PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. Conservation of momentum and energy: The amount energy required to cut all the columns and pulverize all the concrete in each building far exceeds the amount of energy that would have come from the building collapsing and dropping a few floors. Thus what we saw happened could not have happened on the basis of one or two floors caving in. Furthermore, if the top would have fell, it would have fallen over to one side before coming down. Chemical analysis of the dust suggests explosives. The mass balance on the chemical analysis suggests tons of explosives. The naysayers suggest some burned conduit or paint would have produced this; however the mass balance proves this to be false. Why did the Mayor of New York announce Building 7 was going to fall before it collapsed? How did he know?

Work as an application scientist in vibrational spectroscopy, specifically spectroscopic determinations of: forensic analysis, chemometrics, pharmaceutical, trace explosive analysis, mixture analysis, fuel property predictions, crystallinity, as well as instrument calibration related to above. Other work I have performed (coincidentally around the time of the9/11 attacks) used Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) in a support role for the US Coast Guard R&D Center in Groton, CT ( a three hour drive from ground zero) in the determination of trace quantities (nanogram) of drugs and explosives. On 9/08/01 I was sent to USMC Camp LeJeune, NC, making any attempt to use our equipment immediately following the collapse impossible.
The video footage of the three WTC buildings, as well as the Pentagon and Flight 93 wreckage, offers clear evidence that does not appear to have factored greatly into the official story, especially WTC building 7. The lack of significant analytical forensic evidence in the 9/11 commission report leads me to believe that it was inadequate, and a new, congressionally appointed committee should be established.

J'rg Schneider was appointed Professor of Structural Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 1967. He retired in October 1999. Born in Cologne in 1934, he graduated as a civil engineer from the ETHZ in 1958 and worked as a research assistant until 1962. For another four years he worked in industry, where he mainly dealt with the problems of precast and prestressed concrete. As a professor at ETHZ, his research was in the field of safety and reliability in building construction. For many years he was active in various Swiss standardization committees. He was Chairman of the Safety Expert Group of AlpTransit (EGSi) which supported the project management of these two new transalpine railway tunnels in matters of operational safety. He was a member of the Joint Committee on Structural Safety (JCSS) and its President for five years. For many years he was one of the Vice Presidents of the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE). In 1991 he was elected as an individual member of the Swiss Academy of Technical Sciences (SATW). The University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Boku) in Vienna awarded him an honorary doctorate degree in 1998 and, finally, he was elected honorary member of IABSE in 2002. In 2000, together with former employees and friends, he founded the engineering office Risk&Safety AG.
Clearly, I cannot believe that the George W. Bush administration willingly sacrificed 3000 lives. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. But I am convinced that the group around Bush gratefully used this terrible event to start the long-planned war on terror. However, there are so many inconsistencies in the official reports on the tragic event and so many gaps, especially in the collapse of WTC7, that only a new independent investigation can confirm or delete suspicions and remove existing ambiguities. I therefore fully agree with the request to have the events re-examined independently. Of course, even a new investigation will not bring people back to life.

There did not seem to be enough matter where the Towers stood. What was also curious: Nobody checked the passengers on our flight, nor the crew. Everyone scattered away. Bizarre lack of security. Why wasn't anyone accounted for? Why wasn't the plane detained? We were also a full tank of gas making a transcontinental flight from Boston. Very strange, unless the perpetrators knew how everything was to proceed, for that would explain why they had no extraneous use for our plane, nor even to double-check any potential threat on our plane: Because they KNEW there wasn't one!

I am familiar with a wide variety of evidence contradicting the official account of 9/11. In particular, I believe that currently available evidence strongly suggests that the World Trade Center towers were brought down with the use of explosives; that one of the explosives used was some form of thermite, or a thermite-like material; that building 7 (WTC 7) was brought down by explosives in a more-or-less classic controlled demolition, also including the use of thermite or a thermite-like material, in addition, possibly, to other explosives. Of particular note, as evidence, was the long burning fires and heat at the three building sites. Of particular note, as evidence, are many facts and situations that strongly suggest a cover-up of evidence pointing towards the explosive hypothesis. I believe that the NIST report on the WTC towers failed to fulfill its mandate, and included significant elements of bogus science. I believe that the NIST report on WTC 7 is inadequate, and fails to convincingly prove that the fires present prior to collapse were the cause of the collapse; that the analysis used has not been shown to be validated; and that the basic theory is a long and implausible scientific reach.

Now retired, I was born in Canada, moved to Texas in 1981, Michigan in 1985, and New York City in 1989. Gained US citizenship ca 1995. Had a variety of careers from agriculture sciences to art school recruiter and eventually spent 18 years as a manager in a non-profit that was located in WTC Tower 2 on 9/11.
I worked in Tower 2 and was in my office when the first plane hit Tower 1. I was outside, hugging the wall of Tower 2 as the second plane hit Tower 2 directly over my head. With debris raining down, I was forced to re-enter the building to find an alternate exit. As a consequence of my personal experience, I have paid closer attention than most to subsequent investigations and reports pertaining to 9/11. I do not believe that the official report as it now stands is completely accurate. For example, it has ignored and omitted significant forensic and eyewitness evidence, which has perverted its conclusions. Planes alone did not bring down 3 World Trade Center buildings; controlled explosions using thermite did. While my personal experience puts me closer to the events of 9/11 than my fellow citizens, I claim no more right to the truth than any other American; but we do deserve the truth, no matter how horrific, and no matter how many politicians and bureaucrats are brought down as a consequence. Our political class has been acting in its own interests, ignoring the interests of the populace, for far too long. If we wish to maintain our country as a sovereign nation, subject to the will of its people, the corruption in our political class must be eliminated. Getting to the truth of 9/11 would be a start.

On 9/11 2001 I witnessed online private videos being shared that were in the thousands, and on one particular video taken from across the river from NJ, just moments after the collapse of the second tower, leaving a particular massive steel column leaning hundreds of feet upward, literally turn to dust and drift away! At the time of 9/11 I lived in Battery Park City in Gateway Plaza. I was in my apartment when the 1st tower was hit. Then I was outside and witnessed the 2nd tower being hit. When responders began running across the highway telling us that it was about to collapse my neighbors and I began running towards the Hudson River, about 20 or so feet from the water railings the 1st collapse began. I've watched a lot of shows and came to the conclusion a long while ago that it was a false flag event and I'm appalled that so many still believe the official narrative from the Gov.

During the events on 9/11 I was in 8th grade, returning to class on social studies, to discover my teacher lying on the floor in dismay at what was being presented on the television. Immediately upon viewing the news, I felt strange about what I was witnessing. The buildings were collapsing in upon themselves, not toppling, and having a broad understanding of physics I knew immediately an airplane could not cause an implosion of that magnitude. Buildings at the heights of the twin towers are designed to sway to accommodate for wind, so, at best, if an aircraft struck the upper half of the building it would have come to rest, NOT causing hundreds of floors to explode.

I was home, in Orangeburg South Carolina the morning of 11 September 2001. I was awoken by a friend who shouted to me 'we are at war, turn on the television.' I watched the supposedly 'live' coverage on the television of the destruction of the towers in New York City, and the attack on the Pentagon. And also the report of the plane crash in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. My initial reaction was to believe the accounts of the towers falling under their own power. I was also present when the television broadcast the image of building seven being demolished. Without further comment on the witness statements from the television, I can personally attest that after studiously researching the mentioned book, that the twin towers were demolished through a series of explosions. The construction of the retaining walls and the support walls all the way through the 110th floor incontrovertibly prove that the towers could not have fallen from the heights that the planes hit supposedly. They had been demolished. The construction was too solid for those towers to fall on their own power.

I am an average hard working American that has common sense.
I'm not a person with degrees, but understand the laws of physics. I new as soon as I saw the buildings coming down that it was completely impossible for buildings of that size to fall straight down. I watched from the first Pier on the Hudson about ¾m North of the North Tower from 9:25 AM until both buildings fell on 9/11/01. I watched 100s of my neighbors leap to their deaths. Having witnessed controlled demolition, I was stunned by the first tower's free fall descent, so when the North Tower began to do the same thing I watched very closely and Very Clearly saw the squibs going off below the plunging, pulverized upper floors. There is No Question this was a False Flag collection of Lies.

I have a Bachelors degree and work as management in the fitness industry. I do not know much about architectural / engineering elements but I do know what a controlled demolition looks like.
At the age of 17, I was on a fairy in New York looking at ground zero, 3 months after the attack. I didn't know what it was at the time but I always remembered something was wrong with the fact smoke was still billowing from underneath the ground. I thought the dust should have been settled by then but it was still on fire. That's what it looked like to me. Later in my early 30's, I started to research and I believe we need to open a new investigation and get the truth out for the families of the ones murdered on that day. It's time for justice and the reason behind the 18 year long wars.
