PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

We design and analyze buildings for the overturning stability to resist the lateral loads with the combination of the gravity loads. Any tall structure failure mode would be a fall over to its side. It is impossible that heavy steel columns could collapse at the fraction of the second within each story and subsequently at each floor bellow. We do not know the phenomenon of the high rise building to disintegrate internally faster than the free fall of the debris coming down from the top. The engineering science and the law of physics simply doesn't know such possibility. Only very sophisticated controlled demolition can achieve such result, eliminating the natural dampening effect of the structural framing huge mass that should normally stop the partial collapse. The pancake theory is a fallacy, telling us that more and more energy would be generated to accelerate the collapse. Where would such energy would be coming from ?

Building Seven's collapse was equally unbelievable. The minor fires in that building could not bring the building down symmetrically in its footprint. No fire ever before that day brought down a steel-framed highrise. The University of Alaska report is in perfect alignment with the expectations of professionals in the building industry.

I have experience with controlled demolition and it bears all the hallmarks of a controlled explosion, all three buildings.If it is the case that building 7 collapsed due to fire from office furnishings, why isn't there an immediate investigation into why our design/building codes are insufficient for buildings of this type. This is the most damning evidence off all in my opinion. If the claim that the fire from office furnishing created enough heat to melt steel then I'm afraid every steel framed office/residential building across the globe is at risk, with the high probability of significant loss of life.

I have been designing power systems and components for 25 years at various divisions of Lockheed Martin. I was responsible for the design and development of switching power supplies for satellite communication and space shuttle systems at Astro-Space Division in Princeton NJ. I performed detailed design and analysis of high-density DC-to-DC converters. I was involved in all aspects of power converter design including part selection, control loop theory, magnetic design, PSPICE analysis, thermal management and EMI suppression to meet MIL-461. I advanced to a technical lead position at Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems Division in Moorestown, NJ to design power systems for AEGIS shipboard radars. There I defined system architectures to achieve high performance at low cost. I also designed energy storage components to support pulse loads and power distribution configurations for high reliability. I transferred to Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL to develop new high-density energy storage capacitors. Prior to Lockheed Martin, I was developing power systems for computer and peripheral commercial products at Formation Inc in Moorestown, NJ. There, I specified AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC power modules for distributed hot swappable (n+1) redundant power systems. I was involved with computing reliability using MIL-HDBK-217F, and assured products met safety agency UL, CSA, and TUV requirements. I have written many papers related to power conversion and system configurations. I have four patents related to power electronics and thermal management systems. I have a BSEE from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.

I am one of those who knew nothing about building 7 until I stumbled across one of the videos by A&E for 9/11 Truth. I have now watched all AE911truth videos multiple times as well as read and watched other information I found on the internet. Some of the stuff is pretty over the top kooky and I don't typically buy into conspiracy theories. However, it is instantly and undeniably clear from the videos of the Building 7 collapse that it was brought down by controlled demolition. The official explanation is transparent nonsense. Once a person sees the videos of Building 7, then looks back at the footage for the other towers, it becomes clear they were also demolished deliberately.A new, thorough and impartial investigation is urgently needed.

I practised law with a large Vancouver law firm for 4 years but then quit because I didn't like the mentality and environment of such (male dominated, huge egos and no control over my own life). I then started a freelance legal business (the first of its kind in Vancouver) doing overflow work and legal research for small law firms and sole practitioners. This way I could control my own time and receive all the money for my efforts. I subsequently developed a course in Legal English for International Commercial Transactions that I taught to lawyers who are non-native speakers of English and who are doing international work which requires the use and understanding of Legal English.
The videos make no sense - they look the same as videos of buildings that have been intentionally demolished. There is more ash and less rubble than there would be for a plane crashing into the buildings.

No way did the three towers fall from two aluminum airplane impacts. The towers were designed to withstand the impact of a Boeing 707, which is not significantly dissimilar from the 757 and 767 alleged to have hit them on 9/11.

The known facts on steel non-melting vs. melting and the public video material on the vaporization/dustification of the WTC1 and WTC2 towers, with the measured yet non-existing certain seismic waves at the time and place of the claimed free fall 'collapse of WTC1 and WTC2, as well as a similar free fall 'collapse' of the WTC7 needs to be comprehensively and independently investigated, as the official investigation made, was neither a comprehensive, nor an independent one. Finally, the clearest factor requiring a new investigation, is the fact that Bush administration did not intend to do any public investigation, and, when they reluctantly did, they did not allow any comprehensive and independent investigation at all.

Sorrow and grief among all peoples all over the World for the 9/11 victims and their families has increased, not abated, in over 15 years, and I add further that American's distrust of the government has also increased with the painful experience of the Iraq and Afghanistan debacles. As I've gotten older I have becomes less naive and more prepared and able to think on my own but the public depends on the technical community to move forward with an Independent 9/11 Technical Investigation Commission of scientists, engineers, and materials experts. He has taken on challenging and sometimes controversial cases to protect First, Fourth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights, including ballot access cases. Whitney is one of the founding members of the Illinois Green Party, currently serves on its Executive Committee and wrote a good portion of the Party's platform. In 2006, he served as the Party's first ever candidate for Governor, winning over 360,000 votes, about 10.5 percent of the total. He ran again in 2010, pulling in nearly 100,000 votes in a more complex five-person race. Meanwhile, he has continued to be actively involved in local political battles to protect the environment, the peace movement and various progressive causes. He is a member and/or supporter of the Illinois Single-Payer Coalition, Greenpeace, the United National Antiwar Coalition, World Beyond War, National Association of Railroad Passengers, the American Civil Liberties Union, and SAFE B Southern Illinoisans Against Fracturing our Environment, a group devoted to the fight against fracking and other fossil fuel extraction. He is also both a commentator and disc jockey at community radio for Southern Illinois, WDBX, 91.1 FM.
Having read literature from Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, the Journal of 9/11 Studies, Kevin Ryan and other sources, I am persuaded that there are ample reasons to find that the official explanations for what occurred, from the 9/11 Commission and NIST, are implausible, and that other possible explanations, including the controlled demolition hypothesis, need to be fully and fairly investigated. I have no preconceived notions about what happened; I simply believe that there is good cause to conduct a comprehensive and impartial investigation.

My Law office was located at 39 Broadway, New York, New York on 9/11/01, about 3 blocks from WTC. Office was temporarily condemned for about three months due to debris and damage. Served as Red Cross volunteer at Ground Zero and elsewhere. On the evening of 9/12/01 I was traveling inbound to the City through the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel around 10 pm. The tunnel was closed to the general public and I was one of very few vehicles allowed access into the City. To my amazement during that trip the traffic traveling outbound was bumper-to-bumper comprising more dump trucks than I thought ever existed. Each one was filled with rubble from Ground Zero and headed toward the landfill on Staten Island (at least that's what I thought). I was just dumbstruck at this activity which seemed to me reckless for several reasons. Thus began my personal journey for the truth about 9/11.
