PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I found the squib charges in WTC 7 to be irrefuatble evidence of controlled demolition. The implications, while disturbing, reveal more than ever a country without the ideals of Thomas Jefferson, and Benjaimin Franklin. I do think that an un-biased and thorough investigation of the collapse needs to be performed and taking into account all the evidence that has come to light by all of the various sources. While I would like my name to remain on your petition, I recommend for your own credibility and that of all of our names that less convincing and ambiguous aspects be eliminated from your arguments along with discussions of motive. I think consideration needs to be given to many possibilities as non-controlled collapses are nearly completely outside of human experience; whether architect, engineer, or even building demolition expert, none of us have an expectation of how forces at this scale and in these condition should behave. After spending a fair amount of web time investigating myself, I have seen a lot of real amateurish conspiracy mongers that are giving your cause a really bad name. While I believe your spokesman is the most credible I have seen, by keeping your arguments scientific and non-emotional you elevate your own position and improve chances for the end goal, a complete investigation into the collapses.

As a 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, specifically Sr./General Manager for office high-rise buildings, I have always been passionate about the properties that I represent and as such, I work closely on a day to day basis with all those who make it possible to [collectively] run a tight ship. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work in the trenches with my team, rather than hide in the office behind reports computer. To be able to actively & extensively work within the various fields that are inherent to the development and operation of office buildings (i.e. engineering, general construction, development /re-development, architecture, fire-life-safety, security, local city & state agencies fire, and police agencies -- just to name a few), is to understand the entire operation on both a micro and a macro level. Much like horse & rider, an intimate relationship emerges between Manager & Building.
On September 10th, 2001, I resigned from my position with a prominent Real Estate firm in the Los Angeles area. The next morning I was devastated to see the events unfolding in New York. It took two months for me to secure a new position in management. The industry was at a standstill; fear had taken over and hesitation plagued building owners. I returned to work and there began my discussions with my fellow colleagues in the industry. As time went on, my questions began to increase -- maybe it was intuition at that point, but something inside said this didn't make sense. My driving concern was two fold: 1) our country appeared to be under attack; 2) the method of attack involved office buildings. I have always personified office buildings -- the people give it life (the tenants, the building staff, the visitors, etc.). It has always been my work ethic to [before all else] ensure a safe environment for everyone's sake. The building becomes your home, and the people in it become your family. The staff become sisters, brothers, children, aunts, uncles. You work hard, together, and support each other. When I heard how many people lost their lives that day including a large number of building personnel (i.e. janitorial), I became overwhelmed and nearly obsessed with NEEDING TO UNDERSTAND... I asked myself and my colleagues how such an event could have happened, and why the absence of procedural emergency evacuation. I have evacuated my buildings on minor level threats -- maybe that was excessive on my part but my ethic has always been safety first. I assure you that, if at any time in my career there happened to be an airplane occupying any part of a building i was responsible for, evacuation would be the first order. I do not care if it's inconvenient for tenants - my attitude: board meetings can wait -- SAFETY FIRST. The more me and my colleagues (which consisted of other managers, VPs, Chief engineers, project managers, security personnel, developers, architects, GCs, demo-crews, FLS installers, members of LAPD & LAFD, and the list goes on.....) reviewed the plethora of footage of the actual collapse the more we concluded something was wrong with the picture. That was when my I became 100% obsessed with my research. I focused on the structural design aspect of the towers, and that led me to believe that complete pancaking was likely a direct result of controlled demolition, not jet fuel. I have raised the question of the [reportedly] unusual building operations in the weeks leading up to 9/11 - for example the timing of Reg. 4 emergency evacuation drill, incomplete contractor /vendor signature logs during the elevator mod project -- a front project to allow hoist-way access to controlled demolition crew(s). Truth and Understanding, I hope, will come to us by legal process. Thank you for this.

On 9/11 I was driving back to Maryland from Florida where I had received a national design award for a project I had designed and built.

These events geographically 'book ended' our home and shocked us all. We also lost a member of my mother's family (the McBrayer Scots clan, who came to America in the 1740's) at WTC 2. His name is Ken McBrayer. He worked for Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He was on the 104th Floor that morning. We are all 6 degrees of separation at most, of course, including the other million and counting who have been lost in the senseless, criminal wars and other illegal operations our country has launched based on a dark and terrible lie. There is more than enough evidence regarding the building collapses to require a real world, independent, and 'under oath' investigation into them. There are so many troubling questions that all of us, including the casualties, are owed answers to. We must demand this as citizens. Our nation, our constitution, and the world will never return to even a semblance of normalcy until the events of 9/11 are subjected to a genuine investigation. It is not yet too late. Justice is not just needed, it is absolutely required. Like so many others, I am shamefully late in coming to this. I always questioned the 911 Commission Report but was not totally aware of all the others out there working selflessly for an investigation. Being of an age to remember JFK, the Gulf of Tonkin, MLK, RFK, Wellstone and so many others almost leaves one too cynical and shell shocked to keep paying attention. My children, the arc of justice can be slow. Metanoia is painful. However, this must be done.

How could these Towers come down so identically at free fall speed? I tried to clap my hands 100 times in 10 seconds to roughly simulate the speed of a 100 story pancake collapse and I couldn't get my hands to move that fast. Just that made me sense that there was much more to this than the official explanation. Also, how does an 8 foot long steel girder fly 100 yards horizontally? Even one girder doing this would have been evidence of powerful horizontal vectors of energy involved, but we saw the building uniformly doing this and more in all directions from the top all the way down to the bottom. Pulverized concrete? How did that happen? The Tower that was struck second (South Tower) came down first. Both had damage that was more on one side than the other, but both came down uniformly. The top part of the North Tower was leaning in such a way at the start of the collapse that would have it tumbling down off of the side of the Tower due to where its center of gravity was. Instead it reverses direction and falls into the Tower's footprint, then disappears into dust. The lobby in the North Tower, between the time the tower was struck and when it collapsed, had its windows blown out and other signatures of an explosion or explosions.

I am not an expert about construction or demolition, but I have never understood why the way the Twin Towers and Building 7 collapsed didn't attract the attention of the media worldwide and, consequently, trigger a new investigation. It is just obvious that these Buildings haven't collapsed 'naturally'. A child could understand this! Fortunately, it seems things are changing now and I do hope that a true scientific investigation will be initiated very soon as the official explanation just doesn't stand. Truth should always prevail, especially about events which have been used to justify disastrous wars responsible for the violent deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, including children... An American seeking the truth. I am a childrens book author who strives to educate children about how to get along, how to maneuver through Life with what God has given you, how to deal with both good and evil. I was very suspicious about 9/11 within 24 hours. The political scenario afterward seemed to give the impression that the collapse and indeed the entire scenario was at the least being politically manipulated. For me as the images emerged it became quite obvious the buildings had been ' assisted ' in their collapse. Because the scenario is so terrible to contemplate, many people will not accept the truth, but the more information that is passed on and the campaign continued, the truth must be accepted and those in power brought to justice. The political ramifications are emense, but i believe that in the end this will be good for the entire worlds peoples. When all learn that certain politicians and their backers can not be trusted, then perh`perhaps we shall not accept anyone in political life who is not at the very least, sane.

Within two days after the 9/11 event I took a critical look at the strange and almost perfect way three steel framed buildings came straight down. The official story said fire caused the buildings to collapse and I had never seen a random burning fire burn so evenly that huge buildings would go down the way Las Vegas Casinos do, through controlled demolition. I could also not understand how fighter jets were not on top of this situation as they are always on 24 hour standby. I just could not believe that a guy in a cave, with a walkie talkie and lap top, 7000 miles away could have made such fools of the most sophisticated air defense in the world. Then, there was the nice neat hole in the Pentagon with no wing marks on either side. Something was not right then and remains more so with new revelations. When professionals like Architects, Engineers, Firefighters, Military and Scholars begin to question the official story, I want to know why they would put their reputations on the line to critically question that official story.

I am an independent writer and researcher. I have written and posted several articles and just finished a 500 page book called The New Holy Trinity - Religion, Government and the Corporation. During the destruction of the WTC, and especially Building 7, the mainstream media programmed the public by including explanations and comments in order to convince us that apples are really oranges. It has taken me several years of research to embrace a new reality that in point of fact if it looks like a duck it probably is.

Not being an architect or engineer, I always found the collapse of the buildings remarkable and hard to understand. I have always wondered why architects and engineers didn't seem concerned about the knowledge that modern buildings can completely collapse due to fire on some floors, as we learned through the official reports. Why are buildings still built the same way, after 9/11/2001?

Having some metalurgical knowledge, the fire that was burning doesn't make any sense as to why these buildings collapsed. The fact that the concrete didn't pancake but went to dust is proof in itself that it was blown up.

Building 7 is indisputably a controlled demolition and therefore planned in advance of 9/11 2001. These facts and other discrepancies pose multiple questions that remain unanswered in official responses to date.

All three buildings collapsed in the way cities bring down buildings, that need to be replaced. Also, how could the planes have entered the buildings so cleanly? ( The wings didn't seem to be bent backward.)

I have been a researcher of Middle-Eastern Foreign Relations and prior international political struggles, throughout my early college years, but found myself studying Conflict Journalism @ Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges. I, later, continued with my education in Political & Social Studies, which made my interests in the events of 09/11/2001 (NYC) @ the World Trade Center grow stronger each day. My current position is the Chief Executive of an Independent Production Company; however, in my off-time, I have researched the events of 9/11 to very utmost. Learning about the incredible amount of inconsistencies between the media portrayal versus the government's presentation of the unfortunate events are suprisingly obvious are curious. I feel as thought the victims lost, their families, their friends, and the rest of the American people need adequate resolve and action, so that true justice is percipitated upon the parties whom are truly responsible for the attacks within our homeland. The only way for us, as American citizens, is to take the rhetoric and dismissive jargon out of political pundit's mouths and take back the national voice for the people who inhabit this beautiful country. Real justice is the facilitation of truth to be open freely to all of those determined enough to seek it, so that this combined voice echoes and rings out to the masses of naive persons living the amongst the rest of us. We have the numbers, the presence and the knowledge we need to pressure the government, media, and public to find the humility to reestablish a new and relevant Independent Investigation into the events of 9/11 and the horror that will forever change our perceptions on the reality of what we were served by the Oval Office (under the Bush Administration), leading to later questioning of all current/future force-fed misinformation. Pieces of the puzzle are missing. The timeline doesn't add up, the evidence is lacking. 9/11 is more than the media has portrayed. The WTC buildings fell too neatly, and too alike. Destruction is chaotic, not like an organized demolition.
