PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. I have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada and eleven years of professional experience. Currently I am a senior engineer for a Danish company that makes wind turbine blades. I am part of the Composite Mechanics group that is responsible for determining and documenting the mechanical properties of the materials and substructures that are used in the blades. I am also currently attending a masters level fracture mechanics course at DTU (Danish Technical University) in order to become more specialized within my field. Previously I have worked in Vancouver, Canada with hydrogen fuels and their cooling and exhaust gas dilution systems and in Melbourne, Australia as an engineer designing industrial wheels and castors.
From my understanding of solid mechanics, I don't see how a steel constructed skyscraper can collapse under it's own weight at near free fall speed within it's own footprint. Steel is a ductile material and a space frame construction that is overloaded in compression will bend, buckle and twist, but will remain essentially as one structure. In my opinion, the failure mode observed for the twin towers can only be explained by a series of controlled explosions.

I was 15 and my basic Physics class won't be until next year. I saw the 'live' coverage of the second plane hitting the tower. I thought it was a Hollywood film advert. Unfortunately, it was news. But I had a few questions, why didn't the plane get crumpled upon hitting the tower? Why did the towers collapse? Must have been tons of jet fuel to melt steel. For the rest of the year, I followed the crowd- hate the Muslims. And I went on to my boring life for another dozen of years not paying much attention to 9/11. But two years ago, my partner showed me pictures at ground zero. He asked me 'What do you think of this? That rekindled a fire I long strayed away from. If it collapsed because of weight of debris as they say, there would be no straight line. Like a can of soda smashed from the top. And oh, what happened to the resistance of the bottom floors so that it collapsed at free fall? So it began. My 'obsession' as I call it. Breadcrumbs after breadcrumbs. Now armed with engineering knowledge and after the dust of emotion settled, I see things clearly now.

My research into the truth behind 9/11 began when I came across alleged audio from flight 93 and was intrigued by the calmness of the call. I am concerned that there is no mention of WTC 7 in the 9/11 Commission Report. Recently, a high level security official who was in WTC 7 on 9/11 has recently stated to Dylan Avery of Loosing Change that he told the 9/11 Commission bombs were going off in WTC 7 before planes struck WTC 1 & 2. He also stated that the lobby contained dead bodies and was completely destroyed. 9/11 desperately needs an independent investigation.

The raging skyscraper blaze in Madrid which persisted for more than 24 hours demonstrated that Steel buildings are very strong and do not melt or collapse in the style we saw during 9/11. The WTC Building 7 collapse is particularly startling and cannot be attributed to the small fire or small amount of debris that fell upon it.

When I first saw the Trade Centers collapse on live television, I turned to my father and said that building was brought down by explosives. I began my higher education in the field of mining engineering which I was able to learn a little about explosives used in the mining industry but lost interest in the field and pursued my interests in the computer sciences and now work as a virus analyst protecting users from computer related malware.

I consider myself a life long student of the sciences. Since I was a young child, I have always been interested in the sciences. I took physics and chemistry in high school up until grade 13 for physics and grade 12 for chemistry.
The official explanation of what happened to all 3 WTC buildings does not make any sense to me. I think of myself as an open minded person and for the life of me, can not imagine the 3 buildings collapsing in the manner which they did if they occurred how the official reports say. It does not add up. It's like someone trying to tell you that two plus two equals six.
