PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official story as told by our government is a LIE. 9-11 was used by factions of our government to get us into endless war, and to strip we the American people of our constitutional rights. I am absolutely convinced that WTC 1, 2 & 7 were taken down by controlled demolitions. Close to 3,000 human beings were murdered on 9-11, and I want those responsible held accountable to the full extent of the law for murder and TREASON! Also, I believe that anyone that helped in the cover-up, such as NIST officials, news agencies, etc., should also be prosecuted criminally to the full extent of the law. We the American people deserve the unadulterated TRUTH regarding what really happened on 9-11. *I have a cousin who was a New York City Police Officer at the time of 9-11, who suffers from respiratory issues presently. He too does not believe our government's official story of 9-11.

After viewing the building 7 collapse, I have to say if somebody told me that a demolition expert was reducing building 7 to rubble I would agree. The thermite connection is strong evidence that somebody orchestrated cutting the under-pinnings of building 7 and probably had the twin towers prepared for demolition.

I was very young when I watched the 9/11 attacks, but it was one of my first memories, and it will stick with me forever. I thankfully did not have any friends or family perish in the attacks, but I knew many families that were impacted. I was always very suspicious of the explanations provided by the government led commissions. The evidence available at this point disproves much of what the commission has stated. It is imperative that there be a real investigation of what happened that day, for the sake of the families and the legacy we leave for generations to come.

It offends me that so much of the forensic and scientific evidence was ignored or dismissed by the officials in charge, largely in my opinion because the invasion of Iraq was a foregone conclusion and the Cheney/Bush administration needed a 'Pearl Harbor' event to galvanize public anger in support.

In my professional opinion it is impossible that Building #7 collapsed in such an orderly and neat fashion without a controlled demolition. Such relatively small fires on just a couple of floors never in the past have lead to the collapse of a high rise building of this construction type. The official explanations of the 'one column failure' would lead maybe to a partial collapse or at least to a very different collapse pattern. Also we have to question, why was the collapse of Building #7 not part of the official report? If the twin towers collapsed in a sandwich fashion as per the official report, the stair / elevator cores should have been sticking out maybe even many hundreds of feet up into the air. They should have been left standing at least partially, or if the the foundations were damaged at the impact of the falling tower floors, they may have toppled over as a whole or in large sections, taking out surrounding buildings. I find it further suspicious that such enormous amounts of dust were trailing parts falling from the twin towers. Also the strangely burned cars found on the other side of Manhattan Island demand investigation and better explanations. Where are the engines of the aircraft? They are built in a way that at least major parts of them cannot burn up in the heat generated by a fuel fire. Why can one see something which looks clearly like molten glowing iron on many images and video clips? It is my understanding that many firefighters and maintenance staff heard explosions but were not asked to testify for the official report. I further understand that there were witnesses seeing white trucks pulling up in front of the twin towers and staff with equipment entering the building in the late night / early morning hours every night for about 3 weeks prior to the 911 events. I understand these witnesses were not heard. There are many other items which in my opinion need explanation and further investigation, but it will take too long to list all of those herein. I am not a US citizen, but I have many cousins and their families living there. This event impacted all our lives and all our countries. My home country Germany is in the light of the unfolding refugee crisis particularly impacted by the long term results of the US politics triggered by the 911 events. Therefore all citizens of this planet have a right to demand a better explanation and to see a new and much more thorough investigation into the events.

In my private life, I'm a student of history and science, particularly in the areas of physics and math. As well, since childhood, have been fascinated by skyscrapers particularly in their construction. As someone who has always been fascinated by physics, I could not believe from that fateful day to today, that not one but three steel buildings fell from seemingly negligible, albeit, horrible looking, damage. When reports came out that there was little remaining of the buildings with the exception of steel, I was shocked. I expected that large chunks of the building would have remained intact in the rubble pile. And, when the official report came out that fires were responsible, I was flabbergasted. If this is true, I thought, wouldn't the thousands of other steel structures around the world be in jeopardy as well? The way that the three buildings were summarily destroyed has never sat well with me.

Doubting the official story is easy. What is especially troubling is that collapse generally implies a dropping down and, notably, without a clear exploding outward in all directions. The word collapse should not be the primary term to describe the demolition of the two towers.

I had doubts about the official version of the cause of the collapse when I first saw the tapes. They looked very much like video images I had seen of buildings being demolished. The other red flag I've always tried point out to people is that we are to believe that known terrorist groups who have a long long history of using bombs as a weapon of choice suddenly 1 day out of decades of using bombs they manage to get a hold some airplanes fly them into our building and then go back to using bombs. There is compelling scientific evidence that WTC 1 and 2, as well as Building 7, fell as a result of controlled demolition. Considering the heat, the block, pulverized material test results, velocity and acceleration of individual reference points as well as actual video footage and its resultant comparison with videos of other controlled demolitions - how can this be ignored? How can a study stop with initiation of impact? An independent study is clearly warranted.

Because any student can time the free fall and see that the roof of all 3, especially building 7, falls at near free fall speed, the most logical conclusion is there was zero resistance. To anybody who read George Orwell's 1984, our post 9/11 world must seem a familiar place. We now have the Ministry of Truth, NIST, rewriting history and telling us 2+2 equals 5. It is this perversion of simple science by NIST that makes me very suspicious, especially their refusal to share data models, which makes no sense other than to support a cover-up. As a programmer, I know how software can be buggy, and how tiny input problems can lead to garbage-in / garbage out. However, even though it seems that with the towers came down our freedom to question authority and openly discuss the events of 911, the fact that it left behind many smoking/loaded guns and a growing army of courageous people speaking out for what's right gives me hope.

Looking at the heat data from NASA, it's clear that molten Steel existed after the collapse. In my opinion, the building was demolished. I'd like to see an official explanation for this based on solid research, not some vague explanation, as if this is not important. These collapses can have no other explanation than a premeditated deliberate destruction. The implications are dire for the official account and for our democratic society. The official version just doesn't add up. As for the twin towers, the straight-down nature of their collapse suggests careful planning and intent. The fact that the columns were of different sizes to support different loads would have caused their initial failure to occur at different rates, thus causing the portion of the structures above the primary damage to fall with some lateral movement. The straight down failure of Building #7 is even more problematic given that external inducement of the damage was asymmetric to the structure.

I am a computer programmer/developer and a local, progressive, peace and justice activist in Sonoma County California.
I watched the entire TV coverage of the planes hitting the twin towers and their subsequent collapse. I was home sick that day watching a show on TV when it was interrupted for news and pictures of the trade center events unfolding. Upon witnessing the collapse, I knew immediately that it was a controlled demolition because I worked for years for nuclear and earthquake PHD engineers and watched several demolitions of large buildings, including the destruction of the old domed stadium in downtown Seattle. There is no way the twin towers in NY came down in under 10 seconds completely into the building's footprints because of fire. In fact, it is still true today that no steel-framed building has ever been caused to collapse because of fire. On top of that, the charges going off at the corners of the building were noticeable, particularly for someone who knows what they are seeing. I do not make any presumptions about who was responsible for any of this or how the building was prepared for the demolition. It is just obvious to me that a demolition is what happened. Therefore I do not believe the government's explanation for the collapse of the building. Because I do not believe the government on this issue, it makes their explanations of anything else suspect. That is very bad for the American people and is one of the major reasons that an investigative inquiry is vital for the American people and for our democracy to be able to move forward.

Also I have seen first hand Just how strong steel is and how much it can take that has in my experience far exceeded SWL's. What I've seen about those towers makes no sense. I cannot see how that steel could have just given way like that and seem to disappear.

When it comes to 9/11 conspiracy theories, the official story has provided the majority of them such as the pancake theory which has been proven to be outrageous by scientists, architects and engineers. If it looks like a demolition, sounds like a demolition, and has the dna of a demolition, it is a demolition. Destroying evidence at ground zero is criminal. Fortunately for the truth, evidence could still be found all over Manhattan, from satellite images and seismographs, video footage and eye witnesses. In essence, through the work of scientists, architects and engineers, we the people have already performed an independent peer reviewed investigation of the physical evidence and it didn't cost the tax payers a penny. All that is left to do is investigate the people at the helm.

None of the official story adds up and all of the evidence points to the fact that all the towers, including building number 7, fell because of a previously organized, controlled demolition. From the videos I've seen about the WTC fires/explosions and other skyscraper fires/explosions and demolitions it appears pretty obvious that the WTC buildings were demolished by shaped charges.
