PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Not long before 9/11, I was at the WTC meeting with the Port Authority to evaluate their RFP to manage the operation of the Windows on the World Restaurant. On 9/11 I was driving back to Maryland from Florida where I had received a national design award for a project I had designed and built.
On 9/11, my wife (and eventually our 4 children) were in our home in Frederick, MD as both the Pentagon and the Shanksville incidents occurred. These events geographically 'book ended' our home and shocked us all. We also lost a member of my mother's family (the McBrayer Scots clan, who came to America in the 1740's) at WTC 2. His name is Ken McBrayer. He worked for Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He was on the 104th Floor that morning. We are all 6 degrees of separation at most, of course, including the other million and counting who have been lost in the senseless, criminal wars and other illegal operations our country has launched based on a dark and terrible lie. There is more than enough evidence regarding the building collapses to require a real world, independent, and 'under oath' investigation into them. There are so many troubling questions that all of us, including the casualties, are owed answers to. We must demand this as citizens. Our nation, our constitution, and the world will never return to even a semblance of normalcy until the events of 9/11 are subjected to a genuine investigation. It is not yet too late. Justice is not just needed, it is absolutely required. Like so many others, I am shamefully late in coming to this. I always questioned the 911 Commission Report but was not totally aware of all the others out there working selflessly for an investigation. Being of an age to remember JFK, the Gulf of Tonkin, MLK, RFK, Wellstone and so many others almost leaves one too cynical and shell shocked to keep paying attention. My children, the arc of justice can be slow. Metanoia is painful. However, this must be done.

An object falling to earth at free fall speed, by definition, does not encounter resistance along the way. The rigid structure of interconnected columns, beams, and girders provide substantial resistance to physical forces. Indeed, that is their function. This is one of many reasons why I feel a new, independent investigation is necessary. The ramifications from the events of that day are enormous for the people of the world. It is our duty to strive for the truth.

I realized it was like watching 9/11 all over again. I have no doubt that WTC was controlled demolition. If the mast was not controlled it would have been a sideways fall killing 10,000 more. After one of our projects failed to demo correctly...low bidder...I can tell you the WTC jobs were very professionally done. So tragic. I tell everyone. Great work you are doing.

The official version never made sense to me. I anticipated that explosives would have been required just by hearing a description of the collapse on 9/11/2001. Quick calculations I made based on conservation of momentum trying to convince people the official explanation was false gave a 120 second collapse time for a gravitational collapse & 35mph to 60 mph lateral mass ejections which are not possible if only gravity driven. Newton's 3rd Law required the complete destruction of the falling top of the towers that should have left 60 stories of intact buildings standing after a gravitational collapse ended. Energy available from a gravitational collapse was insufficient to explain all features of the actual collapse. Core columns could be seen disintegrating in sections after the collapses ended. Steel frame buildings, by design and properties of materials, could not fail from oxygen-starved hydrocarbon fires. The buildings were designed to withstand airplane collisions of the 757/767 class and had withstood natural forces far greater over the life of the buildings. In short, I'm an engineer and understand the laws of physics and the official explanation violated at least 1/2 dozen of them.

I`m a 25 year old engineer working for the Canadian Federal Government in Motor Vehicle Regulations. I have obtained my bachelor`s degree at Ottawa University in 2009. I have designed a steel structural chassis for an amphibious vehicle which was fully analyzed, designed, and documented with drawings for manufacturing of the parts.
The core column for the twin towers was a combination of massive steel rods and cement and were amongst the strongest steel columns in the world. A fire in open air could potentially have weakened the steel in the column at a single point on the 100-sotry buildings, although this is highly unlikely given the steel melting point is much higher than a fire by kerosene in open air. But the cement in the column would still have sustained the building upwards. The problem is the column could have flexed and broken at that point, but the building would have fallen sideways. The floors below were designed to sustain 10 times the weight of all floors above at full capacity. The only way the column could have collapsed upon itself is if it was brought to malleability from top to bottom simultaneously, including the skeleton structural steel rods. But this was not the case. And even if it was, all the floors, walls, and other structural components would have created resistance and the collapse would have been slow. What the evidence shows is that they collapse at free fall speed minus air resistance. This is only achievable in a controlled demolition which removes the matter with explosives before the above floors reach the ones below. This is not to mention building 7. You don`t need expertise to break that one down.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that remembers WTC7! What can I say, other than I've always felt 9/11 to have been a murderous hoax? I follow the peace movement in the United States and although I admire many of the people involved such as David Swanson and Ann Wright, I deplore the movement's hands-off attitude toward 9/11, which is the root and cause of the last decade and a half of global conflict. Without exposing the truth about what happened, and naming the people behind it, peace will allude us. There is one thing that didn't get enough coverage when it was revealed, but is just the same of great importance to those of us trying to make sense of 9/11. The reason Bush gave Chirac for invading Iraq:Bush, Chirac, Gog and Magog.

I am a writer and researcher, and I've spent several years battling the troubling unanswered questions surrounding the events of 9/11.
I was living in Boston at the time of the attack, and can remember my initial reaction to the news reports as the buildings came down: Wow. That looks like a demolition. Upon further research, the facts pertaining to historical precedent surrounding the destruction of steel-framed buildings due to fire (there is none); the temperature at which jet-fuel, paper, fabric, wood, etc. burns compared to the temperature at which steel is compromised; and the odd fact the WTC7 was not even impacted by an airplane and the fire in that building seemed under control-- all these issues bring up deep questions about the veracity of the official story. Further, the events that have taken place on a global stage under the pretense of preventing another 9/11--the Iraq war, the Bush administration's relationships in the region and with domestic corporate entities-- raise further questions about how an event like 9/11 might in fact be advantageous in implementing certain policies that would otherwise not gain public support.

An American 26 years young. I've lived in Saint Louis my whole life and made the decision to become a writer at age 12. Throughout history, there has never been a recorded incidence when an airplane struck a modern skyscraper, and the fires resulting from the crash caused the building to collapse. Those towers were made with construction-grade steel that were tempered to withstand fires hotter than the jet fuel used to fuel the planes could neither maintain nor even reach. Yet the building collapsed at near free-fall speed and landed in a straight line, in the same manner as a controlled demolition. In addition, there are several recorded incidents by both civilians and reporters of explosions being heard in the WTC area after the initial impacts. I also fail to understand why the black boxes of the planes were never recovered, or why weeks after the tragedy there were still hot-spots(allegedly caused by thermite) where the vertical steel supports once stood.

I had a job as a temp on the 80th fl. of the first bldg. I left that job 3 weeks before it blew up. I didn't like the job or I would have been there. I had a friend that encouraged me to leave the job. I was watching it from 20 blocks away - and I thought it odd that one moment I was watching it burn and then it just collapsed straight down in seconds! I thought if it were burning wouldn't it take a long time to burn? Especially made of all that iron? Also - my friend lived in Brooklyn (a long distance from the WTC) and she said that torn bits of papers floated into her yard - now how could a fire make torn bits of papers blow that far?

I've been a writer and poet for many years in San Francisco. Active in the spoken word scene, and supporter of the 9/11 truth movement since early 2004. My photos have been in numerous shows, and two books by RE/Search Publications. Also, for what it's worth: four years of college (liberal arts). I have been working as a part-time legal assistant for a criminal defense attorney (specializing in the death penalty).
I had doubts about the official cover-up story of 9/11 early on - the absence of the Air Force made no sense, and neither did the way the buildings came down. There is a photo of a woman standing in the jagged opening that one of the planes made in one of the towers - which suggests that the fires were cooling down and the buildings would have survived the plane crash - except for the fact that explosives had been planted in the building. Nothing else could have made them collapse the way they did. This happened in broad daylight and yet many people still want to believe the myth rather than the truth (partly because the truth is more disturbing). Reminds me of what Galileo was up against - with the church saying people had to be protected from certain facts, such as the earth not being the center of the universe. Somehow we are able to live with that knowledge, as future generations will be able to live with the knowledge of what really happened on 9/11.

Like everyone else I watched the collapse of the world trade center, over and over again on TV. Had no particular theory of how they collapsed, since the media didn't present any of that. Mostly it brought us human interest stories. I must admit, when I look at the pictures now, it seems odd to see such incredible damage resulting from the impact. When that small plane hit the Empire State building, it caused very little damage, and I remember thinking about that. Since I saw the presentation here, (admittedly I have no technical knowledge in this area) I feel quite strongly that that you have shown us is plausible and seems to indicate an engineered destruction more powerful than anything the planes could have caused. It is a chilling story you have to tell!

I am a honors graduate with a degree in English Language & Literature; I am a writer, not an architect or engineer. However, I have reviewed the evidence and arguments put forward by 'Architects & engineers for 9/11 Truth' and find it compelling and convincing on grounds of scientific evidence, not political motivation. The laws of physics, it seems, were suspended for one day only, on September 11th 2001. Only an examination of the physics can explain how that could have happened.
Never before has a steel framed concrete skyscraper collapsed like that due to fire. Never. But on September 11th 2001 it happened three times in one day; and one of them wasn't even hit by a plane. Impossible. Then there's the multiple explosions and nano thermite/thermate residue and pools of molten steel still flowing days later. a building fire or jet fuel fire simply cannot produce anywhere near that kind of heat. The official story tells us one thing, but an alarming body of evidence tells a horribly different story. The appointment of Philip Zelikow as Director of the 9/11 Commission is no coincidence: just look into the man's background in 'using public myths to shape views of history' especially in the context of 'catastrophic terrorism'. He sounds like the expert on false flag operations and how to implant a lie into the public consciousness, doesn't he?

After seeing buildings professionally reduced to rubble by demolition and comparing it to the WTC 1, 2 and 7 buildings collapsing, it seems difficult to believe that these were not controlled demolitions. If the collapse of these buildings were not controlled demolitions, then no one would be afraid of an honest independent inquiry to determine if this is the case.
