On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The freefall collapses of WTC 1, 2, and 7 must be impossible if only due to the entry of the planes, and in the case of 7, the absence of any impact at all. There is clear knowledge of the extremely robust structure in all 3 of them, and a pre-meditated scheme of internal explosions must have played a part. Further to that, the immediate vaporization of the structural cores must have involved some staggering level of explosives technology. The motives therefore seem heinous. In London last year, I witnessed the Grenfell Tower fire. It burnt visibly for at least 3 days with intense heat. 24 stories high, a year later it is still standing, with no deformation whatever.

Other work I have performed (coincidentally around the time of the9/11 attacks) used Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) in a support role for the US Coast Guard R&D Center in Groton, CT ( a three hour drive from ground zero) in the determination of trace quantities (nanogram) of drugs and explosives. On 9/08/01 I was sent to USMC Camp LeJeune, NC, making any attempt to use our equipment immediately following the collapse impossible.

The lack of significant analytical forensic evidence in the 9/11 commission report leads me to believe that it was inadequate, and a new, congressionally appointed committee should be established.

I am a scientist and engineer. My BS degree is in electronics engineering. I work with analytical instrumentation used to measure elements and chemical compounds. (Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, and Inductively Coupled Plasma- Atomic Emission Spectrometers.) These instruments are used in water, food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, forensic, military, environmental, and university research laboratories. Currently, there are 2,800 architects and engineers, and over 20,000 US citizens that have signed a petition requesting the US government to reinvestigate the events that occurred on 9/11/2001. (Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.) These architects, engineers, and US citizens assert that the official report of what occurred that day is not supported by the evidence. They are simply requesting that the details surrounding the events of that day be investigated properly. The fact that the US mainstream media has not examined and reported these assertions shows that the news we receive from mainstream media is incomplete, and therefore unreliable. The details and assertions of the petition are articulated in many books, and videos. These include the presence of molten metal and incendiary material, near perfect symmetric destruction of three steel and concrete buildings, and near free fall collapse. There are also many other questions about the events that occurred on 9/11 including how a passenger plane got through a 50 mile no fly zone and was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the Unites States of America with the military on high alert. No clear picture has been released of the plane that was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the United States of America. All together these facts prove that the official version of 9/11 is incomplete. There are also numerous other organizations that question the official version of events that occurred on 9/11. These include Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Scholars for 9/11 Truth, and Firefighters for 9/11 Truth.

One of those things is help bring people together, unite the species of our world, even if my world is only the people I have a chance to talk to everyday.
I remember walking into my 7th grade classroom to the TV turned up with not a single word from any of my classmates or teacher for several minutes. My teacher says to us, you kids will be talking about what happened today to your kids. After this long, with so much information being presented, I strongly encourage further investigation of the incident on 9/11. The theory presented by NIST fails to explain how WTC 7 and the WTC twin towers collapsed in the manor that they did. However when controlled demolition is introduced into the equation, the questions seem to disappear because it validates what people around the world saw that day. In particular WTC 7, which was not hit by an airliner and had limited fires, collapsed into its on footprint in the fashion of a building deliberately brought down by controlled charges.

When i look at wtc 7 i think no way fires bought down that building alone something like thermite did or may have or some unknown chemical did attack and corrode the steel to weaken the structure and bring it down wtc 7 was no weak building it was designed to survive a bomb blast and the NIST investigation is nothing but a cover up i don't think there is anyway that building could have come down unless it was demolished column by column removing all support allowing it to drop to the ground so i think it's time we had a proper criminal investigation into the events of september the elleventh and get some real answers and some real justice at last

The government should be looking into criminal activity only - there are plenty of hate groups who have committed crimes who should be watched. It's impossible for fire in the instance of WTC 7 to collapse a building in a uniform fashion directly into it's footprint taking the path of most resistance straight through itself in about 7 seconds. Only demolition can accomplish this.

Over my lifetime, I have observed many videos of professional building demolitions and must say that the manner in which all three WTC buildings came down resembles those videos more than any other type of building collapse I have ever seen. Videos of the twin towers coming down show explosions bursting out of windows. Some have explained this away as the buildup of pressure from the collapse of the higher floors. This makes no sense since there are several floors above the explosions still intact. In addition, I would imagine that type of pressure would build up more uniformly and blow out from more than just one side of the building on that floor.

I have studied computers and IT related functions for 10 years. I believe it is necessary to question any CGI and computer generated models of the WTC and Pentagon attacks because there is a substantial prospect of error. That is why this calls for an independent investigation of 9/11 and potential rogue U.S Government officials.
Commercial airliners are made up of primarily aluminum and the engines are made up of titanium alloy. I am not an engineer but there is serious error if aluminum is able to cut through steel. After reading David Ray Griffin's books, I have come to the conclusion that the official story is false. Also the melting point of steel is higher than what a hydrocarbon fire can produce, and I can't see how an oxygen starved fire on a few floors can collapse 2 110 story buildings in less than 2 hours, at free fall speed, into their own footprint. Also at 5:20 PM on 9/11 a 47 story building that housed DoD, CIA and NY OEM offices collapses into its own footprint because of fire. Watching the video, I think it is clear that there were charges going off as the building collapsed.

Buildings don't fall because planes hit them especially the Twin Towers. Buildings don't fall because the building next to them fell, like Building 7, which had a bomb shelter in it. The whole in the Pentagon was round, planes are not.

The one thing that thing that really stands out in my mind is that other buildings have had much more intense fires, and not collapsed. Building number 7 of the world trade center had very little damage, and came down at near free fall speed.

There is no way the buildings could have come straight down at free fall speed from a plane impact. Clear evidence has been shown from non mainstream media sources that explosives were used to take down the buildings. Thermite was found at the site. Also a demolition expert explained that whenever they get ready to do a demolition job, they cut the beams at an angle. And a lot of the beams of the WTC building were also cut at an angle.

Any architect or engineer knows that physically what we tried to make us believe is impossible! Simply! I had never considered anything unusually about the collapse until I found this site. After reviewing the documentation, it does seem apparent that this was a planned demolition. The way the building fell is just too perfect and it would be impossible for the top of the building to crush the bottom of the building in this manner.

The formation of my technical understanding and political awareness were formed primarily during the time I spent in Berkeley, California (1968-1973) while I was an undergraduate student at U.C. Berkeley. While I was studying computer science, I was also working on a communications controller for the Department of Civil Engineering that became the nucleus of the remote job entry system to the campus mainframe computer in a number of campus departments and service entities (Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, School of Business, Survey Research Center, Space Science Lab, etc.). During the time I was working on that project, the country was in the throes of fighting the Vietnam war against the Soviet empire, and much of my education took place in observing what was happening in the streets adjoining the Berkeley campus, near where I was living. Through classes and late night conversations, I became aware of the reality that the U.S. government and political system is not at all like what I had learned as a child in social studies classes. I subsequently moved to Canada, though I had by then become exempt from the draft (initially due to a student deferment and then by having declared myself eligible to be drafted and requesting to be placed into the 1A category through the end of the current calendar year). I lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, where I worked for Simon Fraser University as a technical assistant in the Computer Science Program and took classes at the University of British Columbia. I later worked for the University of Waterloo in the province of Ontario, working for the Math Faculty Computing Facility and taking additional Computer Science classes. (It was at the U of W that I first learned about the UNIX operating system, being responsible for system administration duties on a departmental machine.) Since returning to the U.S. in 1978, I have lived and worked in the Washington, D.C., Rochester, New York and (presently) Boston, Massachusetts area, where I now work when possible on a contract basis doing web-based software development. I have known of the work of Richard Gage since about 2007, by means of low-quality video images I downloaded from a Bittorrent source. I have been formally affiliated with the organization since October, 2010, following my attendance at a presentation Richard made at the Unitarian Church in Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
I cannot reconcile what is known about the actual collapse of buildings 1, 2 and 7 of the World Trade Center complex on 11 September 2001 with what has been said in reports of the 9/11 Commission, NIST and other government sponsored or sanctioned investigations, analysis and studies concerning the cause of those buildings' collapse. In particular, the symmetrical collapse of all three buildings, freefall acceleration and lateral high-speed ejection of heavy structural members, among other things, is completely inconsistent with what we have been told about fire and impact related weakening of structural supports. As to the collection of explosive residue at the building site, if what has been collected is in fact from the site (or even highly likely to be from the site), it must be accounted for and investigated by competent investigators in the body we are demanding be established to investigate all aspects of the 9/11 events. I would expect that a forensics investigation would be capable at that time of establishing a clear provenance of evidence trail with respect to that material. I support A&E for 9/11 Truth in its bringing to public attention the research now being done to examine and attempt to understand as much as possible about the material that has been collected by various amateur investigators, some of whom (e.g. Drs Niels Harrit and Steven Jones) are highly qualified to offer expert opinion (especially in the case of Harrit and Jones the exotic nano-thermite material) as to its possible role in the destruction of the WTC buildings. The simple high degree of probability that this material has in fact been collected from the site and what appears to be clear, if not completely convincing evidence of its role in the building destruction is an additional reason to demand the new investigation. I am, however, unsure whether the analysis done to date meet the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt which AE911Truth is presently claiming, or whether such a standard, taken from the lexicon of criminal law, is appropriate in what is presently an informal forensics examination being conducted by intelligent, competent, yet non-authoritative volunteer investigators. I am also concerned that in advancing such a claim, AE911Truth may be exposing itself unnecessarily if additional facts are later discovered that serve to bring the specifics now being talked about with regard to that evidence into question. In addition, I feel that by advocating any theory, rather than positioning itself primarily as a critic of the official theory, AE911Truth puts itself in the position of being called on continually to defend propositions the details of which lie outside the primary expertise of the architects and engineers whose voice it claims to represent in this matter. I feel that the public must be informed about the existence of explosives evidence and how that evidence might explain certain observed phenomena concerned with the WTC building collapses. I feel that AE911Truth is as well positioned as any other organization to describe this evidence and tentative conclusions made on its basis, even if there are a number of good reasons to avoid issuing proclamations involving words like proof. I recognize and acknowledge that knowledge of this aspect of the matter is likely to be effective in drawing public attention, especially in this age in which there are so many demands upon that attention. However, I feel that the work of this organization would not be seriously compromised were this evidence and the arguments made for it by those who have done first hand research simply laid out in as much detail as might be necessary to explain the implications of such material being involved in the building's destruction. I feel that a proper investigation, with full access to all relevant evidence, in the context of the new investigation we are calling for is the proper venue for doing the sort of analysis that can lead to such definitive conclusions, and I will do what I can to assist in establishing the conditions under which the new investigation I join in calling for can become a reality. Until someone can explain the free-fall-like speed with which the towers fell, I will not accept the official explanation. Building 7 is highly suspect as well, and I also believe that the insurance payout due to the destruction of these building should be researched more heavily.
