PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have 25 years public service as a building designer, office building manager, and landscape architect. I also have 17 years in private practice and have designed schools, performing arts theaters, fire stations. city buildings, and custom houses. I have designed major highway landscape restoration and have written guidelines for major architectural treatment of Interstate 90 infrastructure in Washington State. During my education, I took twenty five credit hours of structural engineering. I am a certified HUD/FHA plans examiner, and a certified FEMA post disaster building inspector.
As an architecture student, I was on the 100th floor of the WTC second tower during its construction. I was personally escorted to the top by one of the head engineers for the buildings. I had an opportunity to see the unclad structure as it was being built. There were no curtain or interior walls Given the size and height of these buildings, I find it totally incongruous that three buildings would pancake almost symmetrically. I would think that there would be uneven failure, melting of the structure, more to one side than another in at least one of the structures. The planes crashed into one side of the buildings, and unevenly - not on a level keel. That, to me would indicate more damage on one side of the building and more on one floor than another. All three buildings seemed to collapse inward on themselves with out relative little damage to nearby buildings in all directions. Why didn't at least one tower upper section tilt and fall to the side. And building seven was not square. If it collapsed from fire, why pancake instead of falling to one side or end where the fire was located? The fire was not in the exact middle. This is all too perfect - more reminiscent of a controlled demolition for ALL three structures. There are far too many coincidences to even discuss here.

I was educated at the University of Kentucky's College of Architecture, and received a 5 year BSc degree in 1997. I went through the NCARB's IDP program and had worked in the USA up until 2003. I moved to Costa Rica with my Costa Rican wife in 2003. I graduated from the architecture program at TEC University here in Costa Rica and am now licensed in Costa Rica. I have worked primarily on residential single and multi family projects. I have developed master plans, hotels, condominiums, and high tech facilities. The damage was immense, but not enough to create the conditions necessary to produce what happened. Those were controlled demolitions. I am an American, and I almost feel unpatriotic to say, I feel this was a government job to kick start a financial machine that would benefit a few people at the expense of so many others. But, that's how I feel. It's so obvious in so many ways. You would have to be blind, patriotic to a fault, or invested in the industries that profitied to say this was anything other than an inside job.

I have studied and looked at every aspect of the collapse. It has left more questions than answers. There was to many indications that more happened that day than we were told.
There are to many holes in the scientific break down involving the collapse. There is video from the U.K. that shows a reporter claiming building 7 had collapsed when you can clearly see it in the background and with a time/date stamp from the network. The residue from the explosive called Thermite found in the dust at the Trade Center site should be enough reason to open a new and independent investigation alone. That and the fact that the 9/11 commission was hand picked by the administration. Also I would like to see an inquiry into the strange construction on vacant floors in the Trade Centers prior to 9/11.

The American people have not been provided, by our government, a scientifically sound explanation for how the buildings collapsed allegedly due to fires caused by jet fuel and office contents. Since the buildings were specifically over engineered to withstand multiple airplane impacts, and since jet fuel and office contents do it burn at temperatures high enough to cause steel to melt or soften sufficiently, the official reports are scientifically inaccurate and inadequate. Given the tragic loss of life, changes in public policy regarding civil liberties, real estate and insurance revenues attributable to the incident, and ongoing expensive wars with high collateral damage, the American people and the world deserve a scientific, fact based analysis and explanation. Only when the truth is held as the highest value, can justice begin to be served.

The NIST report on the the World Trade Centers is sorely deficient. The facts as presented by NIST are clearly inaccurate and the resulting conclusions are therefore wrong. While I believe that terrorists had a hand in the destruction, there are clearly other issues that have not been addressed, and frankly, that's shameful. A high school physics student can easily determine that the NIST report was wrong once NIST admitted free-fall acceleration occurred in the collapse. Why can't Congress understand?

9/11 changed my world too. It changed politics and daily life in my home country, the Netherlands. As a result of the attacks, our attitude towards muslims changed completely. A candidate Prime minister with a very anti-islamic agenda, Mr. Pim Fortuyn, immediately took the lead in the polls. One week before the elections, he was assassinated. In the aftermath, another anti-muslim politician suddenly gained almost 20% of the electorate. Because of this, relations with the muslim community have deteriorated enormously, not just in our country, but in Europe as a whole. 9/11 and the resulting 'war on terrorism' has made Europe a much unsafer place. I don't believe the whole truth about the attacks will be revealed in our lifetime, but in the final account Justice will be done!

The collapse of the three WTC buildings could only have occurred by means of controlled demolition. In the entire official 9-11 report there is not a single mention of WTC Building 7, so a complete and new independent investigation is absolutely warranted.

All of the official narrative given relating to the attack on Twin Towers, the Pentagon strike and the hijacking of the airplanes is not the truth. The American people deserve to know why their family members, co-workers and friends as well as the First Responders were murdered by members of the federal government with the participation of Israeli intelligence operatives. To add insult to injury, the owners of the Twin towers as well as politicians profited financially from the slaughter.

I was deeply affected by the events of 9/11 mentally and emotionally speaking. I am still affected by those memories and the whole situation we lived in the city during and after that tragic event. My life changed completely after that. I see the world with more skeptically eyes and my trust of the government to provide us with the truth of what really happened in that tragic day is imperative to me and us as New Yorkers and American people. I truly believe that the official explanation was dead wrong. I and we as nation needs to get to the bottom of this because so many unanswered questions are lingering after the final report given by the US Gov't and National Inst. of Stdt and Tech. We have been left in limbo without a reasonable, real investigation that's properly done. One that goes far deeper, with many experts opinions on the subject, scientific researches and conclusions that validate the matter. I would like to have a kind of report that it looks at all the evidence objectively and properly not without scientific evidence. Yet, I wish they could further the investigation but all out of the hands of US government. I hope is a private entity performing the next investigation, an independent one, as soon it gets approve.
