PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a registered Prof. Civil Engineer in Utah (since 1967), Wyoming and Idaho (qualified short time later). Am a Prof. Land Surveyor in Idaho. - - Received my BSCE from Utah State University Logan, Utah in 1954. Was with U.S. Bur. of Public Roads for 3 years located in Oreg., Wash,. Alaska, and Wyo. Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. I see that example as more proof that all 3 WTC buildings were Imploded. The corners failed due to the extra explosives. - - - - Lester D. Baker, P.E. - - Ogden, Utah
When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). If Mr. Gage ever talks to me, I will be happy to explain it to him. Sorry, but it is true.

I have BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering. I won a nationwide engineering competition during my senior design project for my BS degree. This offered me a paid research position at Oak Ridge National Laboratories to do my Master's thesis research, and I worked there for a year in their materials science division. I specialized in heat transfer and fluid mechanics for my thesis, as well as materials science. Graphite foam was the material I used for my research, because it was newly developed and has many applications due to its extremely high thermal diffusivity and conductivity.
9/11 was the most horrifying day in American history. To any engineer or physicist, it is also one of the most mysterious days in our history. On that day, the official story claims that small range office fires (less than 10% of the total floor area) made two 110-story skyscrapers burst into dust in 10 seconds each. At 5:20 pm the same day, WTC7 also collapsed. NIST noted that WTC7 fell at 'free fall acceleration' for 2.25 seconds of its collapse, which proves that that tower was demolished. For a building to go from being in static equilibrium one second to undergoing full free-fall acceleration into its own structure the next second, the interior structure of the building must be compromised before those members were forced to buckle due to being overloaded. The twin towers collapsed very fast as well, at over 80% the acceleration of gravity. Since the bottom sections of each tower were undamaged, and also built with thicker columns than the top section, one would expect the collapse to slow down and then stop as floors were being crushed (absorbing kinetic energy). However, this wasn't the case. If people continue to believe the lies we were told that day, our country is doomed to a future of tyranny.

I graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering in 1974 and went to the USPTO and worked in Class 290 and Class 318 for 7 years. Then I transferred to Fort Monmouth, Patent Law Division of CECOM, and stayed there for 3 years. Then I transferred to the Underwater Sound Lab (NUSC) in New London where I stayed for 2 years and then left to pursue self employment as owner of a video store. I qualify as an 'expert' on the subject of perpetual motion devices especially when that kind of prime mover is attached to a dynamo (Class 290). As the law allows for a requirement for a working model for such, I viewed many attempts to secure a patent for one and never issued a one. Prior to all that, I was a Missile Technician in the USN for 7 years and was stationed first on the SSB(N) 632 Blue Crew for 5 patrols and then on the SSB(N) 659 Gold Crew for 4 before leaving to attend UCONN.

Nobody who is told a bit about the evidence we have on 9/11 can believe the lies we're being told 24/7. The problem is, only a few people know. People are not stupid, ignorant, or selfish, they are just not told the truth.The fact that 9/11 was the ignition to a war on terror worldwide, that caused an awful lot more casualties than the target-terrorists ever caused themselves. Given the existing doubts on official reports and the pain and grief this war brought to us around the world, we are required to tell the truth to the people who want to know, who care. We all agreed on the United Nations Charter, and Human Rights Declaration. Thus it is my right to demand to be told the truth - all the people that had to die in the war that followed 9/11 and the people that died in the 9/11 attacks cannot ask for it anymore. We must ask for them. They were all Muslims, Christians, Protestants, Hindu, Buddists, Mums, Dads, Children, Lovers, Friends, all members of the Human Family. They deserve justice.

Then I've seen the documentary 'September 11 - The New Pearl Harbor' from Massimo Mazzucco and read some critical books about 9/11. I believe that no one with a clean conscience can, after simply looking at the videos of the WTC7's fall, doubt that it was demolished.

When I watched the collapse of the WTC buildings, I knew there was something fishy about the whole affair. No building of that size goes down in free-fall speed, and collapses in his own foot-print. It looked to me more like a typical controlled demolition with explosive charges, remember the King Dome in Seattle. Jet Fuel is like Kerosene with a low flame point, its fire temperature is never high enough temperature to melt steel. There was a high-rise in Madrid that burnt for days without coming down.

My experience is psychological and oriented towards truth. Friends architects and engineers made me aware of the ample evidence of demotion. From different areas I have heard that there is a different story than the official one. Therefore I would like to have this case investigated.

Any intelligent, well-informed person who has studied the collapses of the WTC buildings, as well as the events and circumstances surrounding this event, cannot come to any other conclusion than the explanation provided by the 911 Commission Report is at most, a fraud and coverup, and in the least, a biased, unscientific, incomplete, and misguided excuse for an investigation.

I have taken the college calculus course at Southern Oregon University. Since then I was a compresed chemical gas mixer and a cryogenic vacuum technician.
I read a book entitled Tall Building Criteria and Loading edited by Edwin H. Gaylord. On page 423 he describes an incident where a B-25 aircraft hit the Empire State Building in New York City in 1945. I think the incident deserves another look and should be publicized like the Pentagon Papers in the 1970's.

I saw the 9/11 building collapses on live television and on re-plays. The collapses looked like controlled demolitions as did the Building 7 collapse later in the day. There are too many unanswered questions that were not adequately addressed by the 9/11 commission in its investigation. A new impartial investigation needs to be carried out.

New York is my city of origin and I completed my High School Studies there. After several years of employment working for a major airline in the area of marketing and sales in New York, I relocated to the state of Florida. I was trained in Social Work and Psychology in the early 1990's in South Africa. I have traveled extensively. I have recently moved to the US with my family, who are US citizens. At present I am working at a Women's Shelter which helps women and children in situations of domestic violence.
I have deep concerns about the manner in which the buildings collapsed i.e. directly into their footprint and not over to one side; and at nearly free fall speeds into the area of strongest resistance. I am also concerned with the possibility of the use of nano thermite explosives. If the buildings were demolished subsequent to the airplanes hitting them, it is this that killed the largest number of people on that day. Therefore I believe this to be a question of great importance.

I've been in the machining trade, and worked with all types ferrous & non-ferrous materials for nearly 30 years.
It defies logic, and I would imagine physics, for these building to collapse in such a manner, straight down, in their own footprints. This is a crime scene, and was not treated as such.

I am not an architect or engineer, but my education and experience have taught me to be a critical thinker. And when shown the extent and type of evidence that was shown here, I can make a very educated guess of what happened.
Even though I am not an architect or engineer, I knew enough about steel and fire to be skeptical that morning when I heard that the first tower had collapsed. Then when I heard the second one had collapsed, I couldn't believe it. And when I actually saw the images on TV, of how straight down they fell, I couldn't help but think implosion. But as much as part of me couldn't help but see an implosion over and over, the other part of me wanted to believe what they were telling us on the news: It was the burning jet fuel that brought them down.

(primarily) collapsing because of heat ... all on the same day ... deserves a more thorough, honest and intelligent explanation ... well beyond what THE 9/11 COMMISSION REPORT AUTHORIZED EDITION (NO publication date cited on ISBN page) did not explain.
The total and sudden collapse of Building 7 on 09/11/01 has never been explained by either reasonable or plausible explanation for this surreal event. I believe that the 39th or top floor of this EXTRA SECURE STEEL AND CONCRETE FORTRESS housed the OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND INTERAGENCY PREPAREDNESS (OEM) or what was the DISASTER Command Center for the Greater NY Metropolitan Area. Wasn't this building designed to remain intact and functionally operational (with its own independent life support system) during and/or following the most extreme conditions ... a building so secure that it was used (in part) as a VAULT for the safe storage of VERY IMPORTANT documents, perhaps even classified documents for government agencies that are abbreviated by three letters including: SEC; FBI; CIA? ... and then early in the evening of 09/11/01 this entire FORTRESS rewrites the laws of physics with a beautifully mellifluous implosion (or explosion) upon itself. They're pulling the building!

It is obvious when one sees the explosions, the liquid steel pouring out of the building, the cheering of the Israeli Mossad because they had done a good job along with the CIA. Not because they were happy of the deaths (they could not care less). They were happy because of their skill in wrapping the Thermate and their results. The buildings were reduced to their radio active molecular state (the pyroclastic cloud) most of the buildings went up in radio active smoke.

Buildings don't just collapse because of fire or nearby impacts. Those buildings are meant to take a hit from a plane... they are sky scrapers, and I assume architects take prospective hazards into consideration when constructing a plan for a building which holds thousands of people. I have worked in various capacities in the Human Services field, including Trauma counseling, for over 20 years. When I watched the original television footage of the twin towers collapse in the days following 9/11/01, I remember thinking to myself , (since no bombs were mentioned by the media), How did the emergency authorities get in there and demolish those buildings so quickly, and why did they do that when only the top floors were damaged by the planes/fires? I had no doubt I was witnessing a controlled demolition. Some months prior to 9/11/01, I watched a television show about controlled demolitions with old casinos and other multi-storied buildings, and found the graphic, 'neat' implosions unforgettable. Therefore, when watching the twin towers collapsing, I automatically assumed the authorities demolished those buildings due to the symmetrical and immediate way they came down. I just couldn't understand how they accomplished it so quickly, when I knew (based on watching the TV show) it took much longer than a few hours to prepare for this type of demolition. The WTC collapses were too symmetrical and immediate for them to caused by anything but a planned explosive demolition. I lived many years in San Francisco, and worked in the downtown area when both the TransAmerica Pyramid and the Bank of America World Headquarters were built. At that time, there was much discussion of safety issues concerning these huge buildings' proximity to the SFO and Oakland airport flight paths, as well as discussion of fire and earthquake safety measures taken with the design of the buildings in general. I did know, based on all the public discussion from that time,that without doubt these buildings are designed to withstand, and do withstand, even large fires on many floors at the same time. As a former San Franciscan, I've also had the opportunity to witness earthquake damage to large urban buildings, and the human casualties that result. If a building falls down there shouldn't be an immense crater where it formerly stood (if it wasn't built on bay landfill or on an open fault line), and usually there's lots of recognizable salvage materials left. Victims trapped inside may be buried, crushed, and dismembered, but I can't recall ever hearing of a completely 'pulverized' victim in any such incident anywhere on the planet. In light of these personal experiences, it was quite incredible to me when the official 9/11 reports came out and didn't even mention the implosions/explosions, particularly with WTC#7, and that the complete destruction of all the buildings was attributed to fires, causing the buildings to more or less just fall down on their own. The scientific evidence and statements from experts the world over (some on your website) have since validated my initial 'non-expert' impression-opinion of the cause of the collapsing WTC buildings. I think the official reports have produced far more questions than answers. A new independent investigation is imperative so an accurate and transparent accounting can be made of the facts of 9/11/01.

With open eyes I have viewed the videos on 9/11, of the collapse of the the WTC towers, and from the first viewing noticed that there were unexplainable explosions as the buildings raced to the ground. I have seen the video since of the debris removal and saw the molten metal, an impossibility at the temperatures of burning JP fuel. Something is not right.

It's been nearly 10 years, and this movement gains more and more supporters as time goes on. No one is leaving this camp once they're in it because once you accept the truth, there is no turning back. I looked for any excuse I could to deny the reality, but eventually, I ran out and I was left to accept the ugly truth. I believe that is the point of this movement; to be ceaselessly persistent in declaring the facts as they are, countering ignorance and silence and unfounded retorts with clear, compelling evidence that can lead one in only one direction: the absolute truth. 9/11 was staged. The buildings were brought down not by planes, but by explosives. Building 7 was demolished in plain sight.
