PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

WTC 7 collapse cannot be related to WTC 1 and 2 collapses... there is absolutely no way any physics can support that. WTC 7 followed the book on structural demolition.

Research then revealed Alliance was one of the firms involved in the transactions of airline and other stocks effected by the attacks. I am most interested in what I call the psychology of non-perception. That is, a study of how and why people resist or deny the seeing the obvious, that this was a false flag operation, like so many others, to initiate a war under false pretenses.

I have a Diploma in Building Control/Building Surveying and I am a retired Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. I was employed within local authority building control and had responsibility for ensuring that building work within an area of central London complied with UK building regulations. I have experience with nearly all types of property and their uses and this includes iconic high rise office buildings. My duties included checking plans submitted for building regulation approval and for inspecting the progress and quality of work on site. I have expertise in fire safety and had responsibility for the inspection and fire certification of buildings, the assessment of innovative structural fire engineered designs and the evaluation of prescriptive and non-prescriptive solutions for means of escape in case of fire.
It is beyond credibility for the twin towers WTC1 and WTC2 and for building WTC7 to have all collapsed in such an unpredictable and totally unprecedented manner. All three had failure characteristics which defy logical explanation unless controlled demolition is considered. The observed fire and impact loads have all been shown by independent professional investigation to be well within the design parameters of each building and that total collapse should not have occurred in any one of them never mind all three. It is time for politicians and the media to carry out their public duty and call for a new and impartial public investigation where all the evidence both for and against the official position can be seen and heard.

These defficiencies may not have contributed the collapse but might have saved many lives had they been installed. There are many unanswered questions that need to be researched and reported. For the last 15 years, I believed much of the US government's account of the events of 9/11. However, after actually taking the time to do my own research I became aware of a number of troubling facts surrounding that day and the days leading up to 9/11. However, what really began to raise doubts in my mind was the way in which the towers fell. Although, I had seen the footage many times before, I decided to take a second look at the collapse of WTC-1, WTC-2 and WTC-7 not from the emotional or human perspective but through the eyes of an engineer/physicist. What I had failed to notice, even as an observer trained to examine events based on the laws of physics, was that all three buildings fell at near free-fall speeds with little to no apparent resistance from the floors below. This is physically impossible without the use of some form of controlled demolition charges. This realization shook me to the core and forced me to reaccess my world view and the version of history I had been given. I add my voice today to the many other scientist and engineers who are demanding the truth in hopes that if enough of us voice our concerns based on factual evidence and professional observation that the whole truth might be disclosed.

How could these Towers come down so identically at free fall speed? I tried to clap my hands 100 times in 10 seconds to roughly simulate the speed of a 100 story pancake collapse and I couldn't get my hands to move that fast. Just that made me sense that there was much more to this than the official explanation. Also, how does an 8 foot long steel girder fly 100 yards horizontally? Even one girder doing this would have been evidence of powerful horizontal vectors of energy involved, but we saw the building uniformly doing this and more in all directions from the top all the way down to the bottom. Pulverized concrete? How did that happen? The Tower that was struck second (South Tower) came down first. Both had damage that was more on one side than the other, but both came down uniformly. The top part of the North Tower was leaning in such a way at the start of the collapse that would have it tumbling down off of the side of the Tower due to where its center of gravity was. Instead it reverses direction and falls into the Tower's footprint, then disappears into dust. The lobby in the North Tower, between the time the tower was struck and when it collapsed, had its windows blown out and other signatures of an explosion or explosions.

I am not an expert about construction or demolition, but I have never understood why the way the Twin Towers and Building 7 collapsed didn't attract the attention of the media worldwide and, consequently, trigger a new investigation. It is just obvious that these Buildings haven't collapsed 'naturally'. A child could understand this! Fortunately, it seems things are changing now and I do hope that a true scientific investigation will be initiated very soon as the official explanation just doesn't stand. Truth should always prevail, especially about events which have been used to justify disastrous wars responsible for the violent deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, including children... An American seeking the truth. WHY did these buildings collapse? Who benefited? Who was really behind this destruction? I was very suspicious about 9/11 within 24 hours. The political scenario afterward seemed to give the impression that the collapse and indeed the entire scenario was at the least being politically manipulated. For me as the images emerged it became quite obvious the buildings had been ' assisted ' in their collapse. Because the scenario is so terrible to contemplate, many people will not accept the truth, but the more information that is passed on and the campaign continued, the truth must be accepted and those in power brought to justice. The political ramifications are emense, but i believe that in the end this will be good for the entire worlds peoples. When all learn that certain politicians and their backers can not be trusted, then perh`perhaps we shall not accept anyone in political life who is not at the very least, sane.

Within two days after the 9/11 event I took a critical look at the strange and almost perfect way three steel framed buildings came straight down. The official story said fire caused the buildings to collapse and I had never seen a random burning fire burn so evenly that huge buildings would go down the way Las Vegas Casinos do, through controlled demolition. I could also not understand how fighter jets were not on top of this situation as they are always on 24 hour standby. I just could not believe that a guy in a cave, with a walkie talkie and lap top, 7000 miles away could have made such fools of the most sophisticated air defense in the world. Then, there was the nice neat hole in the Pentagon with no wing marks on either side. Something was not right then and remains more so with new revelations. When professionals like Architects, Engineers, Firefighters, Military and Scholars begin to question the official story, I want to know why they would put their reputations on the line to critically question that official story.

The attacks of 9/11/01 were used to justify two wars, in Afghanistan and Iraq, which have claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, and are estimated to cost the US $3-5 TRILLION directly and indirectly over the long run. Having some metalurgical knowledge, the fire that was burning doesn't make any sense as to why these buildings collapsed. The fact that the concrete didn't pancake but went to dust is proof in itself that it was blown up.

I have been a researcher of Middle-Eastern Foreign Relations and prior international political struggles, throughout my early college years, but found myself studying Conflict Journalism @ Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges. I, later, continued with my education in Political & Social Studies, which made my interests in the events of 09/11/2001 (NYC) @ the World Trade Center grow stronger each day. My current position is the Chief Executive of an Independent Production Company; however, in my off-time, I have researched the events of 9/11 to very utmost. Learning about the incredible amount of inconsistencies between the media portrayal versus the government's presentation of the unfortunate events are suprisingly obvious are curious. I feel as thought the victims lost, their families, their friends, and the rest of the American people need adequate resolve and action, so that true justice is percipitated upon the parties whom are truly responsible for the attacks within our homeland. The only way for us, as American citizens, is to take the rhetoric and dismissive jargon out of political pundit's mouths and take back the national voice for the people who inhabit this beautiful country. Real justice is the facilitation of truth to be open freely to all of those determined enough to seek it, so that this combined voice echoes and rings out to the masses of naive persons living the amongst the rest of us.
