On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

With the recent publication of the scientific article regarding the presence of nanothermite in the WTC dust, there is scientific proof that these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. No steel frame building has ever collapsed due to an open air fire because the open air fires cannot get hot enough to affect the steel. When was the last time anyone has ever watched their metal camp fire grill experience a progressive collapse after hours of sitting by a campfire? Never. The collapse of all three WTC towers at free fall speed clearly demonstrates that there was no resistance from the massive steel and concrete - only explosives could have removed that resistance.

I have been working as a structural engineer for the same company since 2007. I design commercial, athletic, multi-family residential apartments and hotel low rise structures. The structures that I have designed include materials such as but not limited to: Steel, timber, concrete, masonry and light gauge.
After reading the NIST report on WTC building 7 it was clear that there was no way that building could fall at 'free fall' acceleration due to the failure of one column that bore a transfer beam. It's true that fire can cause steel to change it's structural yield point and maybe some of the connections could be compromised due to the fires but even if that whole column were to have vanished in thin air, the whole building would not have collapsed like it did.

I am very impressed by the extent of the research, the professionalism of the many researchers providing that work, as well as how compelling the results prove demolition of the WTC Buildings. I believe the case for a new, proper investigation with subpoena power has easily been made. The dynamics (accelerations) of the collapse, the evidence of temperatures consistent with thermites, and the explosive features evident in the videos (particularly the South Tower) are more than adequate to prove the demolition hypothesis.

But it is difficult to reconcile that instance with what happened to 7WTC on 9/11.

WTC 7 was not struck by aircraft, was quite a distance from the falling towers, from photos and video did not seem damaged or extensively on fire yet collapsed in what appears to be a controlled, engineered, pre-planned demolition. This building is the only steel framed skyscraper to ever collapse from fire. A very through investigation should have been performed, instead all steel was controlled and recycled immediately, an act of criminal destruction of evidence. The twin towers collapse is also suspect. Eyewitnesses reporting explosions before the collapse. Also the damaged structure at and above the impact zone should not have been able to collapse the remaining undamaged structure, especially the massively strong central core. The core and outer walls supported the weight of the upper structure, it would have been able to resist the dynamic force of the upper structure falling. There can not be more energy generated dynamically from falling than is present in the potential energy from standing, height x gravity x mass. If the lower supporting structure had been able to support the upper floors for thirty years plus a commercial airliner impact, it would have resisted the dynamic energy because they are the same and the weight of the upper structure has been removed from the lower, that's the only way the upper can fall. Therefore in a non-controlled collapse the top section would have remained in place or fallen and broken into many small pieces and fallen off the sides of the remaining non damaged structure. If the floors had pancaked the central core would have remained standing. The only way the collapses can occur as they did is if the central core was destroyed by controlled explosions. The central cores were systematically blown and ripped down the rest of the buildings from the inside. Again all evidence was destroyed by remelting the steel. The event known as 911 was in my opinion a combination of an external government and some members of the US Fed government conspiring to produce a domestic terrorism event (false flag) to launch the global war on terrorism resulting in the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, the patriot act, the tapping of every piece of voice, e-mail, data communications in the world, Dept of homeland security, increase in oil prices and massive military / domestic police force spending all on the backs of the supposedly terrified US taxpayer. It is and will remain the single most important event in the history of this country.

I have reviewed the video footage made by two French filmmakers, the Naudet Brothers, while in New York on September 11 making a documentary of the New York Fire Service. The footage shows that, while filming in Canal Street, firemen and crew are distracted by a plane flying low overhead. The camera operator instinctively turns his camera towards the North Tower and, for little more than a second or so, we get a clear view of the plane crashing into the tower. Before the plane strikes it fires a missile that blows a hole in the building's fa'ade. This is the cause of that brief flash. The plane then begins to disappear neatly into this hole, leaving no wing impressions. Just before it disappears however it fires two more missiles from somewhere near its tail. One goes to the left, one to the right (and up a bit) and it is the blast holes from these three separate missiles that form the great gash across the building.

I am an optometrist, so I have had an education in the sciences, including chemistry and physics. So, although I am not an architect or engineer, I could understand much of the case being made for the controlled demolition of The World Trade Center.
The laws of physics do not seem to support the belief that fires brought down these steel structures. Seeing the planes hit the buildings makes most of us conclude that they are the reason for the collapses. But, when one sees the symmetrical explosions and symmetrical collapses in replays of all three buildings, many people will conclude that the planes could not be the cause of this destruction.

The amount of video evidence of demolition of the three buildings is overwhelming. Physics and natural laws cannot be discarded and replaced by a conspiracy theory of 19 Arabs with boxcutters. I have a MA in acupuncture from the TAI/SOPHIA institute in Laurel MD and a BA in Philosophy from Univ. of Mass. I love it when people say that I am not qualified to speak on this issue because to understand 9/11 you really only need an 8th grade education as my daughter was studying free fall formulas in her 8th grade science class this year. The rest is simply the ability to reason with an open mind. I carry a laminated picture from this website in my wallet that is also in Gage's film showing a drawing of two identical structures held up by cranes and under one of these structures is a much longer structure and under the other is nothing. I show it to whoever will listen and basically get them to admit, without them knowing , that they don't believe the official story. When I later tell them that those structures represent the towers occasionally some will say it can't be even though they just admitted that the structure with nothing underneath it will obviously hit the ground first.
I have been reading and studying this issue for well over 4 years now. I have found talking to architects and engineers in my area to be most helpful as lay people are often in reaction and in support of the official story and are thus unable to speak and hear rational statements. The most telling piece for me is how can a building fall at virtual free fall in the path of greatest resistance thus almost totally violating the law of conservation of momentum .This is compounded by the fact that the core columns are thicker at the bottom and taper as one ascends the towers. Now maybe by some miracle that is possible once , but 3 times in a single day? Until that is adequately explained , as well as a whole host of other issues, I will support a new investigation into 9/11.

I spent approximately 1,000 hours during 2002-2006 researching the events leading up to and including the 9/11 crime against humanity. It became clear beyond reasonable doubt that all three WTC buildings collapsed as a result of controlled demolitions. The evidence on many levels, involving the WTC and Pentagon attacks and the Pennsylvania crash contradicted the 'official' accounts and raised a multitude of questions never addressed by the official 9/11 Commission. I can only conclude that the Commission served the official cover up of actual events.

I conducted an eye-site evaluation while vaccinating 450 employees of a major Belgian Television station: Under Snellen's chart, I placed a photo of WTC 2 erupting on lower Manhattan. The employees kept saying they saw some kind of Vesuvius erupting in the middle of a city. I had to explain to them that it was WTC 2 that was turning into dust, and I went on to ask them who could detect a pancake, like we had been told about on TV. Young people understood the official media version was hiding the truth, but did not dare confront the older hierarchy on these issues.

I am A full time student completing my AS degree. I will be entering State in the fall in the nursing program for my Bachelor of Science degree. While I am not an Architect or an Engineer, I have taken the basic Chemistry and Science classes. The investigation by the 911 Commission was inconclusive at best. We the people, demand a true independent investigation.
These buildings fell as if a controlled collapsed. How do three buildings collapse with very little effect or damage to other buildings. These buildings were designed for damage from a large fully fueled airliner. While this airliner was a more modern larger plane, it contained less fuel. This does not make sense to me. these buildings collapsed from the supports and yet the fires were many stories higher. The fuel would burned off or dissipated, not continued to burn and in no way could have melted the steel supports.

After analyzing the evidence and character of events surrounding the tragedy of 9/11, I've come to the conclusion that the official story contains significant discrepancies and intrinsic physical improbabilities for it to be considered valid. I also regard the 9/11 commission committee as not truly having addressed the questions surrounding the 9/11 events and did not carry an authentic independent investigation of the devastation involving 9/11. I encourage our elected representatives to demand that a genuine independent investigation of the 9/11 events be immediately re-assigned.

I am not an Architect or an Engineer, but grasp the necessary principles to support the need for a real investigation into 9/11. I am a Registered Nurse with many skill sets in the profession. Six years ago I began to research subjects for personal knowledge just to get the most out of my ISP for the money. First on the internet, then, if I found a subject particularly interesting, a full out investigation including all related print, interviews with experts and eye witnesses, video archive retrieval, etc. When I researched the constitution, I read federal documents that directly interperate or qualify the document. That's when I read the Patriot Act and the 9/11 Commission Report. The Patriot Act scared me so I read the Commission Report, sure that the committee would detail the threat faced by America by proving Al-Quiada masterminded the 9/11 sequence of events, thereby justifying, in some way, the Patriot Act. It did not. I have researched 9/11 for the past three years.
Using a free fall calculator to check my math, I calculated the free fall speed of all three buildings to see if the claim that Newton's Second Law of Motion would have to have been suspended for the buildings to fall at the speed they did. They would have, according to the calculations, so a stated impossibility exists in the 9/11 Commission Report, according to the laws of physics. Then when I read Steven Jones' paper, 'Why Indeed Did the WTC Buildings Completely Collapse? I investigated him, and after establishing his credibility, I reproduced his chemical equations and, absent a sample of the debris and my own lab, found his evidence conclusive and consistant in offering an alternative series of events that would leave Newton's theories intact. I try to encourage even those with no scientific training to at least learn some basic principles of chemistry and physics so that they may start their own independent investigations, free from rhetoric, rumor, and rationalizations. I encourage the use of science and forensic techniques to establish that which can and cannot be according to the proven laws of the universe. If one proceeds form this axiom, then the framework for knowledge building is strong, like a skyscraper framed of structural steel. I feel that there are to many unanswered questions surrounding 9/11. When the government refuses to answer questions that need to be answered than they make themselves suspicious. I would hate to think that our government would operate like that but I don't think it is an impossibility and therefore real questions need to be asked and answered.

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse, practicing in Worcester, Massachusetts. I wasn't aware, until very recently, of the movement to gain an independent investigation into the September, 2001 attack on our country, and am now trying to get a group of nurses together for the next rally to be held here in Massachusetts.
Although I have no degree in engineering or architecture, and limited knowledge of physics, the fall of buildings 1 and 2, and the subsequent collapse of the mostly undamaged building 7 caused me to question what exactly happened. To that end, I've spent the past few months online, watching video of the attacks and personal testimony offered by first responders. While no answers have been forthcoming, the questions continue to build. How could two skyscrapers collapse at virtually free-fall speed without at least demolition grade explosives? What exactly hit the Pentagon? Did our country know about the attacks in advance? Is our current administration guilty of treason against the people of the United States? Why did the 9/11 Commission respond to only about 30% of the evidence it was given? All of these questions led me to the scariest question of all: have we invaded 2 separate countries and put our troops at risk for something that had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks???
