PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I don't know much about material behaviors due to explosions and fire, but it is no big deal to understand what is true. A building with steel frame does not fall down because of fire. A building does not fall straight unless it is due to demolition, and does not fall at that speed. And where are the pancakes. How metal melted, and concrete turned to dust? And here are only few doubts I have on how the buildings fell. So many questions, so few true official answers.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

I have several AAS degrees associated with the engineering disciplines, both electrical and mechanical. It's afforded me the opportunity to design embedded systems and a wider background in mechanical design of aerospace tooling, fixtures, and assemblies.
Albeit that the scale of my education is limited (the discipline of higher level mathematics, physics and the sciences) I can testify that even a layman of common sense and principle of observation, one can conclude that some (if not more) of the events of 911 should be in question and further investigation demanded. I believe that the official report defies all laws of physics and that it is impossible for the 3 buildings to free-fall the way they did without some sort of explosive. The moment I watched the first tower fall live on TV, I commented that there was no way it could fall like that. It defies Newton's Third Law of Motion. Then to watch the other two fall in exactly the same manner was proof enough for me immediately that it was controlled demolition. I've been criticised, called a conspiracy theorist, etc., but I know what I saw. I also know that a 757 could not have hit the first floor of the Pentagon without the engines gouging out a trench in the grounds, ripping them off, AFTER the wing hitting 5 lamp posts. The wing may have survived one or two lamp posts but there's not a hope it would last five, but that's another story. I'm just glad for Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth for challenging the lies printed in the so called 'official report' and I hope that the truth comes out soon and those responsible are brought to justice.

Since I first watched the 911 videos I felt that there was a cover up by the government about the real facts of all the events of that day. The trade center buildings appeared to be a controlled demolition, by the direction and speed that the fell. The airplane that supposedly hit the Pentagon would have also have left more debris than was shown. I would have also expected there would have been more video footage than was ever shown, no signs of a crash in a long area of the ground of the crash site. The training of the pilots was insufficient.

On the day of 9/11, I watched many hours of video news coverage. Seeing the planes and wondering how the Government could allow this to happen baffled me. As a private licensed pilot, I know there were many laws and procedures in place to NOT allow this kind of occurrance happen. When it did, I know something had been planned to allow it to be played out. Then when the buildings dropped into their own footprint, the only explanation was additional demolition methods. Even when there is a demolition of an old building.... it NEVER GOES PERFECTLY! There is always some bleed over which happens, in some way. However in this instance, perfection hit THREE 3 times with only two causes. Amazing to hear all the instructions from authorities as to how we were to think of it.

Like almost every other American, I sat glued to a TV the morning of 9/11/2001 watching the horror of the events. During the news coverage I noticed the orange glowing liquid pouring off the towers before they collapsed and instantly knew something was wrong with the narrative being given by the news media. Being familiar with the temperatures needed to melt structural steel and the inability of modern aircraft to do the kind of damage necessary to bring those particular buildings down, having machined a large percentage of the parts, I have never believed the official story.

I don't feel my biography is of relevant importance compared to the issue of concealed evidence regarding 9/11.
There has never been any explanation that explains how these three buildings came down on 9/11. Explosions were heard, damage concurrent with explosions was observed at the scene. Building 7's collapse was almost completely unrelated. In the history of skyscrapers, no building -- anywhere or ever -- has completely collapsed as a result of fire. There have been many fires that engulfed far more of the buildings they consumed and burned hotter and longer. The American government has hidden the truth from us and one can only surmise that the information is hidden because they are complicit.

I do not hold a degree in physics, but it is clear to me that aircraft collisions and ensuing fires would not have cause the complete collapses and pulverization of WTC 1, 2 and 7 such as what happened that day. I believe the evidence that has been uncovered, by the many brave professionals and testimonies of a great many witnesses, makes it clear that the official story is false. I also believe that the buildings were prepared to be demolished in advance of September 11, 2001 by strategic placement of incendiary and explosive devices.
