PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've studied modern architecture and skyscraper design and passed several structural engineering courses in college; the official 9/11 story seems unlikely. I've also studied studied politics and history, and as a member of the US military I have serious reservations regarding the official reported causes of 9/11. Even if the attacks were totally unexpected, and there was no civil defense plan for such events (like NY airbases or ground-to-air missiles), and there were no CIA or other black operations involved, we should still ask some questions: How did the towers collapse straight down as though planned to minimize damage to surrounding buildings? Why was the debris removed so expediently? Was it embarrassment? Quick cleanup to save our suffering the images of burning towers? Was it too expensive to renovate the buildings later? To avoid controversy and investigation they were removed from view asap, but by whom? FEMA? The building owners? There are many unanswered questions, from the Bush - bin Laden connection, to the FEMA - tower connection. Even if one structure failed from the attacks, the chances that all three buildings would pancake seems like nonsense. Perhaps one could pancake for multiple stories, but at a point the consistent fall would become lopsided due to the probability of resistance from numerous structural members, and develop a natural tilt. This tilt would produce torque, or rotational movement about points, and the laws of physics would tend to bring the forces down in faster ways to the sides, rather than through the entire strength of the remaining body of the building firmly rooted by numerous supports, including a central concrete elevator and stair core, and on a solid foundation.

Because the oil industry had gone 'bust' in 1983 (approximately), I started working on a second BS in Mechanical Engineering, but due to financial difficulties decided in 1987 to seek permanent employment instead.I worked 11 years as a Hydrologist for DOI agencies from 1988 to 1999. It was clear to me when the first tower fell into its footprint that something very wrong was happening on 9/11. As I've continued to educate myself on the 9/11 facts I became overwhelmingly convinced that a criminal conspiracy was responsible for that terrorist false flag act. I could not stand-by and not participate in the solution during my country's time of need so I joined 'Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth' in July 13, 2015.

I know what I witnessed. I was on a Circle Line cruise boat evacuating from mid town to Weehawken. I had walked from Rock Plaza. A colleague who was working for the Port Authority of NY/NJ at the Trade Center in 93 at the first bombing told us all to evacuate and not to wait for instructions.The boat was right in front of the towers and had we been able to take suitable pictures with our phones we would have. We were all staring intently at the buildings in a perfectly clear, humid-free day watching the billowing smoke from the top quarter. I saw a series of lights ignite from the base going up as the tower was detonated, sliding into itself. Bombs, was my reaction, and the reaction of others around me. More shock as we watched the whole tower fall.

When it comes to the 9/11 Commission Report. There are too many unanswered questions about the tragic events that took place that horrific day. I have personally reviewed & edited footage to take a closer look for myself about some of the events that took place & I am shocked at what we we're told. I am in no way an Architect or Engineer. But if I was to take one event from that day, no one can tell me that WTC Building 7 just collapsed from office fires. I am not one to give absolutes. But if there is one thing I am sure of... #7 collapsing the way it did without the use of explosives... Absolutely impossible. I want answers & I think the American public should know the truth. For the ones that lost their lives that day, we should all be fighting for the truth, so that the ones responsible will be brought to justice.

The way the buildings came down looked like controlled demolition, there's no other logic to buildings coming down on free fall speed. Not to mention WTC7 which wasn't hit by any planes - why would it come down like that. You need enormous heat to melt steel, what force threw the steel parts into the other buildings. I used to shallowly 'debunk' 9-11 'truthers' & did not pay any attention to the subject for the last 8 years. Then, as can happen with YouTube's recommendation system, I have been sucked into obsessively watching videos on 9-11; and it all started with a video on wtc 7. I remembered the building coming down from when we were glued to the tv all day in high school in '01. I could remember much of the dialougue that talked about the building being unstable and it needing to be brought down, but never thought of the implications of what that meant until the architects and engineers explained the gravity (pun intended) of a building like wtc 7 collapsing at free fall due to office fires like the official story states. Needless to say, after much research I find so many anomalies at every point of the official story that it demands the full investigative force of every government and private agency in my opinion. I find it odd that the seemingly natural human response is to feel like it's too big a conspiracy or why does it matter now, but I cannot fathom the amount of loss both on 9-11 & after with the various wars in response how we as a nation can so easily ignore the obvious red flags in one of the greatest tragedies in the modern era! This must get investigated! It absolutely must.

I'm a person with eyes and a working brain. Like most I bought what I was sold after such a shocking event, but once I was compelled to investigate, I found that much of what the 'conspiracy theorists' were saying was based on physics and basic science. Sure, there are plenty of crazy theories out there but the facts remain - those buildings were brought down by explosives, we were lied to, and we want answers now.
How they were able to get away with this is beyond me. Everyone that witnessed the events knew exactly what they were seeing, and the evidence - despite the government's lame but best attempts to cover things up - shows this unequivocally.
