagon and do so without scratching the grass, the lack of a core projecting into the sky from the collapse of WTC 1 and 2, the presence of molten metal at the base of WTC 1 and 2 days after the disaster, photographic and sampled evidence of the use of thermite on the buildings, and the spiriting away of the WTC debris without adequate investigation, sampling, etc. under absolute security.

Well now isn't this interesting the site wants to know how I feel about 9/11, this is a new one for a website you understand, but I'll do my best. I'm not a youngster, I'm 56 so I'm not coming from a point of ignorance or youth. I am frustrated however by the government's handling of the case because I do not feel we know the truth, there are just too many discrepancies and coincidences for it to be as pat as the commission report made it out to be. I know from my own experience and knowledge from reading and such that steel does not melt in an open flame without an accelerator like thermite and thermite induced steel globules were found all over the ground around the WTC. Then I see more and more videos come out that people were afraid to release before or for some reason no one explained them correctly so they didn't seem relevant, who knows why, the point is videos can be found all over the web that show the attacks and there aftermaths and it needs to be peeled back a few more layers...

Upon viewing the buildings fall, I have always thought that the buildings had imploded. The appearance of the fall of said buildings do not illustrate explosion but implosion. I have read and heard other reports regarding the existence on site of incendiary explosive materials. I also doubt that two planes,regardless of being filled with Jet fuel could take down these buildings in such manner.

I began to question the events of 9/11/01 after seeing Building 7 be imploded. I don't need an engineering, architectural, law or other degree to tell me that that building came down from a controlled demolition. If WTC 7 was pre-wired for implosion, then the entire premise of the 9/11 government storyline is called into question.

Upon an objective review of the totality of the evidence and circumstances, it is inconceivable (and essentially impossible) that the official story is accurate. Critical evidence was entirely omitted from numerous official reports, including compelling eye-witness testimony that strongly points to controlled demolition. A new independent thorough investigation is necessary to the preservation of our great Republic. May God help us wherever it leads.

I am a U.S. citizen who loves his country and who wants the criminals, foreign and/or domestic, and possible treasonous elements of our government brought to justice for this crime for the victims' sake and so they are no longer able to be a threat or menace to the citizens of this great nation or any other nation.
When investigated with a clear mind and not influenced by the immediate shock of the situation, as well as being falsely steered by media bias with an agenda, it is plainly clear that there were elements of the official story ommitted deliberately. This in itself is a sound reason for suspicion of specific individuals.

I would like to see actual super thermate in use on a steel column and girders for an actual implosion in the field. I would like to see questioning of the construction company contracted to work on the elevators. I would like to see answers to any and all questions that the victims families have...

I have seen and heard enough to strongly suggest that there was more to the 9/11 attacks and building collapses than the official story we have been told. Those in power, both in the US and globally, no doubt always have much to hide for many different reasons; their personal wealth and power being two of the chief ones. Whether or not they are hiding something in this case remains to be seen. But it is time that a thorough, independent, credible investigation be conducted so that our suspicions can be laid to rest in the truth, whatever that may be.

In my last year of law school I discovered that the legal system was NOT as portrayed. I hope, in the days ahead that I can influence it's future status. I know we are endowed by the Creator, with unalienable rights that true Americans must stand up for.
In the formation days of this great country, Thomas Jefferson spoke about experience showing that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are suffrable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they're accustomed. We have, I fear, become accustomed to forms of investigations without true substance, honesty or integrity. As this is disrespectful to those who perished, and to their survivors, we must Petition our government for Redress. If we fail to do so, we are undeserving of freedom and liberty, and I feel certain we shall experience a continued Fall of the Republic

Law school graduate. BA in finance. I am not satisfied with the previous investigations and would like an independent review...even though the results may be more horrifying than the official story.
I put a lot of trust into science and physics for things I don't understand. The fact that jet fuel does not burn hot enough to cause steel to melt, molten steel remained at the site for weeks after the fall, and the evidence of free-fall are what finally opened my eyes to the inconsistencies.
