To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Upon witnessing the destruction of all three WTC buildings on TV as it happened, I have remained highly skeptical that an aircraft colliding with the two towers at the height above the ground that it occurred could have caused the two to collapse in the manner observed, and Building 7, not being hit by aircraft, collapsed in a typical manner by which demolished buildings implode.

I applaud Architect and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and would like to vigorously support the cause, however I have had considerable experience in the so called Patriot Movement and believe that it is futile to appeal to the government to properly investigate Building 7. They will never do it and even if they did, it would NEVER be reported in the main stream media. There are 150 million US adults and 147 million of them get all of their news from the main stream media. We must mount a massive attack on the main stream media, forcing them to restore true investigative reporting.

I've worked for 10 years as a process engineer in multiple industries including, Iron and Steel Pipe, Pulp and Paper, and Nuclear Separations. My primary engineering role is now process control. I worked for two years in the Melting Department at a Ductile Iron Manufacturing plant.

We did not use hydrocarbon fuel or burning office supplies to melt the iron. There is ample evidence on this website to compel a new investigation: molten iron, chemical signatures of thermate, lack of pancaked floors, multiple eye-witness testimonies of explosions before the collapse. Mr. Gage and others like him are heroes for standing up for our country and telling the truth about what really happened on 9/11.

Being from NYC and witnessing this event live, and after watching countless hours of video of the 3 towers implosion, the theory of a pancake global collapse caused by plane impact and office fires is not plausible. A) If there was a pancake collapse the debris site/ground zero would look totally different, resembling a crumbled but stacked set of floors. All lateral beams might be crushed but would have to be intact to keep the implosion of the building uniform. However it was difficult to find a steel member more than 10' feet long after the collapse. B) How do the 70' long interior core columns buckle and fail at free fall speed C) A single column no mater how critical, could never cause a uniform, global, free fall acceleration collapse in a skyscraper as was told to be the case in Building 7.

The NIST model of the collapse of WTC7 shows the top corner of the building collapsing before the building came down. The video of the actual collapse of the building shows the building collapsing while intact. The NIST model does not represent the reality of the collapse. Therefore, NIST model assumptions were wrong somewhere. In addition to that, the collapse of one major column would not cause the whole building to collapse, and if it did, it will not collapse symmetrically.

I am a former English and Art History professor (non-tenured) who taught at various NY Metro area universities and colleges, including Seton Hall and Rutgers Universities, as well as Dominican, St. Thomas Aquinas and Ramapo Colleges from 1987 until 2004. I also worked for Dow Jones in their South Brunswick facility for 18 months during the mid-90s (our small reprint department was an offshoot of the news desk that produces the ticker content in Times Square, so I know a bit about breaking news). I retain vivid memories of watching multiple coverage of the Oklahoma City bombing, as my ticker colleagues hustled to produce the copy.
I lived in Rockland County, NY, home to many NYC first-responders, at the time of the attacks. That morning, the planes hit the WTC during my 8 am Art History class at Dominican College. Our school soon went into lockdown, so I went home to watch the coverage. From the beginning, I felt skeptical about so many things, including how few people were in the buildings, compared to a normal day. I also found it strange they never mentioned all the vendors in the lower levels or even on the street. The first Tower had collapsed before our school suspended classes, and I remember how we all found it unbelievable how quickly so much of that enormous building could just disintegrate. As the sister of a volunteer firefighter/EMT in another state, I found it incredible in all the drills, they had never warned people there would be no attempts at rooftop rescues. (Some of my students spoke on their cell phones to relatives climbing to the roof, only to find the doors locked; we had no idea at the time what that meant). Later, when Mayor Giuliani allowed so much of the Fresh Kills evidence/debris to be destroyed, I felt my suspicions confirmed; the mayor had made his reputation as a no-nonsense US attorney. Why would he allow precious evidence, let alone possible human remains, to be lost? I also found the locating of some of the alleged perpetrators' passports to be utter nonsense; how could those piles of dust and debris render those items, while so many others never surfaced? I knew plenty of people who volunteered near the Ground Zero in those early weeks, and not one of them believes the passports were not planted. The evidence about explosives vs. fire temperatures, heat, remnants, etc. provided on your site has completely solidified my belief 9/11 was an inside job; it really is hard to deny the laws of physics. I also found Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 entirely convincing; why were the attackers' names absent from the passenger manifests, etc.? Having experienced the personal devastation of this probable black op for so many of my friends who lost relatives and friends, I remain horrified by the failure of the government and the 9/11 Commission to get to the bottom of this atrocity. After 12 years, I still shudder and weep whenever I see the Towers in old footage, watch the growing number of documentaries or view any of the anniversary ceremonies.

The evidence presented by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and related written and video materials convinces me that all three WTC buildings were destroyed by explosives planted in the buildings. A full independent investigation is required to ascertain the evidence and determine what organizations and/or individuals were responsible for these controlled demolitions and if possible prepare a draft inditement of the guilty parties.

I am a Professor of Portuguese and Brazilian Culture with a doctorate from Brown University. I was a Fulbright Scholar teaching American Studies in Brazil in 2010.
I used to think that such a public event such as 9/11 would have already been the object of such scrutiny that a reasonable and objective explanation of that day's events must already exist. After watching this video, I have to conclude that I was wrong. The government owes the American public a full accounting of what happened that day.

Too many questions have gone unanswered in the 9-11 tragedy. For example, it is quite clear that in looking at videos of the WTC-7 building collapse there are many gaps in the various official inquiries, such as the obviously controlled collapse, the fact there there were only a few fires burning in the building, firefighter shouting before 'stand back, they are bringing it down', and a TV announcer (I think BBC) saying the building had collapsed before it actually had (one can see it plainly in the background while she made this announcement). Since 2001, the world has become radically more unsafe, the US has increased it military presence to unprecedented levels, and, perhaps most distressingly, a Surveillance State has emerged on US soil, one far surpasses the capabilities of those existing in Stalinst USSR and Nazi Germany. If a request for an inquiry is rebuffed with the question, 'Why?', my response would be 'Why not?' What is to be lost with an independent citizen's inquiry? Is that not what democracy is all about? What would be wrong with honesty and openness? As a philosopher of science, I support Popper's concept of an open society, and the US Government's refusal to have an open inquiry flies in the face of that. Investigate now!

The official narrative is not believable. I'd like to add, just an opinion, that restriction to material/engineering issues is no longer effective. Discussion on the context (i.e. on the origin, motives, resources of confirmed and suspected actors around, in time and space, of the crime area) should be also added to any analysis and/or report coming from your organizations. My statement appears on PATRIOTS QUESTION 911 and another website. Briefly, WTC2's upper section was seen to tilt, then DROP, then pulverize into super-fine dust. That the upper section dropped before pulverizing shows the massive support columns below had been rendered incapable of bearing weight. That and the pulverization itself prove explosives many times 'gravitational potential' energy have to have been in play.

Near free-fall collapses on Buildings 1, 2, 7 are not possible, unless all floors below collapse initiation have zero structural resistance. Firefighter evidence of molten metal observation is not possible unless extreme heat sources, other than the aviation fuel/office fire were involved in the event.No aviation fuel ignition source was involved in WTC 7 building collapse.

I am a woman, scientist, mother, and educator.
I was in Manhattan when the planes hit the towers. I was directly affected by the fear, terror, sense of insecurity that resulted from those events. Having studied history I know that throughout the history of the Western world (and beyond) wars have been brought about by the powerful to pursue their interests and accumulate profit. Because the US is the most powerful empire the world has ever known, the dynamics described above are very much relevant to our history. Knowing all of this, when I heard of the 9/11 catastrophe I strongly suspected that the US government was involved in either allowing it to happen or actively bringing it about.The USS Maine, Pearl Harbor, the Bay of Tonkin episode... our history is littered with false flag operations orchestrated to bring about wars against the prevalent peaceful sentiments of the American public. September 11th is one more of these episodes. Considering the dire consequences brought about in this country and around the world it is not an exaggeration to think of the events of 9/11 as a veritable coup d'etat against our democratic institutions.This is why I am very interested in supporting the efforts you are making to bring about truth and justice. It is only by facing the truth, as painful as it might be, that we can hope to bring about democracy and social justice to our country and to the world.

"It has been obvious to me since the day it happened (I watched it on TV), that all three buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. Everything that followed (short selling on Wall St, Nano-thermite in the dust, The anthrax scare, the ""War on Terror,"" the lack of an FBI forensic investigation, etc. etc.) was covered up.by the Bush administration. The work of Niels Harrit and others who found explosives in the World Trade Center dust, establishes it as a plain fact that the WTC towers were blown up. There is no longer any room for opinion or doubt on this matter. An investigation as to who did this is long overdue.
