PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There is much to discuss about the events of 9/11, beginning with why it happened and who might be behind it. It was a major distraction from some events and announcements that were to take place that day; they would have revealed some truths about our world and some of the lies we have been told, among other things. We could also discuss building designs and how to withstand emergencies, evacuations, etc. The events shaped mainstream people's beliefs and prejudices; they induced tremendous fear in people and divisions between them.

I graduated in 2001 from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. During my undergrad education I also interned at a civil engineering firm called V-structural. The company was responsible for making concrete Post Tension (PT) parking garages, bridges and various other large load bearing structures. I graduated from Air Force pilot training in September 2003 and became a KC-135 pilot. I served in the Air Force for 16 years deploying 17 times over the course of my career racking up 3,000+ combat hours in OEF, OIF and OND. While I was in the military I obtained a Masters in Aeronautical Science with an emphasis on Airport Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Worldwide University. I've completed multiple professional military leadership courses to include compartmentalized classified programs and nuclear OPLAN certifications. Additionally, I served under the highest levels of leadership at Air Mobility Command (AMC) Headquarters in the A3 Operations Division and United States Transportation (USTRANSCOM). I hold FAA licenses of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) and am a Certified Flight Instrument Instructor (CFI/CFII). I am currently employed as a First Officer at a legacy airline with a qualification on a Boeing 737-700/800/900.
The publicly accepted narrative is a complete farce. The idea that an airplane with a finite amount of jet fuel heated tempered structural steel resulting in the free fall collapse of two towers is intellectually insulting and appalling. The fact that many people are unaware that the third financial building, WTC-7, collapsed under the same free fall acceleration (because of debris?!?!) with a BBC reporter commenting on its demise having the building in full view behind her is proof our government has been lying to us about the attack all along. There are too many questions unanswered to unequivocally prove that the attacks on 9/11 were committed by flunky pilot 'terrorists' with virtually no flying experience navigating a precise path at a high velocity into three buildings. A virtually IMPOSSIBLE flight path for a large aircraft to make such an approach into the Pentagon also disproves this garbage of a narrative.

Mr. Simmons studied at Brigham Young University, graduating with degrees in Russian and Civil & Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in structures. He had the unique privilege of being one of Dr. Steven Jones' physics students prior to 9/11, learning from him the principles of conservation of energy and momentum. Following his formal training, he returned to his native Santa Rosa, California and has worked for the past three years in the engineering profession, analyzing and designing water-based infrastructure and residential structures.
My initial exposure to the case for controlled demolition was as a result of a coworker, Ron Brookman, giving me a copy of one of Dr. Jones' papers. Knowing that I had attended BYU, Ron asked me if I had heard of him. I informed him that I had a physics class from him and vouched for his integrity as a scholar and person. Then I read the article. I was not taken easily by the hypotheses at first, and have to admit that, while the science was well-founded, my conscience did not want to let me accept this alternative theory and its startling consequences. I found myself challenging the points made, especially the symmetrical fall theory, and tried mentally to reason my way out of what I was slowly becoming convinced of. In the end, the science -- primarily, the near-freefall speed at which the buildings came down and the evidence of incendiaries in the rubble -- the testimonies, the pictures and video footage, and the structural drawings, which show a central core around which, even if the floors did progressively collapse due to weakening of the steel by heat, would have been left intact -- all these things convinced me that we did not have the full story as provided by NIST, FEMA, ASCE, and the WTC buildings' own structural engineer, Leslie Robertson. Getting to the bottom of what happened on 9/11 requires another serious look at the evidence, much of which has already been destroyed. Our representatives in Congress need to stand up and speak for us, not bow to the powers that, while they do much good, also have a tendency to threaten, incite fear in, and weaken us. I saw a bumper sticker that reads We must speak up, even if our voices shake. Such is the case here. Money, perceived civil order, and temporary stability are not worth rejecting truth - ever. In the end, the hard truth must be accepted, whatever it may be. We must suffer the consequences of our shameful mistakes and then start to heal the wounds. I am concerned with my profession's involvement in this apparent cover up and the media's refusal to address important questions for the reasons stated above. Nothing will happen and this will all evolve into another conspiracy theory, if it has not already, if we don't speak up resolutely now. Finally, I feel deeply for those whose loved ones were lost on 9/11 and indirectly through our questionable involvement in international affairs. I realize that my support of additional inquiries into what happened may seem like stirring the pot for people who simply want closure and to move on. I love my country and the unprecedented freedoms it provides. In order to preserve these freedoms, however, I feel that we must pursue the truth and responsibly deal with it, not close our eyes to it because of how painful it is.

The evidence of the vertical cuts on the remaing standing columns is very powerful and conclusive. I have researched jet that crashed at Skranston,PA. and find there are many inconsistencies with the crash scene as compaared to other similar jet crash scenes, the lack of black box data only being one of many. I have also researched the crash data at the pentagon site and found there many holes in the official explanation of this crash as well. There are far too many unanswered questions and omission of facts in the official reports for them to have any credibility.

On a trip to New York in May of 2002 I visited the nearly cleaned up location of what was the WTC. I stood outside of St. Paul's Church next to the ruined complex to view the hole in the ground where buildings 1 & 2 had been. I asked the guide if St Paul's Church had suffered any damage since it was so incredibly close to the actual site where the Twin Towers stood. He said that falling debris had caused some minor damage but miraculously the church survived it all; including all of the 200 plus year old headstones from the graveyard that surrounds the church. I was then, and am still today, puzzled by that fact. How does a 235 year old church that is butt up next to the WTC Complex survive without any real blemish and yet a building that was built in the 1980s and one must assume is far stronger collapse (Building 7) after only a few hours? It just didn't make any sense to me and with good reason.

The is NO doubt that military grade nano-thermite was used in the controlled demolition of all three towers, Buildings 1, 2 and 7. Building 7 was announced on-air to have fallen BEFORE it collapsed and could be seen standing in the background behind the reporter who was telling us it had collapsed. There can be no justice UNTIL those truly responsible are brought to court and tried for their treason.

I was a TV promo producer in July of 2001 for Newsworld International and had written a script for a 30 second spot for the cable channel. The script centered the current trial of the 1993 attack at the WTC with the Line 'they tried once, will they try again...' Images included aerial views of the Towers inter-cut with shots of the Taliban, Osama Bin Laden and USS Cole. The client rejected the script saying no one cares about this. I started a new job in September and when the attack happened I could not help but think about that script which was eerily accurate, maybe too accurate for comfort. It's a good thing for me that the spot never made it to air.
It's time to have an adult conversation about the events of 9/11. The real question is why did the insurance and re-insurance companies roll over???

Jet fuel couldn't pulverize a building the way NIST/Gov/Media claims. And Building 7 wasn't even hit by a plane, and it still collapsed in the same fashion as Towers 1 & 2 did. BBC claimed Building 7 fell minutes before it collapsed, and Larry Silverstein also admitted that they 'pulled it'. The firefighters and police officers near the building also seemed to know that Building 7 was going to fall minutes before it did. And Barry Jennings, who was trapped in building 7, said that he heard explosions. After Barry Jennings came forward with his testimony, he was admitted into the hospital and died shortly after. The detective hired to look into Mr Jennings death, gave back his payment and said that it was a matter for the police to handle, and that he was off the case.

I have been engaged in journalism and technical writing since 1975. Among the key technical documents I have developed are the feasibility study report for the California carbon emissions cap & trade system and hundreds of technical proposals for large scale engineering and construction projects, as well as major IT installations.
I don't believe the WTC Towers were turned to dust by the impact and subsequent fires caused by the airplanes that struck them. Building Number Seven seems obviously to have been destroyed not by terrorists, but by design.

It didn't look right when it happened. I observed it on TV. We had a neighbor (Jeanette) who moved from here to California, now deceased from a brain tumor, who had lived right across the street from 9/11 when it happened and she collected thermite in her NYC apartment and turned it in for analysis. From 1986-1996 I was very involved in promoting and facilitating communication, cooperation and coordination amongst progressive activist organizations via computer networking and alternative publications. The odds against those 3 skyscrapers falling as they did - without planned demolition being part of the process - seems too unlikely to be believed. The implications of the magnitude of corruption for there to have been planned demolition involved are so great that most people simply assume it wasn't, or think it couldn't have been if someone raises that possibility in their minds. The blind faith that a majority of Americans have that that even the worst of their leadership would not stoop so low is probably the greatest obstacle for the truth to come to light.

I am a currently a full time student pursuing my BA in Psychology at SFSU. From 2007 - 2010 I studied Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. There I was first exposed to AE. A speaker from AE visited my 'Dynamics' lecture and told us about their cause.
I was only 13 years old on Sept. 11, 2001. As a child I did not know what to think of this tragedy, but I listened to my elders try and explain the situation to me. Things just did not add up. I had questions that no one could/would answer for me. My friends and I turned to the internet to find more relevant information. It was then that I heard about Building 7. The destruction of that building could not be explained, and the video of the destruction that took place gave me more questions than answers.

At the time I was staff producer at a TV station in Boulder, Coolrado. I knew when I watched the event that there was no way in which those buildings could have collapsed in a free fall from a jet crash. It wasn't until later that I realized I was not the only one who recognized this as well. The government needs to quit insulting people by stating otherwise!

Building 7 holds the key. Why aren't truthers discussing the Larry Silverstein video more in which he admitted that he had the NYPD 'pull it?' Obviously, he was lying, as it is impossible to wire an entire building within the time-frame that available that day.

It's very obvious due to the hundreds of unanswered questions, contradictions, and 'changed stories' from eye witnesses and news crews that it was an inside job. The insurance scam is probably the biggest indicator (follow the money).

I have only attended one year of college at Lane Community College in Eugene. During that year, I took a physics class. While that obviously doesn't make me a physic professor, it certainly provided for the basic fundamentals to understand that the official story about what occurred on 9/11 does not add up.

The images still haunt me as my friend's Vietnam images haunt him nightly. The days leading up to 9/11 gave us all signals something was going to happen, and those 'connected' knew. We need to get to the bottom of this 'Warren Commission' type cover up, not to uncover government conspiracy, but to allow all the innocents' souls' to rest... the families... and people like me to also rest, peacefully. The images of people choosing to jump out of windows especially haunts me, personally. To be at work, then be immediately forced to make that incredible decision is what I, again personally, cannot accept. How another human being could do that to another...
