PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Over the years since that sad day I have read several articles about the structural implications of the 911 disaster and talked to other architects and engineers. It is obvious that many knowledgeable professionals question the previous conclusions about what has happened. It is time to find, document, and react to the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

From the evidence of video footage my hypothesis is that the WTC building were destroyed by controlled demolition. Building 7 was an excellent example of a free falling controlled demolition of a typical large building. Fires do not cause this type of symmetrical reduction in size within it's own foot print. All other explanations are simply illogical. Control demolition is my firm hypothesis from pure scientific observation. Further analysis of the facts is mandatory for development of the truth.

I mean, come on, if the trusses and girders had failed, allowing the floors to fall, those central column beams would have been left standing. You'd have these skeletal remains still standing. I can't believe anyone would believe this story. 'Are they giving the same reason for both towers collapsing? I mean come on. The first tower hit might, and I don't really believe it, but might be able to collapse this way. But the second tower hit, the first to fall, probably had little damage to the central core. Hell most of the fuel from that aircraft seemed to fly out the side of the building based upon that incredible fireball. The second plane only caught the corner of the outer wall. I doubt there was any real damage done to most of the core. Certainly not enough to, in any way, conform to that story of pancaking floors.' Marty agreed, 'Exactly. Now you understand the problem.'

My experience lies in architecture for the people - affordable housing, schools and public buildings such as community parks and libraries. In the bigger picture, architecture for the people shall be designed and built free of the use of fossil fuels, so that we can get off of our foreign oil dependence and cease senseless wars such as this.

Mr. Simmons studied at Brigham Young University, graduating with degrees in Russian and Civil & Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in structures. He had the unique privilege of being one of Dr. Steven Jones' physics students prior to 9/11, learning from him the principles of conservation of energy and momentum. Following his formal training, he returned to his native Santa Rosa, California and has worked for the past three years in the engineering profession, analyzing and designing water-based infrastructure and residential structures.
My initial exposure to the case for controlled demolition was as a result of a coworker, Ron Brookman, giving me a copy of one of Dr. Jones' papers. Knowing that I had attended BYU, Ron asked me if I had heard of him. I informed him that I had a physics class from him and vouched for his integrity as a scholar and person. Then I read the article. I was not taken easily by the hypotheses at first, and have to admit that, while the science was well-founded, my conscience did not want to let me accept this alternative theory and its startling consequences. I found myself challenging the points made, especially the symmetrical fall theory, and tried mentally to reason my way out of what I was slowly becoming convinced of. In the end, the science -- primarily, the near-freefall speed at which the buildings came down and the evidence of incendiaries in the rubble -- the testimonies, the pictures and video footage, and the structural drawings, which show a central core around which, even if the floors did progressively collapse due to weakening of the steel by heat, would have been left intact -- all these things convinced me that we did not have the full story as provided by NIST, FEMA, ASCE, and the WTC buildings' own structural engineer, Leslie Robertson. Getting to the bottom of what happened on 9/11 requires another serious look at the evidence, much of which has already been destroyed. Our representatives in Congress need to stand up and speak for us, not bow to the powers that, while they do much good, also have a tendency to threaten, incite fear in, and weaken us. I saw a bumper sticker that reads We must speak up, even if our voices shake. Such is the case here. Money, perceived civil order, and temporary stability are not worth rejecting truth - ever. In the end, the hard truth must be accepted, whatever it may be. We must suffer the consequences of our shameful mistakes and then start to heal the wounds. I am concerned with my profession's involvement in this apparent cover up and the media's refusal to address important questions for the reasons stated above. Nothing will happen and this will all evolve into another conspiracy theory, if it has not already, if we don't speak up resolutely now. Finally, I feel deeply for those whose loved ones were lost on 9/11 and indirectly through our questionable involvement in international affairs. I realize that my support of additional inquiries into what happened may seem like stirring the pot for people who simply want closure and to move on. I love my country and the unprecedented freedoms it provides. In order to preserve these freedoms, however, I feel that we must pursue the truth and responsibly deal with it, not close our eyes to it because of how painful it is.

Grew up in the 60's/70's with conservative parents who believed there was an invisible government. Attended Trenton State College for 2 years majoring in biology. Raised 3 sons and started a business in 1992 - went online in 1996 - which I still have today, although the crash of 2007 pretty much cut me off at the knees as I watched vendor after vendor go out of business. I supported Obama because I believed in his 'hope and change'. By 2014, I began to understand that we were duped - big time. Ever the Optimist, I now support our POTUS and believe that eventually the truths of what has happened with and since 9/11 and even before will come out.
I don't believe the story we've been told. I believe our own government either was in on the planning or knew about it and chose to ignore it. I believe thermite was used to bring them down because it makes no sense otherwise. I believe building 7 housed a lot of the intel that went into how it was planned and carried out, and that it (bldg 7) was a controlled demolition in order to destroy evidence. We need to know the truth so we can stop the partisan squabbling and move forward as a united country that strives for nothing but peace in the world.

After carefully analyzing the video footage, many news reports and articles, as well as reading many books on the subject, I came to the conclusion that there are many inconsistencies and even contradictions and disturbing omissions with the 9-11 Commission Report, enough to warrant a new and thorough investigation. Looking at the video and photos of the rescue workers, it all seems clear to me now: the first responders are seen working in a relatively short pile of rubble where a huge 25 story high mountain of rubble and compressed floors should have been. Anyway, I will stop here since you can literally write a book based on all the the problematic details of that tragic crime, which, by the way, is exactly what I am doing right now. From day one it was clear to me that the kerosine fires could not be resposible for the total colapse of the two buildings, nor for the almost free fall. There is no doubt in my mind that the events of 9/11 were either allowed to happen or made to happen. I don't believe in coincidences, and if the Twin Towers did not go down, along with Tower 7, then there is a good chance that the attacks and regime removals of Afghanistan and Iraq would not have been allowed to happen by Congress and the American people. Those two events have reshaped the entire world in this century. As Fareed Zakaria said ten years after 9/11, ''The day on 9/11, the world was at peace, and the United States strode that world like a Colossus. It posted a large budget surplus. Oil was at $28 a barrel. The Chinese economy was a fifth the size of America's. Today, America is at war across the globe; it has a deficit of $1.5 trillion and oil is at $115 a barrel. China is now the world's second largest economy.' The Towers had to go.

Regarding 9/11/2001: on Sept 10, 2001, Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld announced that $2.5 trillion had 'mysteriously' disappeared from the Pentagon and ordered an investigation to begin the next day, and all the witnesses to appear at the top of the Twin Towers in the World Trade Center at 9 AM on 9/11/2001. All the witnesses died when the towers collapsed, and later that day all the documentation in that investigation was destroyed when Building 7, a third tower that was not hit by aircraft, collapsed just like a controlled demolition about 5:20 PM. No witnesses + no documentation = no investigation!

WTC #7 was pulled at 5:17 pm - NOT 5:20 pm. I was about 500 feet from there. I ran into a building and laid 'low'. I was diagnosed with COPD in 2002.

It has taken me years to accept even the possibility that the destruction of the Twin Towers was anything more than a foreign terrorist attack. But the degradation of the morality, loyalty, patriotism and intelligence of our elected officials ' across the board -- that has come to light over the past 20 years has made me question everything. The clear, unambiguous, scientific analysis of the events of 9/11 by so many architects and engineers has me convinced that the buildings had been engineered (or retrofitted) to take advantage of such an attack, of which one or more intelligence agencies had foreknowledge. It shames me to think our government capable of such treasonous acts. And, it leaves me to wonder what other buildings/monuments across the country have been so designed to take advantage of other similar attacks. Living downwind of a nuclear power plant just north of NYC makes that possibility all the more frightening.

Problems: WTC1 & 2 rates of collapse. Pulverization of steel, concrete and interior contents of these buildings. Nano-thermite residue. Molten pools of metal. Eyewitness testimony regarding explosions. Rate of collapse and verticality of collapse. Structural failure due to impact of 'aircraft' and fire would in all likelihood have led to a toppling of the top sections of these buildings. WTC7 - simply impossible other than as controlled demolition..No credible remnants of aircraft at any 9/11 site; turbine shafts and landing gear parts are practically indestructible. Impossibility of flying an airliner at 500 mph close to ground level. Wrong size 'hole' in exterior wall of the Pentagon. Supposed but impossible penetration of airliner through to 3rd. ring. No remnants of wings or tail assemblies outside building or in outer ring.

We the people of the world require full transparency on all things 9/11, as it is an event that changed everything. It is a natural right to require transparency from your government. The present scenario of the demise of the World Trade Center is not believable. On September 11, 2001, we the people of the world watched plains crash into the WTC buildings on video feeds and what followed was a controlled incendiary demolition. of those buildings. As a citizen of the United States, I believe there are many questions that need to be addressed concerning the events of September 11, 2001, including questions about the collapse of WTC Building 7 among many, many others. WTC was the end of America via coup by the 5th Column and the beginning of an infection of cognitive dissonance which we now raise our children upon. It doesn't take any specific level of education to see that WTC 7 was demolished. I was 12 when it happened and even my mom said there must have been bombs when the towers collapsed. The government has failed to provide the truth that we deserve. We demand to know, regardless of the implications.

I visited the National September 11 Memorial Museum and WTC ground zero in April 2017. Like many Americans, I carried a heavy heart as I walked through the exhibit halls, filled with the neatly preserved wreckage and well-packaged sights and sounds of that terrible day. Truly a beautiful memorial to those that lost their lives there. Since that trip to NYC two years ago, it's become more and more evident that all is not what it seems in our government, institutions, and history (well the '''official'' version at least). I FULLY support this effort to get the truth of what happened on 9/11, to honor those that perished and to preserve this great country. LUX ET VERITAS!

9/11 was one of the most tragic and devastating events in American history. So many innocent lives robbed of a future for what purpose? It was such a great tragedy displaying the pure evil that can be found in human nature and of this world. I do believe in the possibility of explosives and a demolition destroying the Towers and taking so many souls. I want to know the truth and I want justice for the victims, their families and loves ones and all of us really that are still affected from that frightful day.
