PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've studied modern architecture and skyscraper design and passed several structural engineering courses in college; the official 9/11 story seems unlikely. I've also studied studied politics and history, and as a member of the US military I have serious reservations regarding the official reported causes of 9/11. Even if the attacks were totally unexpected, and there was no civil defense plan for such events (like NY airbases or ground-to-air missiles), and there were no CIA or other black operations involved, we should still ask some questions: How did the towers collapse straight down as though planned to minimize damage to surrounding buildings? Why was the debris removed so expediently? Was it embarrassment? Quick cleanup to save our suffering the images of burning towers? Was it too expensive to renovate the buildings later? To avoid controversy and investigation they were removed from view asap, but by whom? FEMA? The building owners? There are many unanswered questions, from the Bush - bin Laden connection, to the FEMA - tower connection. Even if one structure failed from the attacks, the chances that all three buildings would pancake seems like nonsense. Perhaps one could pancake for multiple stories, but at a point the consistent fall would become lopsided due to the probability of resistance from numerous structural members, and develop a natural tilt. This tilt would produce torque, or rotational movement about points, and the laws of physics would tend to bring the forces down in faster ways to the sides, rather than through the entire strength of the remaining body of the building firmly rooted by numerous supports, including a central concrete elevator and stair core, and on a solid foundation.

I'm a 40 year old Union Ironworker and live in Manhattan New York.I've been Ironworking for about 14 years and have been on some of the biggest jobs in the U.S. over that time. I moved to New York on July 4th weekend of 2001 from California and got a job out of local 40 Ironworkers hall to work on the Willie B. bridge and 2 months later I got a front roll set to the biggest event in U.S. history. Seeing it live and talking my own photo's and then going down there and seeing it for myself and helping clean up the mess that was left behind and breathing all that bad air seamed worth it at the time but now with my heath and seeing new evidence about the event has made me wonder that if the terrorist did not do it then who did and why. I don't want to die from this like so many others and not know the truth.

And if we as tax payers have to spent 10 billion in building a new tower the same as the old one and slam an aircraft into it again to find the truth then that's what we should do that's not that much more money when you look at all the money we have spent on this illegal War and all the lies. Although I don't know how it is relevant here, I am 56 years old and have a wide variety of work experience, including various construction trades, public utilities, farm and fruit packinghouse labor, teaching and providing support for adults with disabilities.I earned my BA in fine art in 2007 with a focus on art as therapy and used current events (9-11, US wars, use of 'depleted uranium') as subjects of research for papers and presentations. Soon after 9-11 I began seeing stories (probably on 'Democracy Now!') about 9-11 that were not covered in the mainstream, corporate owned media. As months passed, more information became available on the internet regarding strange incidents surrounding 9-11, eg.: the Bin Laden family being flown out of the US while no other flights were allowed; A video of President Bush at a school. Then the movie 'Loose Change' was produced and I became aware of additional information (whether true or false) regarding inconsistencies in the official report of what happened on 9-11 and who was responsible. After reading and watching numerous reports on the subject of 9-11, the story of building 7 has become the one single'simple'story I hold onto as an obvious example that something is horribly wrong in the official explanation of the 9-11 attacks. If the truth is uncovered in the next ten years, I believe it may trigger upheaval amongst US citizens and the world.
Due to extensive research regarding the collapse of the Twin Towers and Building 7, along with other information about 9-11, I believe the towers were professionally demolished by people, possibly working for our government, to terrorize the American people in order to gain support for carrying out illegal aggressions against various Arab nations in order to secure natural resources and establish economic and military power.

It is obvious to anyone who has studied the events of 9-11 that the WTC buildings came down as the result of controlled demolitions, with the airplane crashes serving as a convenient cover. The presence of thermite & molten steel, the carefully sequenced multiple explosions, the visible squibs, and the symmetrical collapses of these buildings into their own footprints at free-fall speeds all indicate that the official government story is bogus. NIST's claim that office fires brought down Building 7 is particularly comical, given that there were only a few fires visible in the building and that such fires do not normally cause such a structure to collapse. Loud explosions can also be heard on videotaped footage of the building just prior to its collapse. Who put these explosives in place? When? What about Larry Silverstein's interview? Who 'pulled' it? How? Do firefighters have the ability to 'pull' 47 story buildings down on such short notice? Come on man. What about the asbestos issue that plagued all of the buildings, and the enormous insurance sums paid to Larry Silverstein after this event? The first 9-11 Commission Report leaves a lot of questions unanswered. Let's get this thing right and start over.

When ST9/11 experienced a crisis less than a year into its existence, I left along with 90% of its members and contributed to the founding of SCHOLARS FOR 9/11 TRUTH AND JUSTICE and also joined 9/11 TRUTH.ORG. Because 9/11 is so BIG a lie, it is more difficult for ordinary folks to see the evidence for what so plainly happened: destruction by pre-planted explosives of three WTC buildings in seven hours--one not even struck by a plane. WTC 7 makes it easier to see clearly what happened also in WTC 1 & 2. I assisted Stephen Jones in collecting one 'ground zero' dust sample.

Laws of physics and eye witness excited utterances known as res gestae (filmed on the scene) are irrefutable in showing a planned demolition while the official cover-up and immediate removal of evidence leads to that as the only logical finding. In order to understand the scope of such outrageous crime, one needs only to look at recent history of Nazi Germany and its Courts who legalized everything that Hitler did (on a rise to power stemming from a similar 'false-flag' burning of the Reichstag).

I would like to recommend that the members of Congress watch the documentary film, 'The Anatomy of a Great Deception.' David Hooper, the filmmaker did a great job of questioning, investigating and disproving, the validity of messages about 9/11 that were promulgated by government officials and the media. He explained what really happened in terms that were understandable and made a lot of logical sense.

Evidence from building videos and information gleaned from 911 truth website indicates that there is more than meets the eye. The fact that Building 7 is never investigated by the 911 Commission, and that members of the commission indicate they were set up to fail, tells citizens that this needs to be investigated further, and God only knows what horrible truth will come out of it, but I suspect our government is at work here.

It includes people still in our government at the highest levels. I believe the reason for President Kennedy's secret society speech and President Eisenhower's warning about the military industrial complex is with us now and is affecting every aspect of our lives. I believe that the American dollar is backed by the business of war. I believe that indictments are already in order for removing the evidence to China, I can't believe we allowed it. We must educate our folks now; it is not rocket science to see the buildings imploded. Hitler said, ""the greater the lie the more believable."" Our country will never heal if we do not demand justice now. Thank you for your courage. We must unite and do as Ben Franklin said, ""Question Authority"". We must be founding fathers and mothers now, and re-find our democracy and our graciousness and kindness and peace here at home, and bring our soldiers home from everywhere. Months after the 9/11 event I discovered there were two sides of a debate centering around 'trusses'. That the Towers completely crumbled from a mere hole had always bothered me the few times I considered it a thought, but other priorities prevented me from engaging in the debate until May 2007 when I decided to watch Loose Change. David Chandler's approach is what convinced me that the suspicion can be approached in an objective scientific manner based on fundamental principles of physics excluding speculations. I also have my own approach to defend foul play. The first is where the complete destruction happens within a time frame comparable to what an object takes to freefall from the height of each building. This already begs questions on the validity of whatever is tried to explain no extra means were applied to hasten the destruction of WTC 1,2 and 7. The lack of deceleration caused by obvious structural resistance. The lack of structural resistance begs for a presence of a threshold once passed introducing a negative resistance. Like in electronics with the tunnel diode which collapses once a current passes a certain value (threshold). This is very strange and I am sure any structural engineer would already have had already come across such dangers after decades of high rise buildings having been designed. Even in theory! The second is where I look at the progression of the destruction inside the structure competing and even advancing way before falling debris reaches down. The speed of this progression seems to trump any possible imperative resistance. There's no deceleration, it continues at a constant speed. Third is the symmetry of the progressive destruction of one of the Twin Towers implying floors collapsing in one single piece. (skirt impossible - it's like all trusses and slabs behave one rigid plate - no way! - even less considering the asymmetric nature of the impact and presence of a core disturbing any possible unified plate behavior of any floor let stand all the joints that would need to be released instantaneously.) Another important observation is the firefighter still transmitting and being vocal as the building crumbles down. I doubt he reports from the impact level floors but I am certain not any floors above albeit probably from a stairwell inside the core which has no 'floors' to my knowledge. This indicates the structure BELOW him, ergo below the impact zone, is compromised unless the stairwell 'chimney' is 'walking' sideways.

Why does the main stream media act as if nothing has happened? This has all the markings of the Kennedy assassination. The main theme being ..the American people are easily manipulated and will buy any big lie. Sometimes I think another plane was supposed to strike it and failed somehow...or never launched...so it was decided to blow it up after no plane showed up.

I am a former Physical Education teacher, 52 years of age, who has recently moved across to teaching English and Humanities.
I witnessed (on TV) the events of 9/11 while working in Lesotho, southern Africa, and was aghast when the buildings came down. I simply didn't conceive that the aircraft would cause sufficient damage for that to happen. I was also surprised how quickly and how 'straight' the buildings fell at the end. However, it was only several years later, after finding clips on YouTube about the events of that day that I became more inquisitive and realized that the official report on the incident was not reflective of what actually happened. Too many events surrounding that day conveniently contributed to the successful 'attack' on the WTC and the Pentagon.

Self educated via public library and persistent curiosity. The fundamental question is who benefits? Any logic that excludes this fundamental question is suspect. So, who benefited from 9/11? - - - - It took about a week for me to figure out 9/11 was assisted by key people in the US Gov. For the first 15 years after Sept 11, I really paid no attention to any aspect of it. I just didn't care. The only reason I looked into it was my study of the assignation of JFK. I saw in that the template for how power really works. USA Inc. is a war mongering empire. To call it amoral is kind. War is organized mass murder for profit. It's about economic and resource control period. Thinning the heard of the unwashed masses is a bonus for this mindset. Tragic stupidity and arrogance wrapped up in the red,white and blue. Once again: who benefits?
