PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

It is clear from my own research into the matter that the government is not telling us the whole story about 9/11. This does not imply 9/11 was a government conspiracy, but it does mean that important facts are being withheld from a public that has a right to know them. I believe the focus should be on Building 7, which underwent a symmetrical collapse that did not account for the mass resistance of the vertical pillars that were designed to hold the building up in the first place.

The results of the peer-reviewed study published in The Open Chemical Physics Journal, 2009, 2, 7-31 (link http://www.bentham-open.org/pages/content.php?TOCPJ/2009/00000002/00000001/7TOCPJ.SGM) contains clear scientific proof that unreacted nanothermite explosive fragments were found in the dust from the world trade center collapse. Methods used for analysis include optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, spectroscopy, and calorimetry. They witnessed and photographed triggered micro-explosions from the nanothermite fragments. These microexplosions produced the same heat and force output as laboratory nanothermite. The dust was sampled from four different locations soon after the collapses. One sample was collected about ten minutes after the collapses of WTC buidlings 1 & 2. All dust samples produced essentially the same findings. The unreacted explosive fragments can clearly be seen under low-power magnification, as photographs from the paper illustrate. This type of explosive is apparently untraceable, unlike most kinds of demolition materials. Eight different authors from universities and organizations around the world including Denmark, Utah, Indiana, Australia, Berkeley, Dallas contributed to this paper. This kind of science cannot be fudged. After reading this I became convinced that the reason for the clear and undeniable presence of explosive residue in the dust should be thoroughly re-investigated, espcecially since the NIST & FEMA reports did not even look for or mention these findings.

Buildings I designed include numerous maintenance stations, an equipment shop, roadside rest areas, a tunnel ventilation building, and light rail transit stations. Many of these buildings were steel frame, all were in California. Before coming to Caltrans, I worked for Liske, Lionakis, Beaumont, & Engberg Architects and Engineers, where I designed the Pacific Telephone Administrative Complex in Rohnert Park, CA, which is also a steel frame building.

I landed in London while it was still the middle of the night back in the states. I woke up to the phone ringing, on the other end, my then-husband was frantically telling me to turn on the TV, that a plane had just flown into the World Trade Center... Once I shook the disbelief and sleep from my eyes, I hung up so I could call my Captain and the other First Officer; we were a three-pilot crew for the International flight over from Washington Dulles. Then, watching in stunned agony, I watched my comrades fly into the South Tower, fell to my knees, and wept.

Twenty four years as an FAA air traffic controller, now retired. As a federal government employee, I was at times not to tell even my wife about things that I observed at work. When mistakes were made, it was common that officials 'get out the broom' to sweep the truth under the rug. I believe that is what happened after 9/11.

As a private pilot I always doubted the ability of the supposed hijackers, with their limited training to maneuver aircraft in the ways required for this 'attack', particularly in the case of the Pentagon where the plane was in ground effect. Compelling is this evidence: the amount of heat generated which melted steel, the pulverization of the concrete, the velocity of the fall, the blasts that evident below the collapsing upper floors, and the reports of witnesses who heard explosions within the building. That these were the only buildings in history to collapse during a fire means that we must know why.

I am convinced that when accredited people, can say that there was definitely traces of THERMITE in the dust samples collected,..and that steel could NOT produce no where near the temps needed to melt steel into molten metal!!...along with OVERWHELMING evidence of controlled demolition,by fire-fighters, police, building maintenance manager,and numerous others,....the fact that security for the towers was run by Marvin Bush,...also in terms of the building#7, most demo experts agree it was a controlled drop!!...to me, it seems so very obvious as to there was much more involved besides the 2 aircraft!!!

I have been following all of the independent media information I can find about what really happened on 911 for about 3 years now. I am very impressed by what you all have put together as what I see the most informative and eye opening evidence that we the people of this country must demand that a real investigation take place that has powers to prosecute those who took an active role in the obvious deliberate controlled demolition of the world trade center complex.
To me it is obvious there had to have been an explosive catalyst to cut the beams of those buildings to bring them down in such a controlled fashion and at the rate of gravity. This event is what got us into the wars in the middle east where we are loosing lives of soldiers every day and I believe firmly that what happened on 911 was carried out by people in our own government.

There is no way any true congressman or congresswoman that is a thinking and informed human being could possibly not question the Official Story of the day. The story clearly ignores facts and represents the findings of scientists that were most likely biased. The data is overwhelming that a controlled demolition occurred. The lack of resistance from the lower intact structure as the building fell, the explosions and molten steel that are not explained, the evidence of prior knowledge, all point to controlled demolition. The only question would be one of motive, but after also experiencing the lies that got the U.S.A. into the Iraq war, it seems obvious that military presence in the Middle East by whatever means necessary was imperative for the Bush Administration.

I have severe doubts about the truthfulness of the story that was published by the government regarding the 911 terrorist attacks. There are still many unanswered questions regarding the cleanup of evidence at the ground zero.
