PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

WTC Building 7 would have not failed from a simple fire of office furniture. And if it did fail, it would not have a free fall collapse. A free fall collapse can only happen if the structural steel columns are compromised evenly and simultaneously.

I didn't pay much attention to US politics before the tragedy of 9/11. Right after 9/11 and without any investigation I believed the government story, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the tower collapses looked like controlled demolitions. When the U.S. attacked Afghanistan for so many weak reasons I started to question what really happened. I found many things that were highly questionable, and have found an enormous amount of information that shows the 9/11 Commission Report is filled with errors and omissions. So what really happened? The only explanation that scientifically answers most of the observed phenomena to date is controlled demolitions. End of story.

Totally unbelievable that they easily withstood the impact, stood firm for more than an hour while a smoldering oxygen limited diesel oil fire bellowed thick smoke indicating anything but an intense out of control and growing fire capable of compromising the structure. Then the first tower collapsed - UNIFORMLY, straight down and later the second tower in a significantly shorter time from impact. The case for, and prediction of, the Building 7 collapse - straight down, later that day is TOTALLY suspicious and absurd. I believe the 'CLEAN UP' was a deliberate destruction of the crime scene evidence, hurriedly with the intent to prevent any analysis of the true cause.

Worked in Peekskill and NYC for almost a year. After Pearl Harbor, volunteered into US Army, where I remained in NY and NJ. Received medical discharge, and with VA scholarship, was able to complete 2 years at University of Arizona and then NYU, where I received a B. E. E. Continued studies at NYU graduate school while I worked as a graduate assistant in the Engineering Department. Worked for 50 years in construction design in and around NYC, including several years in my own engineering business. While working, bought and converted to residential use an old, empty industrial building within Ground Zero. Moved there with my family in 1992. Retired in August, 2001, went for short vacation to Italy, and returned to my own bed on September 10, 2001, where I was awakened by the sound of the first plane crashing into the WTC.
I lived and worked in lower Manhattan before the WTC was built. I witnessed and was involved in several projects within the WTC during and after its construction. On 9/11, I was awakened by the noise of the crash of the first plane into WTC 1 and witnessed the fire and distruction caused by that event. While I was watching, the second plane hit WTC 2. My wife and I left the area by bicycle 20 minutes before the collapse of the North & South Towers, which we witnessed from 1 mile north. My house is 2 blocks from WTC 7, which collapsed several hours later. I was allowed to return to the area 1 week later. I was disturbed by the height of the debris caused by the relatively small WTC 7 compared to the smaller mound from the Twin Towers. Since then I have been following the conspiracy theories, and have found much in them to be accurate and troubling more accurate than the official government reports.

The whole story is a complete farce. First time NORAD stood down in over 25 years on the day of 9/11. They were even doing a training exercise on the day which involved planes being used as missiles in a terrorist event. Of course when NORAD was called to the real event (9/11) they were 1 hour away from the incident, so they had no chance of intercepting the planes that were going towards the towers. Many things are off with the official story. This is the first time in history that towers have fallen due to jet fuel fires. the fires cannot burn at high enough temperature to melt steel. Even if you believe the steel melted it would have been at the top of the building and there is no way that the force from that top half of the building was enough to bring down the rest of the towers. There are multiple videos, audio files of people saying that explosions were heard at the bottom of the towers prior to them coming down. This is coming from firemen who risked their lives on the day to try to save people in the towers. This is not even thinking about the supposed 19 Saudi Arabs who managed to get through airport checking and then hi-jack two Boeing 767 planes successfully and then somehow fly those planes with hardly any experience of flying? It's like asking the first person on the street to go and fly a Boeing 767, they wouldn't have a clue how to fly it. The whole story is a complete farce and it needs to be investigated again.

On September 21 I woke up at 6:36. AM MDT with an irresistible urge to turn on the TV, in spite of the fact I had not been able to get to sleep until after 3 AM that morning. I turned on channel 9, our NBC affiliate, to the news that an airplane had been flown into one of the World Trade Center towers. As I was watching, a second plane flew into the other tower. The rest is history.
The visual evidence does not match the government's explanation, especially concerning WTC 7.

We've never had an investigation into the origins or aftermath of that day. An investigation would include investigators who could interview anyone they want about anything relevant with no time pressure, or no 'buddying-up'. An investigation would also include a forensic examination of all the evidence, including the steel from the THREE demolished buildings. There are a myriad of observable events from 9/11 footage that proves without a shadow of a doubt that the official narrative is untrue. The presence of nano-thermite is a massive indicator that the official story is a lie. The speed in which the buildings pancaked (from a FIRE) does not make sense unless it was a controlled demolition. Never in the history of the world has a plane crashed into a skyscraper and caused SEVERAL buildings to collapse in free-fall acceleration. The explosions that were heard by witnesses and captured in independent video throughout the lower levels and basement is also in direct contradiction to the official narrative. The fact that a massive insurance policy was taken out directly beforehand is extremely suspicious. The fact that many prominent individuals who were known to never miss a day of work were absent on 9/11 or encouraged their employees not to come in is also HIGHLY suspicious.This was a false-flag attack that served to ignite hatred against the middle east so that we could implement a regime change and steal more natural resources/wreak more havoc on third world people. Everyone involved in this should be held accountable to the highest degree possible. There are no words to describe the disgust, pain, and unimaginable loss of life that occurred on that fateful day. Justice absolutely must prevail regardless of how long it takes or how difficult the path may seem.

I have friends in FDNY and NYPD who have off-the-record told me that they heard explosions below the building before the Towers came down. They said the explosions were so strong that it lifted up people and emergency personnel into the air so high that when they fell, they broke their legs and were injured. Others on-site said they saw the high-speed plumes of exploding dust coming out of the buildings as the buildings collapsed. Many of them have passed away from cancer due to exposure to the toxic dust. An Army friend, then stationed at the Pentagon as a nurse, indicated that there was a weird meeting being held with a few random officers in the wing that was closed due to construction. The meeting was over but the officers were not allowed to leave for a while. Then there was a huge explosion. The nurse and other enlisted staff ran to the outside of the building and asked what was going on. Some said a missile strike, some said a plane but when she saw the side of the building, there was just a burning hole, no fuselage, no tail, no wings. She has since retired from service.

I am convinced this was not a terrorist attack led by out of country terrorists. They may have been involved, but I do not believe they could have pulled it off without inside help. I wanted to comment on Lucky Larry Silverstein's 'pull it' comment. Quite apart from the fact that Larry's later re-interpretation/rationalization of his own words: 'maybe the smartest thing to do is to 'pull it', makes no rational sense. I happened to notice in that very Youtube video, (and this supports the original obvious interpretation of 'pull it' as being controlled demolition) -that at the moment when Larry says 'pull it', simultaneously he makes a gesture with his intertwined hands. That is, when he says the word 'pull', he literally pulls his hands apart, as though what he is talking about is coming apart. Here, as far as I'm concerned, and for any reasonable person, body language gives away the intention of his meaning at this point. It's hard not to see this as far as I'm concerned. You don't have to be a body language expert. Keep up the pressure.
