PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have lived, for the past nine years, with the events of 9/11 haunting me nearly everyday. What started out as anger and what I then thought of as patriotism, has now turned into guilt, fear, and unrelenting anxiety. Starving for the truth as to what exactly happened that day... and what's continued to happen from that point on. In the Fall of 2001, I was only 18 years old. The college that I was attending was located less than a mile away from an airport. When news struck of what was going on in NYC and at the Pentagon, we were immediately dismissed (evacuated) from class with instructions to get away from the school/airport area. As a friend of mine and myself made the terrifying one hour trip back to our home town, we listened to the radio in a desperate grasp for what was happening. Ironically enough... Howard Stern was giving the most detailed account of what was going on in NYC that day. Our minds were filled with thoughts of more attacks, war, and even being selected for the draft. Thankfully, neither of us ended up fighting in Iraq. Life slowly went back to normal, that is, until more and more evidence started to come about of a possibly conspiracy within our government being involved in the attacks of September 11th. Now, as a parent, I strongly fear for my 7 month old daughters future. In my mind, I feel that things can only become more distorted and volatile in our nation. Feeling there is no end in sight, to the hypocrisy and deceit that plagues our country. Tired of being misinformed by the media as well as the people who run the United States of America... I now search for help, information, and guidance. I would also like to offer my assistance in spreading the word about the need for real answers regarding the historic events of September 11th, 2001. I am a member of a long line of commercial/industrial building contractors. My immediate family has been erecting steel-frame buildings in New York since the 1940s. I personally worked in the building trades for over ten years. As general contractors, we have hired other forces to take down large buildings using controlled demolition in order to pave the way for our new construction.

The theory that it collapsed from damage and fire violates several laws of physics. The two most important being the Law of Conservation of Momentum and the law of Angular Momentum. Building 7 was a classic example of a controlled demolition. The fact the Building 7 was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report is alarming. The way the buildings collapsed just didn't seem right to me. The building fell with zero resistance. This is exactly what happens in controlled demolitions. And it can happen only when all supports are destroyed simultaneously (split-second sequencing), plus no steel frame high rise building has ever been destroyed by 'office fires' for the simple reason that such fires do not get within a thousand degrees of the melting point of steel. To cut the steel in controlled demolitions, technicians use thermite. Both by-products of thermite reactions and unexploded fragments of thermite have been discovered to be pervasive in the dust samples.

There is no way that building 7 wasn't a controlled demolition. For years I tried to deny it as a conspiracy theory, writing the truthers off as McCarthyist conspiracists but now I see the truth and the lies. It is plain to see that there were explosive planted in those buildings. Any amount of investigative research will turn up too much in favor of a real conspiracy. ThePentagon was hit by a missile. We wondered what was in that building, why it was imploded along with the others, and why there has been such an obvious cover-up (or blatant neglect) of the facts.

I am an educator but have a background in Forestry Resource Management with a B.S. from SIU-Carbondale. I have 3.5 years towards a Civil Engineering degree at URI and I have a Masters in Education from URI in biology.
I have suspected foul play at the World Trade Center from day one. Why were there cameras in place videotaping those buildings when the first plane hit? Why did the buildings implode? My curiosity was peaked from the very beginning Let's get to the bottom of this scam that was perpetrated on the U.S. Is it all part of the global takeover conspiracy? Facts, I want facts! Everything on the video from AE911truth.org corroborates my suspicions about this having been a preplanned explosive event. It was the catalyst for going to war in the Middle East. Do the math! We had every reason to go once the U.S. was put into a Muslimphobia paranoia state. Fearful people are easily led! Hello, let's go after the people who were behind this... when is this going to show up on an episode of scandal?

I have waded through the many conspiracy theories, exaggerated claims, and doctored photos available on the internet. I am signing this petition based on the common sensibility that skyscrapers do not pancake into their own footprint due to fire. For political figures and the public to accept the current official report is to perpetuate a lie. When I tell my children what happened on 9/11, I want to be sure that I am telling them the truth. When they learn about it in school, I want them to learn the truth. I trust the expertise of Architects and Engineers of 9/11 Truth and believe their assertion that the current official report is false.

Standard aluminum airplanes can't be completely absorbed by steel and concrete skyscrapers. They should have been crushed by the impact and fallen to the ground in pieces. No passenger bodies were ever recovered and the wrong engine was 'discovered' 3 blocks away. It is also impossible to fly near sea level at 500 mph without stalling or breaking apart. Modern skyscrapers can't be brought down by normal office fires, ignited by jet fuel. It is impossible for the twin towers (and Building 7) to fall at near free-fall speed, to turn to dust, and to laterally eject steel framing 500 feet without adding additional energy to the demolition. Six years of independent research (reading books, watching videos, attending lectures, and contemplation) brought me to this conclusion.

I've been a teacher of visual arts, theater, and english for 28 years. I've also been a finalist for Maine Teacher of the Year and a member of my schools leadership team for 8 years.
This event is a turning point in modern history. If the official story is correct there would be absolutely no reason to block further investigation; it would only prove the truth of the official story. If the buildings were destroyed by any thing other than the two planes and the subsequent fires, then we must face the truly horrible and ugly reality of deception, lies, murder, and possibly treason.
