PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I do not believe the official explanation of the collapse of not only the towers, but especially the collapse of building 7. The recent NIST report claims that the building collapsed as a result of fire induced thermal expansion. The completely uniform failure of the building (causing it to drop straight down at freefall speed) is completely contradictory to the computer generated model they provided as evidence. The simulation showed one section of the building collapsing and then the remainder. Video evidence of building 7 proves this was not how it fell. Knowing a good bit about physics, I don't believe building 7 could have come down as the result of anything other than controlled demolition.

As a 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, specifically Sr./General Manager for office high-rise buildings, I have always been passionate about the properties that I represent and as such, I work closely on a day to day basis with all those who make it possible to [collectively] run a tight ship. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work in the trenches with my team, rather than hide in the office behind reports computer. To be able to actively & extensively work within the various fields that are inherent to the development and operation of office buildings (i.e. engineering, general construction, development /re-development, architecture, fire-life-safety, security, local city & state agencies fire, and police agencies -- just to name a few), is to understand the entire operation on both a micro and a macro level. Much like horse & rider, an intimate relationship emerges between Manager & Building.
On September 10th, 2001, I resigned from my position with a prominent Real Estate firm in the Los Angeles area. The next morning I was devastated to see the events unfolding in New York. It took two months for me to secure a new position in management. The industry was at a standstill; fear had taken over and hesitation plagued building owners. I returned to work and there began my discussions with my fellow colleagues in the industry. As time went on, my questions began to increase -- maybe it was intuition at that point, but something inside said this didn't make sense. My driving concern was two fold: 1) our country appeared to be under attack; 2) the method of attack involved office buildings. I have always personified office buildings -- the people give it life (the tenants, the building staff, the visitors, etc.). It has always been my work ethic to [before all else] ensure a safe environment for everyone's sake. The building becomes your home, and the people in it become your family. The staff become sisters, brothers, children, aunts, uncles. You work hard, together, and support each other. When I heard how many people lost their lives that day including a large number of building personnel (i.e. janitorial), I became overwhelmed and nearly obsessed with NEEDING TO UNDERSTAND... I asked myself and my colleagues how such an event could have happened, and why the absence of procedural emergency evacuation. I have evacuated my buildings on minor level threats -- maybe that was excessive on my part but my ethic has always been safety first. I assure you that, if at any time in my career there happened to be an airplane occupying any part of a building i was responsible for, evacuation would be the first order. I do not care if it's inconvenient for tenants - my attitude: board meetings can wait -- SAFETY FIRST. The more me and my colleagues (which consisted of other managers, VPs, Chief engineers, project managers, security personnel, developers, architects, GCs, demo-crews, FLS installers, members of LAPD & LAFD, and the list goes on.....) reviewed the plethora of footage of the actual collapse the more we concluded something was wrong with the picture. That was when my I became 100% obsessed with my research. I focused on the structural design aspect of the towers, and that led me to believe that complete pancaking was likely a direct result of controlled demolition, not jet fuel. I have raised the question of the [reportedly] unusual building operations in the weeks leading up to 9/11 - for example the timing of Reg. 4 emergency evacuation drill, incomplete contractor /vendor signature logs during the elevator mod project -- a front project to allow hoist-way access to controlled demolition crew(s). Truth and Understanding, I hope, will come to us by legal process. Thank you for this.

Those sure look like controlled demolitions. Why do other steel skyscrapers burn for hours without collapsing, but all three of these happened to collapse like identical controlled demolitions even though one had not been hit by a plane and two allegedly had? How were the alleged hijackers identified just hours after the Towers fell? The official story is that they were identified from their DNA collected at the site. How could anyone collect their DNA soon after the Towers turned into pulverized dust and molten pools of steel? What base DNA samples would those have been verified against? Someone in Saudi Arabia happened to have DNA samples for all the hijackers on hand and willingly provided it to the US soon after the Towers fell?

The 'clean' demolition and knowing that jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature are two obvious facts that were ignored. - - - - I remember soon after 9/11 an article ran in Civil Engineering Magazine, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Soon thereafter Civil Engineering Magazine ran an article totally supporting the official story. Very disappointing.

How convenient that everything was caught on camera...how did they know to aim the cameras ahead of time? When it comes to the Pentagon...where is the plane debris? There are so many witnesses that contradict the official story that it obvious the official story is a cover-up. When this is all over, it will be found that people in high places in the US government and intelligence services, including the President and Vice-President, had to know about this. Justice must be served, no matter what person in government is indicted. Corruption brings down nations and nations are destroyed from within...the lack of truth and justice in this is destroying the nation as the people who conceived, plotted, and carried this out from within the United States, are still roaming free to do more damage. Those who were behind 9/11 are still networking with others to destroy this nation.

The aerial vehicle that hit the south Twin Tower, World Trade Center 2, appears to me to have been homing in on the New York Regional Office of the United States Air Force on the 37th Floor of 26 Federal Plaza, otherwise known as the Federal Building. I was a Federal employee who was there at the time, and reported this in several of my 78 open letters to the Attorneys General of the USA Michael B. Mukasey and Eric H. Holder. With respect to the great accomplishments of Richard Gage, AIA, and Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, one must conclude that the explosions at Ground Zero were synchronized with the aerial attacks. As an avid reader of the large literature on 911 as well as viewer of Architects' films on 911, I remain highly distressed that the mass repression of the real story of 911 is still going on in 2019. It is obvious to me that the WTC tower explosions were the result of an inside job. There should have been and still should be Congressional hearings on all the holes in the official story, calling the numerous experts who have labored long and hard to piece together the actual history with all of its 'uncanny' details. I am a licensed civil and environmental engineer with over 20 years of experience. I do not believe that office fires could possibly be responsible for the complete collapse at near free-fall speed of three steel framed buildings. There are enough doubts about the official explanation to warrant a new and truly independent investigation into the validity of all the claims of the 9/11 Commission. In particular, I believe it to be counterproductive for such an investigation to focus on any alternative explanations, as there are too many of those already out there in Cyberland. As it stands currently it has not been proven beyond reasonable doubt that two planes were solely responsible for the collapse of three steel framed buildings, so let's *try* and prove that first and foremost.

The day the buildings fell, as we watched it live from our construction office, we knew the way the buildings came down that something wasn't right, we just didn't get it then that it was as we can see and comprehend now, a controlled demolition. I remember reading years ago about a US. Army Air Corp B-25 crashing into the Empire state building, loaded with 100 octane AV Gas and only damage a handful full of floors with minor structural consequence. A much hotter burning fuel.

It is obvious even to the untrained naked eye that the Twin Towers and Tower 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. The evidence regarding the temperatures involved in the fires inside the buildings is sufficient to merit revisiting the investigation of what brought down the buildings.
