PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Ever since I first saw the failure, I felt something was wrong. The pancaking of the slabs as they fell struck me as the kind of failure one might see in a concrete structure building with the columns acting as shear punches at each respective failure. I was amazed when I was informed it was a steel building. Since then, I have learned of the mode of failure of WTC 7 and the temperature of burning jet fuel vs. resistance of steel to such temperatures. Something is just not right.

1) From a metals engineering perspective, my experience tells me that it is impossible for jet fuel to melt (liquefy) structural steel, yet there were rivers of glowing molten iron under ground zero for weeks after 9/11 as evidenced by eyewitness accounts and US Geological aerial thermographs. - - - - 2) Compounding the impossibility of fuel to melt steel is the massive heat sink of the huge central core weldments of the twin towers. However, these core structures are always left out of official discussions and computer generated simulations of these events. - - - - 3) The black smoke of the twin towers is evidence that the jet fuel fires inside were burning cool. Black smoke is an indication of an oxygen deprived fire - the towers were smoldering, not melting. Further evidence of the cool fires is radio records of NYC firefighters discussing how they only need two or three hoses to knock them out. - - - - 4) From a purely logical perspective, the official story does not make sense because of the events surrounding WTC 7 which was a full block away from the twin towers yet the buildings directly between it and the towers remained standing even though they were directly rained on by falling debris. WTC 7 was neither struck by an aircraft, nor significantly damaged by debris. - - - - 5) The following is a MUST SEE video: At just after 5pm EST, the BBC news had their NYC correspondent Jane Stanley in front of their studio window overlooking ground zero and reported that the Solomon Brothers Building (official name of WTC 7) had collapsed - when in fact it was standing like new in the background right behind her. How did they know about the collapse 20 minutes ahead of time? - - - - CONCLUSION: If someone knew of at least one of the collapses ahead of time and jet fuel was not the reason for the collapse, then there must be some other reason for that collapse. It logically follows that if this true explanation is being covered-up, it is probably the same explanation for all three buildings.

Also, have done some engineering work, including building-forensic, some steel frame but mostly concrete. Was employed at Einhorn Yaffee Prescott for a while in Albany, NY and got to see the WTC first hand. Studied WTC's design, structure and construction at university. It was always a fascinating building complex to me.
Very hard to understand the 'complete' lack of concrete rubble in the debris field. Even had the basements filled with concrete topping slab debis. There should have been a stack of jumbled building elements about 9 more stories above grade. The core columns were fully welded yet none were longer than 40 ft (max trucking length). This event as portrayed by the NIST Report totally messes with my understanding of how buildings behave. I haven't been able to reconcile the promoted theory of collapse with the way I know buildings to behave.

I have never seen any explanation of why building #7 collapsed. In fact, I was not even aware that a third building had been destroyed ... based upon any mass media coverage. I only learned about the third building and evidence of explosive remnants years later. I know we have more to learn about what really happened.

I support a new independent investigation. The way the WTC twin towers fell vertically looks like a demolition with explosives rather than an asymmetrical collapse as would happen with a plane crash. It defies physics for the buildings to have fallen this way and at the duration of free fall. WTC 7 needs further investigation as well because one column failure does not make sense with collapse of the entire building or the way it fell. Again it appeared as if all supports had been demolished at regular intervals at free fall speed which looks like a controlled demolition.

As a commercial aircraft mechanic, I'm aware of how fragile an aluminum & composite structure is. I always thought it would be a great to see an aluminum aircraft try to fly though a steel girder structure. Just the frame so you can clearly witness steel box frames cut the aircraft to ribbons w/ little significant damage. Of course the engines may seem like bowling balls, but how likely are they to cause damage to more than a very small part of a large structure? Keep the faith guys!

I have read the relevant AE911 reports from the beginning, and I believe that the towers were destroyed by deliberate controlled demolition, using explosives implanted before the attack. This implies that operatives in the United States planned the demolition, planted the explosives and performed the demolition. The official report has been hidden under lock and key. No news organization has been allowed to investigate or report on this subject. Those who try are derided as conspiracy nutcases. The truth deserves to be found and exposed.

I had previously heard of the many conspiracy theories surrounding the events of 9/11. I decided to research the events of 9/11 using only official reports, known facts, official videos, and official statements by government officials, state officials, transportation officials, and witnesses. It seems the official explanation for the fall of the 3 WTC buildings are not true. The evidence of nano-technology thermite capsules at the site are shading new light on all other suspicious events and findings regrading 9/11. It must be investigated by the best international scientists, engineers and architects with full transparency of the methods and assumption taken for their simulations.

They fell due to outside interference. Official reports are biased and one sided. This couldn't have happened without somebody planning this epic scheme

I have watched many video's and read numerous articles. The story presented by the government does not line up with the facts. The buildings were demolished. A plane crashing into the towers would not have brought the buildings down. The fires would not have melted the steel. I want the truth to come out.

Concrete below does not jump out of the way of concrete above. The engineers who designed and built these super structures did not cut corners, they did not screw up. They were designed to be hit by a lighter but faster plane that produced a greater impulse (impact vector.) Building 7 was not hit, and was CLEARLY demolished with explosives. I saw it live on TV and thought it impossible & fake from the first moment. Pancake collapse is the dumbest explanation I have ever heard---the towers were not stick townhouses with 10 jacuzzis on the top floor. The official story limits rather than expands upon detail which indicates deception.

As an instructor, I encourage and support Critical Thinking and healthy skepticism. Unfortunately, in the case of WTC 1, 2, and 7, there are forces preventing such approaches.
I am appalled by the lack of attention or credence (none!) that these researchers have been afforded. NIST has chosen to betray the citizens of the United States.

More than 40 years as industrial chemist and director of research and engineering.
Engineering studies confirm that the twin towers could not have been destroyed by the impact of airplanes, and that building 7 was not even impacted by a plane. Even if the plane impacts could have weakened the structures at the points of impact, the sections above the points of impact would have toppled over, and the remainder of the towers would have been left standing. The official analysis did not even consider these facts.

The only technical background I have is in Chemistry, 2yr. degree. I also have an MA in counseling.
After watching the building collapse on TV, and looking at other photos, and resding books and article on the possible causes of 9/11over the last 9yrs; I have come to the conclusion that the official theory of buildings coming down because of planes hitting them, is not believable. I do not know what caused the collapse, but I do believe there has been a cover up by our govt. I would like a real independent investigation into 9/11.
