PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Anyone who has ever witness a fire of any scale would realize that it burns asymmetric and causes unpredictable and imbalanced collapses. The absolute vertical collapse of even one tower due to an asymmetric fire is a near improbability. Three towers on the same day, one with minimal fire damage is a mathematical impossibility...unless it were intentional.

When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. No real knowledge on the integrity of the skyscrapers, but the eyewitnesses, especially firefighters, openly say that they heard explosive charges just like a demolition. In addition to that, the Towers were designed to resist plane crashes and fires. The building should have been fireproofed floor by floor, this is a regulation. The fire wasn't powerful enough to even melt steel. But explosives would have done the job. Video evidence of the current owner of the WTC, saying to 'pull it', referring to the explosives already in place months before.

There has never been any doubt in my mind, as I watched on TV that fateful day, three massive steel structures collapse at free-fall speed into their own footprint. A steel framed building has never collapsed from fire alone, ever. For three of them to do so, at the acceleration due to gravity, and into their own footprint, is impossible to understand without assuming human intervention. I have believed this from the first, and I always will. In a related note, the power that was abrogated by the President at that time was the most chilling event I have ever seen, since the assassination of President Kennedy.

Having done extensive research on the matter, I am undoubtedly convinced that World Trade Center #7 was brought down by controlled demolition. The essence of scientific investigation involves repeatable conditions and events under known natural laws such as the laws of physics. If you eliminate possibilities to be scientific it must be on the basis of evidence to the point of where there is only reasonable explanation but one left. This is what we have with the free fall of Tower 7. Free fall involves no resistance and no resistance in a building collapsing only occurs from an explosion. So, either there was an explosion or the 3rd law of physics is wrong (not repeatable). Which is more probable and in harmony with observable realities? The answer is clear; The building was taken down with explosives!

I remember seeing the Tower fall for the first time and thinking to myself how closely it resembled a controlled demolition. Then I started to research the attack. The 9/11 Commission was a joke (later rebuked by its own commissioners). There is no way the government's official 9/11 conspiracy theory is correct. And the way the Bush administration used the attack to its advantage to make war and push for unconstitutional rights and liberty restrictions is suspicious.

I provide environmental compliance support to the Rocky Mountain Oil & Gas Industry, specializing in air and water quality compliance permitting and management. In July 2006 my company, Thunder Basin Environmental Consulting, Inc. acquired U.S. Patent 7,081,204 for the CleanSweepBarium(TM) process for coal bed natural gas-produced water purification. This is in compliance with the clean water act and the safe drinking water act and is presently used to purify CBM discharge (water) in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. The process is under consideration internationally from Algeria to Mexico to Saudi Arabia.
There is undeniable evidence supporting the planned demolition explanation for the World Trade Center towers telescopic collapse. I support seeking the individuals responsible for this act of terrorism.

The discrepancy between the flash point of jet fuel and the melting point of structural steel cannot be reconciled. The collapse of a third building which had never been struck also cannot be rationalized. The removal and disposal of invaluable forensic debris from such a major crime scene is itself a crime against humanity. A real independent and international investigation is required to ascertain who did what, when, where, how, and why.

I am just someone that has done the research and my personal level of common sense tells me that the official story of the incidents of 9/11 are not only untrue they are laughable at best. I wonder why they went to such lengths to cover up what actually happened and I feel we are entitled to an unbiased accurate investigation of the events of 9/11.
Its pretty obvious to anyone that does the research that those buildings did not fall as a result of a plane crashing into them, so why did they tell us that is the reason they fell? Why were all the Air National Defense Systems shut off on that date? Why did so many eyewitness reports involve statements of explosions on that date, yet were never aired after 9/11? There are so many bits of information that paint a picture completely different than the one we were given. Why? This cannot be allowed to go on any longer, something must be done.
