PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been project designer for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (Skyway, East Tie In, and Oakland Touch Down Detour) and the Benicia Martinez Bridge (CA) as well as numerous other bridges valued at over $200M. I have taught several courses on the seismic design and retrofitting of bridges for FHWA, Caltrans, UC Berkeley, etc., and was recipient of the ATC Award of Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in Seismic Design and Retrofitting of Bridges. - - - - I have conducted forensic engineering studies and served as expert witness for the premature collapse during demolition of the Chile Bar Bridge in California, and participated in the forensic investigation of a steel eye-bar failure on the existing San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.
It is clear from the additional evidence uncovered by A&E for 911truth that the people have not been told the whole truth about the building collapses during the events of 9/11/01. New evidence may point to sinister participation by elements within our own government. Because of the impact of these events on our current political and financial situation and on the future of our republic, it is imperative that the investigation be reopened to either lay these suspicions to rest or to expose any wrong doing. This will be necessary before we can heal as a nation.

And the way that the building fell, with such symmetry and neatness, can only be accomplished by implosion demolition. We have all seen video footage of buildings destroyed in this way, done by experts; this is the same. My field of education was about exactly this type of thing: stress and structural failure. There is no other way that it could occur, and I stake my reputation upon it.

Never thought that the way that the planes hit and went through the buildings could actually happen that way (the Wiley Coyote pattern). As I get older and wiser, I've not got a lot of confidence in what is being revealed to the public as to what is actually happening today with politics, technology, and otherwise. How could these Towers come down so identically at free fall speed? I tried to clap my hands 100 times in 10 seconds to roughly simulate the speed of a 100 story pancake collapse and I couldn't get my hands to move that fast. Just that made me sense that there was much more to this than the official explanation. Also, how does an 8 foot long steel girder fly 100 yards horizontally? Even one girder doing this would have been evidence of powerful horizontal vectors of energy involved, but we saw the building uniformly doing this and more in all directions from the top all the way down to the bottom. Pulverized concrete? How did that happen? The Tower that was struck second (South Tower) came down first. Both had damage that was more on one side than the other, but both came down uniformly. The top part of the North Tower was leaning in such a way at the start of the collapse that would have it tumbling down off of the side of the Tower due to where its center of gravity was. Instead it reverses direction and falls into the Tower's footprint, then disappears into dust. The lobby in the North Tower, between the time the tower was struck and when it collapsed, had its windows blown out and other signatures of an explosion or explosions.

I am not an expert about construction or demolition, but I have never understood why the way the Twin Towers and Building 7 collapsed didn't attract the attention of the media worldwide and, consequently, trigger a new investigation. It is just obvious that these Buildings haven't collapsed 'naturally'. A child could understand this! Fortunately, it seems things are changing now and I do hope that a true scientific investigation will be initiated very soon as the official explanation just doesn't stand. An American seeking the truth. I was very suspicious about 9/11 within 24 hours. The political scenario afterward seemed to give the impression that the collapse and indeed the entire scenario was at the least being politically manipulated. For me as the images emerged it became quite obvious the buildings had been ' assisted ' in their collapse. Because the scenario is so terrible to contemplate, many people will not accept the truth, but the more information that is passed on and the campaign continued, the truth must be accepted and those in power brought to justice. The political ramifications are emense, but i believe that in the end this will be good for the entire worlds peoples. When all learn that certain politicians and their backers can not be trusted, then perh`perhaps we shall not accept anyone in political life who is not at the very least, sane.

Within two days after the 9/11 event I took a critical look at the strange and almost perfect way three steel framed buildings came straight down. The official story said fire caused the buildings to collapse and I had never seen a random burning fire burn so evenly that huge buildings would go down the way Las Vegas Casinos do, through controlled demolition. I could also not understand how fighter jets were not on top of this situation as they are always on 24 hour standby. I just could not believe that a guy in a cave, with a walkie talkie and lap top, 7000 miles away could have made such fools of the most sophisticated air defense in the world. Then, there was the nice neat hole in the Pentagon with no wing marks on either side. Something was not right then and remains more so with new revelations. When professionals like Architects, Engineers, Firefighters, Military and Scholars begin to question the official story, I want to know why they would put their reputations on the line to critically question that official story.

The events of 9/11/2001 were either instigated or facilitated by persons and/or organizations other than those depicted responsible in the official account. Building 7 is indisputably a controlled demolition and therefore planned in advance of 9/11 2001. These facts and other discrepancies pose multiple questions that remain unanswered in official responses to date.

I have been a researcher of Middle-Eastern Foreign Relations and prior international political struggles, throughout my early college years, but found myself studying Conflict Journalism @ Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges. I, later, continued with my education in Political & Social Studies, which made my interests in the events of 09/11/2001 (NYC) @ the World Trade Center grow stronger each day. My current position is the Chief Executive of an Independent Production Company; however, in my off-time, I have researched the events of 9/11 to very utmost. Learning about the incredible amount of inconsistencies between the media portrayal versus the government's presentation of the unfortunate events are suprisingly obvious are curious. I feel as thought the victims lost, their families, their friends, and the rest of the American people need adequate resolve and action, so that true justice is percipitated upon the parties whom are truly responsible for the attacks within our homeland. The only way for us, as American citizens, is to take the rhetoric and dismissive jargon out of political pundit's mouths and take back the national voice for the people who inhabit this beautiful country. Real justice is the facilitation of truth to be open freely to all of those determined enough to seek it, so that this combined voice echoes and rings out to the masses of naive persons living the amongst the rest of us. We have the numbers, the presence and the knowledge we need to pressure the government, media, and public to find the humility to reestablish a new and relevant Independent Investigation into the events of 9/11 and the horror that will forever change our perceptions on the reality of what we were served by the Oval Office (under the Bush Administration), leading to later questioning of all current/future force-fed misinformation. I have watched several videos representing alternative views to what happened on 9/11, including one that went through the mechanics and physics of what occurred and why it could not possibly be other than an inside job.
