PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After viewing videos of the collapse of both the Twin Towers and Building 7 and after carefully studying the Official 911 Commission Report and the technical report prepared by FEMA and the Structural Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers, I am convinced that the airplane impacts did not by themselves cause the buildings to collapse -- particularly for Building 7, which was never impacted by an airplane. It appears that internal explosives must have caused the buildings' destruction, and the American People have the right to know who was responsible for this horrific act.

I graduated from the University of Idaho in 1997 with a degree in Architecture. I am 2/3 done with my state license exams. I have been involved with commercial projects for all of my architectural career. I have worked with many materials from wood, concrete, and steel. I have only experience in low rise buildings no higher then 3 stories.
I believe from my professional experience and from reviewing the footage that the building collapses, were not from fires or the plane impacts. From my studies of building collapse in college structural courses no building collapses that we studied collapsed such a uniform manner, and speed. There is only one way that this occurred and that is for internal explosions on the structural support columns similar to a demolition of a building would occur. There was not enough damage to building 7 to cause a structural collapses. This is my opinion on the collapses, a basic understanding of structural properties of steel and concrete, a knowledge of physics, and some common since have brought me to this conclusion.

A few days ago, I listened to a podcast and was thrilled that the experts are pursuing a disclosure of the truth. Though I believe the truth is much different than the official story, none of those who perished (including two USNA 1981 classmates) can be restored to life by bringing the perpetrators to full account. Too many questions remain about the attacks of 9/11. Heat: My experience with temperature measurement and basic knowledge as an engineer taught me that to structurally weaken steel you need very high temperatures. These cannot be produced by burning jet fuel. Collapse: The collapse of all three buildings on 9/11, Twin Towers and WTC7, are unexpected in their behaviour. There is no hinging or falling-over, the collapses were unbelievably fast and complete. Explosions: People have reported explosions prior to the planes hitting the buildings. During the collapse there are indications on film that explosions may have taken place. Some of the dust contains traces of what is found after the use of nano-thermite. Reasoning from the other side, all of what happened as part of the 9/11 event can technically be organized more easily by elements of the US government. Motif could be found in the potential of financial gain and increase of power. It would be in the interest of a benign government to disprove this theory. Unfortunately, too many questions remain, too many to believe that the official story is correct. That alone is reason to demand an impartial investigation.

When you watch the videos and listen to firefighter testimony, it appears that the 3 buildings exploded. If there was a point of failure the building would have toppled asymmetrically and not at free fall speed as the supports below the fires would not have melted. Bones and dust were scattered many blocks away and a collapse does not support this but an explosion would explain it. Why not investigate how the terrorists planted the explosives in the building beforehand? Why not test the dust for thermite or nano-thermite? I would like to know the truth of what has happened. I have moved out of the United States and have converted my dollars to other currency until I can trust those in power again.

The vision of the buildings pancaking onto their own footprints, would not happen without controlled explosive charges to ensure the correct timing. If it were high temperature and weight alone, the twin towers sections above the plane impact would most likely have toppled to the side and not straight down on their footprint. And then for both to follow in exactly the same way, it had to be controlled. Then there was 7 WTC, it was not impacted and yet it also collapsed into its own footprint, that had to be a controlled demolition. There needs to be an independent investigation to find the Truth and prosecute those responsible.

The WTC destruction is clearly a controlled demolition. The evidence is overwhelming and beyond doubt. The alleged conspirators had neither means or opportunity to conduct the crime. As 9/11 was never investigated as a criminal event the actual criminals have never been identified, but one can easily identify the potential suspects. This crime needs real investigation by proper trained, objective, independent police.

It is obvious that the attacks didn't collapse the building. Apart from the view that jet fuel doesn't melt steel (let alone the very little amount of fuel with respect to the the vast amount of massive steel), there were sub street level explosions before the buildings came down.

These buildings were designed to withstand the impact of heavy aircraft like the planes that hit them. No steel framed building has ever suffered complete collapse, even from fires that burned much longer and hotter than at the WTC. I believe the modelling of the structural elements and failure mechanisms as done for NIST contains unrealistic loading factors and only through those factors are NIST able to show a total collapse happening.

It has become very obvious over the years that the 3 buildings collapsed in free fall in what can only be a controlled demolition. For a fire to have simultaneously melted all columns causing collapse from one floor and then to another is physically impossible. That the 3 buildings are the only structural steel buildings to have ever collapsed in such a manner in history and all on the same day is reason enough to raise questions about the accuracy of the original investigation. When he first saw the video of WTC 7, my son (recently graduated with an MS in Construction Engineering), remarked 'That was a controlled demolition'. I have a BSME from Ohio State University (graduated 2010). I passed the fundamentals of engineering exam and have yet to take the PE exam to get certified (I would like to at some point). Currently I work in the aerospace industry as a contractor to General Electric Marine division who supplies aeroderivative gas turbine packages to marine customers (primarily navies) around the world. I have 10 years professional experience. I have worked on many root cause analysis investigations as wellwhere it is imperative to consider all evidence to conclude probable failure modes and make proper recommendations for corrective actions.
The vast amount of evidence I have seen presented in the numerous AE911 documentaries, webinars, etc. that refutes the official conclusions of NIST is alarming and disturbing. The evidence is overwhelming and needs to be addressed in an official investigation.

The way the structures were collapsing could not have been due entirely to an aircraft strike and the resulting jet fuel fire. There was another building that collapsed that was not hit by an aircraft. Buildings were in free fall and explosive residue was found in the dust. There is something else going on.

The type of explosions and the fact that the buildings fell onto their own footprints is definite proof that the buildings were rigged with explosives. It was definitely an inside job. This is unmistakable.

I was 12, saw the collapses live on TV, couldn't figure out how planes caused it, but there were reports of planted bombs. Over the years I've seen all proper documentaries, and the TV ones as well. I've read a few books, like Another Nineteen. I watch almost everything from James Corbett, Jason Bermas and ae911truth. Jet fuel can't melt steel beams.

I have followed this sad event virtually from the beginning. Watching video of the collapse of those three buildings, it was obvious that aircraft hitting the upper region of WT-1 and WT-2 didn't cause them to collapse, especially when the collapse for one started more or less at the ground floor. The collapse of WT-7 later in the day was a pathetic joke. Like the 'in-house' murders of President Kennedy and Robert Kennedy, perhaps the official white wash will be scrubbed away. As Roosevelt needed Pearl Harbor to get the American public supporting entry into WW II, the US needed a strong reason to get support for a pre-planned invasion of Iraq.

The days following 9/11, as the news reported out on TV, I was standing alone in my living room and watched for the first time the third building collapse. I said out-loud to myself, 'that's a demolition'. From observation alone, it clearly was a demolition as the building uniformly collapsed in free fall. This made me more carefully observe the collapse of the twin towers as the video footage was replayed on TV. The more I watched the replays, both buildings also uniformly collapsed in free fall. Then weeks, months after the 9/11, there were news reports about the sustained extreme temperatures in the rubble. The remains of the building collapse was mainly dust, There were no body parts, no bones, no office furniture etc. Later I learned that the official explanation was that the buildings collapsed from the fire. I knew there was definitely more going on than fire to take down all three buildings in uniform free fall, with the remains being only dust at extreme high temperatures.
