PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The discovery of intergranular melting has so far not been explained, officially. I have over 25 years of refining and petroleum engineering and project management and construction experience. I graduated with a BSCE degree from Montana State University in 1982. I was also a nuclear reactor operator in the US Navy prior to college. Although my degree is in Civil engineering, my career has centered on multi-discipline engineering design and the project management required for developing surface oil production facilities or refinery modification and expansion projects. I currently work for an engineering consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest. I have completed engineering projects for most of the major oil companies during my career. The destruction of the WTC buildings had to be accomplished by a well-planned, designed and engineered controlled demolition. Richard Gage does an excellent job in identifying key physical evidence to prove controlled demolition was used to destroy all three WTC towers. The evidence he presents can be intuitively grasped by ordinary people and should be even more convincing to engineers experienced with the physics and engineering mechanics.

My reasoning is based on the undeniable appearance of any number of squibs, the vertical collapses, the pulverization of structure and building contents, impossible to achieve via structural failure, the speed of the collapse, the production of and weeks-long persistence of molten steel impossible to produce in an open burn, the inexplicable failure of the core columns and of the welded and bolted two way floor trusses,The failure of the steel frame core trusses. the total failure of fire protection (My partner in MMG was Ret. Navy Commander William Scott, PE, former president of national Asbestos Association, I believe until 1989 or 90) the pyroclastic discharge, the photos of heat-cut stubs of massive columns with molten metal running down them, some steel members perfectly distorted into semi-circles, the multi ton steel beams and column pieces stuck into nearby buildings, performance of the tower in the 1975 fire, the statements of any number of highly credible engineers and physicists, the statements of credible eye witnesses including many public safety personnel, the rush to remove evidence, the lack of any real investigation, the 911 commission report... i believe that any one of these things would indicate a need for unbiased investigation to ascertain the truth of the matter. I don't know the truth of the matter, but I strongly support an in depth investigation. Thank you.

After earning an engineering degree following a curriculum that was primarily a hybrid of mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, I worked awhile for a multi-national heavy industrial construction firm. After that, I moved into the software industry, and have worked as a developer/software engineer ever since.
The piece of evidence that I find most compelling is the sudden initial free-fall descent of building 7. This alone demonstrates conclusively that something other than a fire-induced collapse occurred. Some other inconsistencies I find very telling are the molten metal seen pouring out of the south tower just prior to collapse, the sudden and symmetrical nature of all three collapses, the lack of equal and opposite destruction in the towers, the missing jolt principle, the lack of erect core columns in the debris piles, the lack of any historical precedent, etc.

The NIST Report on the World Trade Center Disaster ignored crucial evidence, used faulty science, and was totally worthless. I am a library assistant at a public library. I am a well educated person who helps others find information and reading material that they are interested in. I am very tech savy, I help others in using technology that they have or that the library provides. I have researched the 9/11 discrepancies in depth.
The NIST insistence that fire caused the destruction and collapse of WTC7 is a lie and the people that keep insisting on this theory should be brought to justice. The building collapsing at free fall speed goes against this theory. There was no huge fire engulfing this building. Even the fires at both World Trade centers weren't enough to bring down those buildings. While I don't hold with the controlled demolition theory, I do believe other scenarios should have been included or considered in their report. This report was not researched with physical evidence but with 'simulations'. This was not a proper way to hold an' investigation. The steel, what little of it was recovered, shows properties not consistent with the fire that took place in that building that day. I am not a conspiracy theorist, the real conspiracy continues to be the government's reaction and explanation for what transpired on 9/11/2001. I am tired of the lie. The truth should be told.

Three damaged buildings cannot fall so neatly. Are all buildings built with explosives pre-set in case they need to be demolished? Very time consuming to place so many explosives. Why has no one come out who had knowledge that the buildings were demolished? Seems it would have taken quite a conspiracy. I've been working for the County of Alameda Public Works Agency for 20 years, the last ten years in the Land Survey Department. I work in the field using GPS equipment, and conventional equipment. For some reason, maybe the Kennedy assassinations, I knew on the 'day of' 9/11 that this was an inside job. I worked for the Port Authority of NY&NJ 1983-1987 at Kennedy International Airport, the Holland Tunnel, P.A. Jersey City Technical Center, Two World Trade Center, as a mechanic in the Automotive Division. My duties were the maintenance and repair of over 2,000 vehicles and special equipment used to operate the above facilities; from an airport emergency firetruck, the Executive Director's car, or a snow blower etc. I then worked in the Purchases and Supply Services division as an Automotive Parts Technician at One World Trade Center, JFK, Newark, and La Guardia airports, Jersey City Tech Center, and Port Elizabeth. My duties were to purchase replacement parts for the aforementioned vehicles and equipment.
Since the Port Authority of NY&NJ built the original complex, they didn't have to comply with City of New York codes. Since Larry Silverstein's building 7 housed the NYC Office of Emergency Management, they made up their own codes. If there were explosives or incendiaries there, they wouldn't have to reveal it. An independent and non-political investigation is in order, to see if the conclusions of the 9/11 Commission Report stand up to any new evidence.
