PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From the elements presented so far, I understand the 2 main hypothesis are: 1) WTC towers' structure's damage by the initial impact, followed by softening of this steel and concrete structure from fire exposure, until the upper building weight crashed the lower weakened structure. Since no other case is known of such equivalent buildings being destroyed by fire, then this explanation only holds if the initial damage was large enough. Are you aware of any evaluation of the energy dissipated by the initial impact, and simulations or computations of how much damage it could have caused? 2) Controlled destruction by coordinated explosions all along the fall path. Although most of what is left of the towers have disappeared, explosives traces are no doubt to be found in what remains.

My introduction into questions surrounding 9/11 was probably by attending a presentation by Michael Ruppert in Calgary shortly after 9/11. This was an eye-opener! I realized that the US government was certainly denying and withholding evidence of the attack and subsequent collapse of the 3 World Trade Center buildings (the twin towers and building 7); much of the information presented to the public can only be described as blatant lying with obvious attempts at obfuscating the truth. I believe that the collapse can only be explained as due to demolition. I hope that the truth will be revealed and the true perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice.

Its clear almost beyond any doubt the buildings collapsed due to some kind of explosives from the inside. The downward collapsing action of the floors above will NEVER result in a complete disintegration of the building. The granules of molten steel clearly indicates the temperature was far far beyond ANY ordinary Jet Fuel fire.

I have never been satisfied with the official explanation. The investigation was rushed. The scene was cleared before evidence gathering could possibly have been completed. A crime scene should not be cleaned before the results of analysis are released, just as system logs from a crash should not be deleted until after the post problem review is done. Beyond that, I can find no trace of independent confirmation of the official findings. Given our government's response to the incident, and the many years of war and loss of civil liberties we have endured as results of that response, a second opinion from a nongovernmental source is needed.

According to the majority of factual evidence I have reviewed, it seems apparent the WTC towers fell by means other than airplane impacts. It seems impossible the towers' support beams could have been destroyed on impact or melted by flames, and extremely unlikely the towers could have fell in the manner they did with those support beams in place. Add to this the nearly constantly evolving story of the official analysis, and it seems to me a fresh, objective and revitalized official investigation needs to take place.

I was in college on 9/11/01. My initial reaction to the attack and collapses was one of curiosity. I accepted the spoon fed story at first because I wanted to trust my government and it was pushed to us. I started seeing alternative theories on the internet. Eventually the case for demolition proved more likely than the official report.

1 & 2 look like a controlled demolition does for many other sky scrapers. As for building 7 it's hard not to conclude that it wasn't a controlled demoliton.

The whole 9/11 story is just that a story, fairy tale would be more applicable. Almost none of what we were told bears even the slightest examination without collapsing just like the towers. Why haven't the people who support the Official Conspiracy Theory started a demolition company that just uses a couple of fires to bring down buildings? Think of the savings in time and money. Our nations news media is a joke (a bad one).

I watched the towers fall. I couldn't get my head around the fact that they collapsed straight down into their own footprint. While watching, I could only think of planned demolitions I have seen in past. I am no engineer, but I do have two eyes and an analytical mind, & 1 + 1 does not equal 3.
