PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The speed of the falls and the downward force impulses that would have been created by the plane damage made many at UTA suspicious of the 9-11 investigation report. It is my opinion that a more complete and thorough FEA survey than the one I performed will help erode the credibility of the 9-11 report of record, and provide political pressure to bring those responsible for the 9-11 murders to trial. As a 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, specifically Sr./General Manager for office high-rise buildings, I have always been passionate about the properties that I represent and as such, I work closely on a day to day basis with all those who make it possible to [collectively] run a tight ship. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work in the trenches with my team, rather than hide in the office behind reports computer. To be able to actively & extensively work within the various fields that are inherent to the development and operation of office buildings (i.e. engineering, general construction, development /re-development, architecture, fire-life-safety, security, local city & state agencies fire, and police agencies -- just to name a few), is to understand the entire operation on both a micro and a macro level. Much like horse & rider, an intimate relationship emerges between Manager & Building.
On September 10th, 2001, I resigned from my position with a prominent Real Estate firm in the Los Angeles area. The next morning I was devastated to see the events unfolding in New York. It took two months for me to secure a new position in management. The industry was at a standstill; fear had taken over and hesitation plagued building owners. I returned to work and there began my discussions with my fellow colleagues in the industry. As time went on, my questions began to increase -- maybe it was intuition at that point, but something inside said this didn't make sense. My driving concern was two fold: 1) our country appeared to be under attack; 2) the method of attack involved office buildings. I have always personified office buildings -- the people give it life (the tenants, the building staff, the visitors, etc.). It has always been my work ethic to [before all else] ensure a safe environment for everyone's sake. The building becomes your home, and the people in it become your family. The staff become sisters, brothers, children, aunts, uncles. You work hard, together, and support each other. When I heard how many people lost their lives that day including a large number of building personnel (i.e. janitorial), I became overwhelmed and nearly obsessed with NEEDING TO UNDERSTAND... I asked myself and my colleagues how such an event could have happened, and why the absence of procedural emergency evacuation. I have evacuated my buildings on minor level threats -- maybe that was excessive on my part but my ethic has always been safety first. I assure you that, if at any time in my career there happened to be an airplane occupying any part of a building i was responsible for, evacuation would be the first order. I do not care if it's inconvenient for tenants - my attitude: board meetings can wait -- SAFETY FIRST. The more me and my colleagues (which consisted of other managers, VPs, Chief engineers, project managers, security personnel, developers, architects, GCs, demo-crews, FLS installers, members of LAPD & LAFD, and the list goes on.....) reviewed the plethora of footage of the actual collapse the more we concluded something was wrong with the picture. That was when my I became 100% obsessed with my research. I focused on the structural design aspect of the towers, and that led me to believe that complete pancaking was likely a direct result of controlled demolition, not jet fuel. I have raised the question of the [reportedly] unusual building operations in the weeks leading up to 9/11 - for example the timing of Reg. 4 emergency evacuation drill, incomplete contractor /vendor signature logs during the elevator mod project -- a front project to allow hoist-way access to controlled demolition crew(s). Truth and Understanding, I hope, will come to us by legal process. Thank you for this.

Not only was the collapse of building 7 completely avoided by mainstream media discussions, but the fact that they fell at free-fall speed, no explosives were officially tested for at ground zero and rubble was removed so quickly after 9/11 begs the question that there is more to the official story than originally suggested. If anything, the fact that so much of the current state of the world in terms of removing of individual freedoms and expanded domestic and international government powers, as a people we should be questioning this catastrophic event more.

So many of our beliefs are given to us -- and never questioned. And many of these beliefs are myths. And many of these myths are not useful. We need to begin to wake up! At some point, our cognitive dissonance no longer allows us to not question our myths. The 9/11 myth, unfortunately, strikes me as another obvious forgery. While this is only one of the myths we need to abandon, it is, to me, a smoking gun. Our nation, and our decisions, need to be based upon an open analysis of data with integrity -- not myths. Also, in 1984, I was the off-road motorcycle racing overall champion in two racing disciplines in the N.E.T.R.A. series.
While watching the towers come down on the news on 9-11-01 on the television news, I was surprised that they did not fall asymmetrically to one side because, in my experience, symmetry is rare. Then, as I saw the recap television footage replaying the jets crashing into the buildings over and over while explaining that the heat from the fires caused the buildings to fall apart, I wondered again how the buildings could crumble straight down since the jets hit them off-center and since the buildings appeared to be built in a nearly symmetrical section, and yet be so tall. It was not until a friend approached me over a year later with doubts about the official story that I thought anybody else had the same doubts concerning the physics of the building failures, and why there was not a very thorough and public ongoing investigation.

I have been a lawyer for 46 years and am now retired. During my years of practice, I was a prosecutor, criminal defense counsel, a practitioner in elder law and founder and Executive Director of the City of Las Vegas Senior Citizens Law Project. I drafted over 17,000 wills and trusts and was lead counsel in jury trials involving will and trust litigation. I believe almost everything disseminated by the 9/11 truth community about the destruction of the Twin Towers. I also believe that Judy Wood made a significant contribution to the study of the 9/11 attacks. Although I have no significant criticism of the approach taken by the 911 truth movement, I do not believe pure science is the most persuasive evidence of a self-inflicted wound perpetrated by the upper echelons of the United States government. George W. Bush lied about the toxicity of the debris at Ground Zero. His lie was willful, knowing and premeditated. A special prosecutor should have indicted him for that grievous crime years ago. The Shanksville 'crash site' was supposed to have enveloped an aircraft carrying thousands of gallons of kerosene, a chemical that can be detected in minuscule amounts. The complete absence of jet fuel at this site should convince the most uninformed layman that no crash occurred in the Shanksville. The anthrax attack was unquestionably a product of United States origin. The anthrax infection of one of the alleged hijackers inextricably links 9/11 to Amerithrax, and a compelling case could be made that the two events were part of the same scheme. Michael Chertoff not only abdicated his responsibility to investigate the twin Tower destruction, but also blocked any investigation of the assassination of Sen. Paul Wellstone. He is culpable as an accessory after the fact to mass murder. Sophisticated scientific analysis is not a prerequisite of guilt if a jury learns that an FBI team left to examine the crash scene half an hour before the crash occurred. In my view, prosecute the obvious, easily provable crimes first. The scientifically complicated cases should fall into place once the ''evildoers' are behind bars.

'On or around Nov-Dec 2008 in consultation with a Technology Inventor I first focused and learned about WTC 7 which with my experience in Govt and politics set out below was rather amazing that I knew and heard virtually 'nothing' about WTC 7 being from upstate NY and traveling to NYC in the weeks after the attack and later. Studying WTC 7 changed everything for me and I began to research more and found this group which raised basic fundamental questions of science and engineering never answered by the Govt. I also became familiar with the Sibel Edmonds story as well and developed a contact there as a supporter. It is well beyond time that the Nation and World learn the Truth of 9/11 and fully support the work of this group.

I was 9 years old when the Twin Towers fell. I am 25 now and just learning of WTC 7. I always discredited people who claimed there's a 9/11 conspiracy as crazy. I never looked into it. After being presented by the arguments of AE911 Truth, I am shocked that the general public accepts the narrative we were told. I make no conclusions, but believe it is clear that the evidence is lacking and supports the need for an INDEPENDENT investigation.

I never thought to doubt that jets had brought the buildings down until I heard a woman engineer being interviewed on local news. She said it was all a lie. When asked why, she said simply, 'Asymmetrical damage can never cause symmetrical failure.' Of course! Those buildings should have toppled, not come down in neat piles! I studied Electronics Engineering at M.I.T. (but not THAT M.I.T.) That would be the old Missouri Institute of Technology in Kansas City, Missouri. It was a nice trade school that provided an accredited Bachelor's Degree program. The school system (they owned 8 facilities across the country, with the headquarters being in suburban Chicago) was owned by Bell & Howell, the old projector company.Twelve years later, I went on to be awarded the Juris Doctor Degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City (1999).After about one year of practice with the Missouri State Public Defender's Office, I opened my own solo law practice here in Warrensburg in 2000. I have been practicing law here ever since.
After thoroughly studying the available evidence you can find online, I have come to the following conclusions as to subjects that require further investigation:1. A complete and thorough study of ALL of the available video and audio footage/recordings from that day, to include but not be limited to surveillance videos from business surrounding the Pentagon and the WTC, etc.2. A study of all of the alleged cell phone communications and other communications from the airplanes that day. Calls seemed to be made in ways that were not possible and people did things like call their own mother and say something such as, 'Hello Mother it is me, John Smith.' Maybe terror makes one act in odd ways such as this?3. The possibility that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition and ALL available supporting evidence, such as the PBS 'Frontline' program featuring Larry Silverstein and the workers at Ground Zero as well as any physical evidence not already destroyed by the government.4. What happened in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Where are the parts of the airliner? Where are the bodies?5. What happened at the Pentagon? Where are the parts of the airliner? Where are the bodies?6. Analyze ALL videos which purport to show airliners flying into the WTC towers. Did a plane actually fly all the way through WTC2 as shown on tv? Look carefully for any identifying markings on any aircraft shown.7. What went on at Stewart Air Base in New York on 09/11/2001?8. What ties did the 19 'terrorists' have to US and/or foreign intelligence agencies?

It is obvious that Building 7 did not come down due to fires in the building, and neither did Buildings 1 and 2. The videos of all three buildings coming down, the speed of descent, the squibs, the outward explosion of 1 & 2; the collapse straight down into their footprints, the lack of building fires bringing down these types of buildings, the explosions, etc., make the official story obviously false; and the Alaska study supports this conclusion as it relates to Building 7. Great job and keep it up.

I am an attorney, recently retired. I had my own law practice for over 35 years. All this period of time I did basically one thing, try legal cases. I have tried many hundreds of cases in state and federal courts, and in 4 states (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland). My trials have been in literally dozens of different fields: criminal, general civil, corporate, personal injury, medical malpractice, large commercial and reality trials, race discrimination, and even smaller trial areas like family court, small claims, landlord tenant and before all sorts of administrative bodies. I like to think that if you can name it, than I have probably tried it. I would estimate I have tried at least 300 cases, frequently dealing with expert witnesses of all types. (there is an expert witness for just about any human activity imaginable.). The courtroom is generally the best place to test the validity of ideas.
I have carefully examined the competing claims about the 9-11 incident and think it was pretty obviously a fraud. Frankly, I cannot see a single reason to support the official story. Not even one. This is not remotely a close call. It this were not such a tragedy it would be laughable. Pigs do not fly. The information provided by architects and engineers for 9/11 truth is superb, educational and quite revealing. It is the truth and Americans need to know about this. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. It is mind boggling what they did.
