PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

At 1.8 million square feet, WTC 7 was possibly larger than any building on the West Coast. Bank of America (1.4 million sf) and the Transamerica Pyramid (.5 million sf), the two highest buildings in San Francisco, are together only slightly greater in area. Few Americans know that WTC 7 collapsed, even fewer know how big it was. I have read that its collapse was shown only one time on television; in its documentaries about the WTC collapse, PBS not only didn't explain the collapse of WTC7 but never even mentioned the collapse of a third building, because doing so would have undermined their conclusion that planes and jet fuel were responsible for the collapses. Much evidence exists of explosions throughout the WTC buildings. Persistent pools of 2000 degree metal can only be explained by the presence of thermite/thermate, used in planned demolitions. Squibs, puffs of smoke characteristic of planned demolitions, can be clearly seen in advance of the collapses. The official story does not explain the collapse of WTC7 or the collapse of the cores of WTC 1 and 2. YouTube videos of a BBC reporter announcing the collapse of WTC7 just prior to its actual collapse is convincing proof that the authorities had advance knowledge of its imminent collapse. There is just one explanation for the evidence associated with these collapses: demolition by expertly planned and placed explosives.

This would not make me an expert but I do believe that my studies in the field do qualify me to claiming a science based opinion as to what smells and what doesn't.

If you watch the impacted face of the building, and not the approaching plane, you will see quite clearly a diagonal line of detonations from the upper left, going down to the right just BEFORE the plane impacts the building. Now if obvious video evidence isn't enough to merit a new and independent investigation, then I don't know what is. I wish us all the best of luck in this...because we're going to need it!

I'm presently a Senior Principal Design Engineer/Manager with over 24 years of broad industry experience in Product and Design Engineering. My initial year at engineering school exposed me to mechanical as well as civil engineering, although my concentration has been on electronic engineering. I've received over 10 US patents which relate to IC design.
It's my understanding that when a building has been destroyed by fire in the course of a crime, then forensic analysis must legally test for the use of accelerants. I believe NIST did not comply with this requirement and the only rigorous xray analysis of the steel ejected from this crime scene found strong evidence which supported the possibility that thermate was present. NIST's final conspiracy theory that thermal expansion was responsible for the collapse of WTC 7 - a new phenomenon. I also found out today that one of the eyewitnesses to explosive forces emanating from the basement of the Twin Towers, Kenny Johannemann, committed suicide - such testimony I feel was never fully considered by the 9/11 Commission and this evidence is rapidly disappearing, or worse, being swept under the carpet. I would like to see an independent inquiry into the unanswered questions regarding what really happened on 9/11 and full accountability of those who were complicit in the events of that day. I consider diversion of our nation's military to a bogus war in Iraq at the height of our nation's response to this attack with extreme suspicion.

I recently reviewed much of the documentation that AE911truth has supplied and also other sources. My conclusion, based on my engineering experience and intuition, is that structures that are struck in a random nature do not respond with the type of symmetry we see in the WTC towers collapse. In fact, if one were hypothetically tasked to collapse these towers as symmetrically as they fell, it would be nearly impossible, at least for someone without expertise in demolition or other advanced techniques.

How did 20% of the tower crush to dust 80% of the tower when 50% of the 80% is 60% stronger than the 20%. When Popular mechanics tried to explain the Pentagon crash my chin practically hit the floor. I was astounded that anybody could believe such nonsense. That's when my hunt for the truth began. Regarding the Trade towers another observation my mind questioned was. Two completely different crashes. 1 high, 1 low, 2 different angles of impact yet both collapsed exactly the same way. Another observation was, doesn't it make sense that if the part of the building that did the crushing (piledriver as the officials contend), for every floor it destroyed wouldn't it destroy an equal part of itself? That being said, how did it make it all the way to the ground?

Following much of the evidence (visual and research) I find it improbable they collapsed in the way issued by the 9-11 commission report. I also find it highly dubious there were so many drills going on the same day, which confused many of the live operators. I also find the omissions from the 9-11 report very unacceptable. We spent money on this investigation and it was whitewashed to the highest degree. 9-11 is always brought to mention as the event that changed everything as such we should have taken a serious hand in the investigation.

The first time I saw a video of the WTC-7 collapse, it reminded me of the controlled demolition Sands Hotel collapse in Las Vegas. Something did not seem right. Now, I am convinced the event was another Gulf of Tonkin event to enhance the military-industrial banking complex, which Eisenhower, JFK and Goldwater warned us of.

While not degreed, I have studied interior architecture and design at the UC Berkeley Extension in San Francisco, CA, and computer science at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. Regarding WTC1 and WTC2, if it really were possible (and so easy) to bring a steel-framed high rise building down, into a localized footprint, rapidly in just seconds, completely and symmetrically, then why do we need to pay demolition companies for such a service? Wouldn't it be simpler to find an old plane and fly it into an upper floor of the building and be done with it? Or, in the case of WTC7, if we only have to start small fires on a few floors and hit the facade with some dust clouds to force all internal and perimter support columns to fail simultaneously, should we not be writing papers about this amazing method of building demolition?

My belief is that the world trade center towers (especially building 7) could not have collapsed symmetrically in near free fall time due to the damage they received plus fires. I also believe that the pools of molten metal are impossible to explain through gravity driven collapse. This alone should be enough to call for a new investigation without having to answer any extraneous questions about how it could have been pulled off.

I have followed 9/11 for 4 years now, ever since I started to hear stories about inconsistencies before during and post 9/11, I have herd both sides of the stories, not just the alleged conspiracies but the debunkers and I have even read the official story, I believe the official story is to be the conspiracy. Sadly, the only truth about 9/11 is that none of us know the exact events leading up to and on that very sad day.
Although overwhelming evidence consists all 3 WTC centre building were brought down by explosives, WTC 7 is the building I think that we can prove beyond reasonable doubt that explosives were used to destroy this building and once people can see WTC 7 was pulled, then they can start asking questions about the North and South Tower,the Pentagon and Flight 93, I believe WTC 7 is the single evidential tool to convince people 9/11 was a inside job, it's a matter of educating and making people aware, every time I meet some body new I often bring 9/11 up in conversation, I always ask the question how many building fell on 9/11, out of 50 or more people I have only met 1 person that said 3 instead of 2, people are not aware of what happened on 9/11, I think it's time we all learned the truth.

One important class to take in graphic arts is physics as the key to make realistic animations is to have an understanding of physics. Due to this, I understand physics and have questioned the official story since 2003.
The falling floors should be slowed down by the floors below, not go faster. Also, the stronger mechanical floors should have had an impact on collapse speed but there appears to be none whatsoever. These floors, unlike the other floors, are held up by large steel I beams seen in many construction photos and referenced in a short description on the construction of these floors.

September 11 2001, 3 steel structure building fell in exactly the same manner. 1 of these buildings weren't hit by any planes. WTC7 was built more than 10 years later than WTC1 and WTC2, and should logically have been built with different building codes compared to the 2 towers. One would assume the fire-proofing would have been better in WTC7 than the 2 towers. Still this relatively new building collapsed while older buildings with a closer proximity to the 2 towers still stood and had to be manually demolished by work crews during clean-up.

When they said they had found the paper passport of one of the alleged hijackers on 9/11 they lost me. It was false. And when they said cell phones were used to make calls from the aircraft, I became convinced of falsehoods in the story. I had worked on early cell-phone software and know the stories of cell phone calls high over Pennsylvania and elsewhere did not happen because it is technically impossible at those locations at that time in the development of the technology.

I don't have any background in architecture or structural engineering. My Bachelors and recently acquired Masters degree in Technology Management have given me critical thinking skills to question the plausibility of the official story.
The official story has so many claims that are completely impossible when faced with any logical thinking or scientific scrutiny. It is offensive that they would try to sell these theories to a thinking public. The inability to access the evidence at the site and the manner in which the evidence was quickly and thoroughly disposed of is a huge red flag that someone was very afraid of what would be discovered. The reluctance with which any meaningful examination was done of the crime are truly offensive to anyone who lost a loved one in the tragedy. This is truly the most important calling of our time to get to the bottom of this causes for this event and to prosecute those responsible.

I am formally educated in business and but I have completed the basic chemistry and science requirements which included basic physics and wonderful introduction to astral physics which a great story behind it for another time. My working experience is mostly in two fields, food service and Information Technology. The IT work is after college of course where I've worn many hats building networks, administering, and maintaining information and communication systems. Currently, I'm back with a previous employer as an enterprise support technician for mobile data management company.
Updated: 4/12/2016For me, from day one, I never believed that what I was seeing, was a natural event. I personally had been in those buildings at least a dozen times prior to 9/11 on both business and pleasure. I could accurately say I was more familiar with their construction and history than the average lay person thanks to great tour by a gracious client and reading the info guides about the structures. I knew the enormity and strength of the towers and watching them disintegrate like that was unfathomable. They were blowing up into dust before my eyes. I didn't really see building 7 until 6 years later but from the very beginning, I knew these were demolitions. When they tried to explain them in the early days and months after he event, it was like they weren't seeing the same event I was seeing? They didn't see the South Tower turning to dust as it descended? Or the enormous arching plumes of smoke trailing steel components all the way to the ground? Whenever I hear someone try to defend it today, I ask them to describe it to be sure we were both witnessing the same event. They usually can't and you learn they haven't seen the entire collapse at all since the day. They've only seen the little tiny snippets shown by the media today. Rarely, if ever, is the entire collapse ever shown. Thank goodness for this organization to help bring this nonsense to an end. The world cannot move on from this event until it understands what it was. And by doing so, end this horrible 'war on terror'.As for the rest of that, I can only say I'm glad AE sticks to the hard facts. If the buildings were done such as they were, we can only imagine the lengths for other events of that day. And that can only lead to wild speculation, misinformation, and is ripe for disinformation. I will allow my conclusions to remain fluid based on the best evidence to date.

In my opinion there is no way these buildings fell due to fire. Building 7 has very similar characteristics to controlled demolition and needs further investigation. My main concern is the control of the media. How come no-one has heard about building 7. The media never ran the story! You do not live in a democracy without free media.

I am pretty convinced by now that the buildings collapsed because of a controlled demolition using explosives.

I've worked 10 years as a programmer in the Financial Services Industry. Became interested in 9/11 after reading The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions by David Ray Griffin.
Evidence for controlled demolition is obvious. The video of WTC7 alone is conclusive. Best lines of argument for anyone that still believes the official story: - 1) all 80+ columns in WTC7 had to fail completely, in multiple places all the way up the building, and simultaneously to produce free fall collapse with little to no remaining structure left standing. - 2) unaffected structure beneath the impact zones in the towers provided no resistance to collapse and so must have been destroyed by explosives No matter what eyewitnesses or experts argue about, anyone that has seen the videos can instinctively recognize the strength of these two points. And then Richard does a great job explaining more of the details.
