PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

If the official explanation is true, it follows that all the events that took place in 9/11 defy engineering and physics principles, but most importantly, they defy logic. By having the most basic experience with mechanical phenomena you can clearly see that the top of the South Tower should have continued falling off to the side of the building when it tilted immediately after the collapse started. The only reasonable explanation is that it encountered no resistance as it fell or that it was pulverized in mid air.

I know a lot about concrete and steel with respect to building failure, and though I have read the arguments for natural collapse and wanted to believe them, my own sense of logic denied me. I read up on the design of Minoru Yamasaki's building (I had once visited his office in Michigan) and I cannot understand how even the heat of jet fuel would have caused the floors to slide the way they did, or so perfectly vertically. Also, I have seen a lot of buildings demolished in Detroit, enough to raise suspicion.

I received a BS in Civil Engineering from a four year accredited university in 1986. I became a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California in 1991. I have worked in several fields of civil engineering including structural design.
The Official story does not appear to be supported by the evidence. It would appear much more likely that demolition brought down the twin towers and building 7 than the burning jet fuel. The fact that the floors and columns came down so fast and in the same footprint along with the chemical analysis of the molten metal indicate the buildings were very likely brought down by controlled demolition. A through investigation by independent engineers, architects, and explosives experts is necessary for the truth to be known about what actually happened on 9/11/2001.

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Psychology. I completed a Senior Capstone paper titled 'Why do People Persevere in Beliefs in the Face of Disconfirming Evidence?' I was specifically interested in people's beliefs about what happened on 9/11, and why so many people continue to believe in a story that cannot be scientifically possible. I can send you my final report if needed. I initially faced resistance from my professor when I mentioned doing my paper on 9/11 so I had to write it in a way that focused on the psychological side of people who continue to believe the official story. On a personal level, I have been pushing for the truth to be revealed to the public for many years. I have been following AE911 for quite a long time, and am looking forward to the day when a new official investigation into the events takes place. Even though I am not an expert in the science of engineering or architecture, it is obvious to me, even as a layperson, that the collapse of building 7 could not have been due only to office fires. As Americans, we are on a dangerous slope if the government tells us this was the cause and we choose to believe it without question. The people of this country are this country, not the government officials. It is time for the public to be able to know what really happened on that fateful day.

Like most, I did not believe these theories at first. We all seem to have the official story pretty comfortably installed, and its hard to swallow anything contrary to this story. However, evidence-presenting documentaries, especially 'Experts Speak Out', present an all-but irrefutable case against the official story. The towers did not fall because of the plane impact alone. Who installed the explosives/ thermite and when? And why did the 9/11 commission and NIST avoid this information when it is clearly relevant? Why did the 9/11 commission avoid WTC 7 altogether? These inconsistencies and many more call for a re-investigation of the events of September 11th. The responsible parties should be tried to the full extent of the law.

Watching television coverage on the day that the Twin Towers, and especially WTC7 which was NOT struck by a plane, collapsed into their own footprints, the immediate question was 'how could such big buildings come down in this fashion? This has all the hallmarks of a controlled demolition.' Having flown in a wide variety of aircraft, including hands-on experience in a small plane (the type on which the alleged perpetrators were supposedly trained) it was evident that none of them could have had the skill to fly airliners into those buildings. Controlled demolition is the only possible answer, especially in the case of WTC 7.

I am a firm believer in critical thinking, not conspiracy theories. I have a computer science degree and am a professional photographer and videographer. After reviewing the evidence the results are clear, foul play is at hand.
After years of reviewing evidence from videos, photographs, and testimonials the evidence makes it clear that the entirety of the claim that 4 'planes' caused the destruction is not possible. From the too small of a crater and lack of debris in Shanksville, the impossibility of hitting the 35 foot tall pentagon and lack of impact evidence on the building, to WTC 7 being demoed, to the free falling characteristics of WTC 1 & 2, and the airplane high jacking drills that happened to be performed on the same day as well as the confiscation and destruction on of video and audio evidence at the pentagon and air-traffic controllers, foul play is at hand. Without the collapse of Building 7, I would not have been informed. Common sense tells us buildings don't fall like this, without pre-planning. If the government is right about why Building 7 collapsed, then high-rise buildings should be immediately evacuated.

After graduating from high school, I graduated as valedictorian of my class in Media Production. I have been in the same industry for 25 years. I have seen and experienced many sights most people don't get to see traveling around the US for various jobs and shows.

But, as you can imagine but too well, there is not much enthusiasm for my work. It is a literary work in which I am not advancing any conspiracy theory. I do write about those who do. Our biggest opponent is the mainstream media. In my work I show how it comes that this is such a formidable opponent.
I was seventeen when it happened. I will never forget the strange atmosphere while I was completing the last leg of my journey from the city where all schools had again just begun. Four years in court reporting school and 10 years working in federal court makes me all the more eager for the truth to be presented in regards to 9/11.
Looking at the videos and studying the science, the preponderance of the evidence points towards a need for a new trial exposing the lies of our government. The public deserves the truth.
